During a tour we stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The hotel has connected bungalows. The rooms are very basic and small. Fortunately we had in the room next to a double bed another single bed, for our suitcases. The renovated bathroom with new shower and tiles was neat. We left to relax: Mission accomplished. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, the pool is pleasant and clean, and the meals are very good. Fine place to stay for a few nights Nice outdoor area with a pool and a somewhat worn down tennis court. The rooms are very spartan with a bed, tiny TV and a small bathroom. Some pictures on the walls would make it feel less like a room at a hospital.. Breakfast is ok according to Italian standard, which means it’s not great but average.

Mirko and his sister are wonderful hosts and the Green Village is located very close to a superb beach. They serve an extraordinary breakfast on the beautiful terrace as well as delicious dinner with mostly homegrown food. On top they have a nice pool which is open 24hrs.

We had a really noisy room next to the restaurant where you could hear people from 6 in the morning. When you take a shower you are literally standing next to the toilet, that feels a bit nasty.

The food served in the restaurant for the evening meal was excellent and presented beautifully with first class service from the staff. Excellent choices on the menu and the wine was delicious.

By now, spending a few days in this hotel is a fixed stop for us. Every year we renew our stay, recommended both for the hospitality that the owners Maria and Massimo have towards the guests but also for the services they offer such as the swimming pool. We stayed in this hotel that we did not know, managed by a Sardinian family who made us feel at home. We were really very satisfied with the welcome and how they pampered us throughout the holiday. With half board every evening we had dinner by the pool. The rooms are all comfortable. The pool is very pleasant and can always be used as a valid alternative to the sea. We will definitely be back

A big hotel in a small village in Sardinia with a fancy 4 stars. There are 2 positive things in my opinion and that is the hotel's wonderful beach which can be reached by train and the second is the nice and quality food in the restaurant which looks like a canteen with a hell of a lot people walking around chaotically with plates and glasses in their hands. We’ve had a wonderful time at this resort. There is one beautiful big pool and three smaller (infinity) pools. The pools were some of the best I’ve seen. You can see the ocean and it’s just a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach with shallow waters and clean sand. Also suited for children. Sometimes sea grass wash up to shore, but not troublesome. As the beach is mainly sand, snorkelling is not spectacular...

We stayed a week in budoni, excellent location with market and restaurant close to the residence. Great location near San Teodoro. New clean apartment. Friendly customer-focused staff.

New residence but some negative points: air conditioning for a fee (in 2021 in Sardinia it is a bit bizarre). There is nothing included and everything is extra for a fee - no toilet paper, trash bags, there is only a hairdryer in two bathrooms. The price of the residence is too high for the services it offers.
