Check-in was very fast, a bus of elderly came in before us and left a long waiting line so we decided to grab a drink at the bar, but when we got our drink, the line was gone. We had a room on the 8th floor next to the elevator. Room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable but ... I am pretty sure there was a plastic under the sheets ... that's not cool. We don't pee in our bed, we are still pretty...

We stayed there for family holidays. For Italien Standard is was good. Nice employees, (with one exception, the woran behind the bar). The Things we didnt like, were that for breakfast there were no vegetables, the air condition in our room hat not enough Power to cool the room. After hours it could reduce the Temperature 1 degree. As we moved the beds (we had a 4 bed room) the floor under the beds...

Good quality hotel, styled in the 80s, large rooms, good airco, bathroom etc, good service. Only 15 minutes from Verona centre.

Clean rooms and air conditioning. Showers are typical European style but have shower curtains. If you're lucky you will get to meet Abigail from Ghana and she will make you excellent drinks at the bar with a big beautiful smile.

VERY happy to collaborate for years with this hotel. Friendly and professional staff, reception 24/24, always available. Big parking for coaches. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is just fantastic. Big buffet, generous servings, great coffee. Thank you so much for excellent service!!!

Best price with the breakfast included. Breakfast is standard . Very nice swimming pool with pool bar. Nice view from the pool area . Check in and check out is very quick and free parking. Clean and quality of WiFi have to be develop more. For the price so for so good.

went here for a school trip, was worried sick because the reviews were awful, but to be honest, for a few nights it was pretty alright! 😊 The pool was lovely, and the rooms were quite nice, only problem was the AC wouldn't go below 23° and the beds had weird sheets, so would suggest bringing a blanket. Honestly feel like these reviews are not accurate, personally this hotel was alright, oh and dinner...

Ok so, I went on a school trip to Italy for a week and we booked this hotel. I'll be giving my honest opinion on this. -The rooms were old, like most say. They weren't cleaned properly and the sheets don't get changed. Our sorry excuse for a duvet felt like plastic and it was stained. The AC didn't work at all, despite me and my teachers and roommates complaining about it. You couldn't lock the bathroom...

A little dated hotel, without too many pretensions, but large and very popular, excellent value for money

We chose Casa Citella as a base to go to the Caneva water park. Right from the start we were able to notice the professionalism and availability of the staff who provided with precision and clarity the ways to access the room in complete autonomy. The room was spacious ... equipped with a mini fridge, air conditioning, WiFi ... all while also respecting excellent energy savings thanks to home automation...

The owners are friendly and speak enough English to help you get by if your Italian is like ours 😅. The room was huge compared to regular rooms here this room is a suite! No parking on site but there is a parking lot right up the road not even a minute away.

Our relaxing weekend was off to the best start when we were greeted by the most wonderful and gracious hostess and an apertif spread that was enough to call it dinner. The property and room was excellent. But the breakfast was to die for. Cappuccino, tea, breads, torts, cereals, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juices... and the list goes on. I would recommend this wonderful BnB to anyone travelling in the Verona...

Gracious and colorful b & b, Sergio welcomed us warmly and kindly, the room was spotless and the breakfast excellent and plentiful. Parking inside the structure, surrounded by a lovely garden full of small statues of fairy-tale animals. The only small drawback is the attic room, for three people a little too "narrow". Highly recommended!

We spent one night at this lovely place, being in transit to Nice. It was a very good option for us location wise. It’s very convenient if you come by car because they have parking in their yard. The entire house is beautifully restaurated having only antiques, furniture and art pieces. Our room was very spacious and clean with a Poltrona Frau bed that was very confortable and wirh high quality sheets...

Restaurant: Actually, they do everything right. The menu is clear, the staff very friendly, the ambience is pleasant and the plates are beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm twice and the chef wasn't very lucky when it came to choosing the meat and tended to get the tougher fillet pieces... All in all, it tasted fine and we were full.

Structure adjacent to a restaurant, located in a hilly area, 500 meters from an Austrian fort of the first war now used as a luxury restaurant for parties and ceremonies. Spacious room with TV and private bathroom. If you don't have big claims and are passing through with 60 euros I slept there for two nights.

I would say that actually the lack of soundproofing between the rooms is conditioning: for one night you can stand it. The owner warns all her guests to pay attention to the neighbors, rightly so. Great experience for one night. The restaurant is located out of the way, in a road that leads to an isolated district. It is certainly a place to relax away from the daily mess. Very courteous staff and very tidy rooms. Simplicity in booking and stay. Really impressed, congratulations.

I stayed for one night with my girlfriend, a very suggestive location but a little out of the way, but still accessible with a navigator. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, and not excellent but complete breakfast. The only flaw on the walls that isolate little, in the morning we were awakened by a little girl who was complaining from the floor below. Recommended!

Really nice place to stay with excellent service from the owners. Breakfast is really nice with nice home cakes. Nice and big rooms with all services really quiet place. Pool is good with a surrounding garden to stay. There is no option to get lunch or dinner at the place.

Best bed and breakfast place (Agriturismo) I've ever been friendly service great spacious rooms and very clean they also have an ecological pool and spa when in the Verona region you must really stay there ,its minutes away from the Garda lake enjoy

We stayed there for 3 days, also with another family of friends. To say that it is a welcoming place, very clean, well organized, comfortable and with ample parking is an understatement ... The kindness of the sisters is amazing. With our 4-year-old Edoardo they posed in a funny and witty way. For breakfast, well, a marvel, all quality products and in abundance !! We will be back soon ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

The Girelli B&B is an extremely welcoming structure. It is the first time in the many trips we have made that we have happened to stay overnight in such a well-kept and extraordinarily clean room. The staff is impeccable in manners and courtesy. The owner has pampered and spoiled us with breakfasts worthy of a King !! Highly recommended!

Stopped for two days of work. I found myself very well. The rooms were clean and tidy. At night we worked and returned in the morning where a rich breakfast awaited us. Very nice and helpful staff. We felt very comfortable. Some very negative reviews I just don't understand ... some are too demanding and perfectionists ....... We will definitely be back.

Experience of 01/01/2022. Very nice BB, conveniently located for the lake and the city. Marianna, very kind host and attentive to details. Functional room, perfect temperature, fridge availability, comfortable bed, large bathroom complete with soap, shampoo and conditioner, perfect cleaning. Excellent breakfast in the room trolley! To go back in the summer!
