If it was a 3 star hotel I would give an higher score… but it is not. Apart from the great art collection all the rest was a shame. Rooms with no maintenance, old bath/shower. Spa was closed and no one told us at booking. Bar was always unattended. Michelin star restaurant not at standard. No service in general. Staff was friendly and helpful and they give us a discount at check out (nice). Maybe in high season with swimming pool and spa open could be a different experience.

Staff was amazing. I really need to mention those amazing people who made my experience at this beautiful hotel unforgettable. Firstly Ettore Diana the barman mixologist extraordinaire. He made us feel so welcoming and was the star, Livio the shuttle bus driver . Courteous and flexible. Beatrice Millar the creative art director and Mr Facchini owner forward thinking and generous These people made it our experience in Verona so worthwhile . The hotel itself was out of this world . Such eye for detail .Beautiful and amazing . A living art .This hotel worth every cent .

Although hotel staff is friendly, our wishes and complaints were not addressed properly. Asked for a big bed, got the smallest one. If you would leave the art away, this hotel is worth 3 stars maximum. General Manager even didn’t communicate properly: all we said was only encountered by arguments why we as customers were wrong. This should never be done, not worthy a 5 star luxury hotel, especially one in the SLH group. We travel the world and are very experienced; knowing all 5 star groups, but this hotel is better avoided if one expects real 5 star L experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for one night, and my experience was truly amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciate commitment to providing excellent service, which really set this place apart. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

No water in our suite for two days. Front desk was singularly unhelpful and uninterested in making good or even offering another room. Shameful.
Only saving grace was the fantastic Michelin starred chef and his staff.

wonderful. the entry to the hotel is just astonishing. the gardens are very well maintained and super impressive. the rooms are abit outdated, and not alligned with the overall luxury experience of the property, but clean and comfortable.
the best part of the hotel, is the outdoor pool, which is just magnificent. loved the drinks and cocktail selection.

We had a private party at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is a beautiful combination of classic and modern (art). Rooms ( we had a junior suite) are spacious and look recently renovated. Highlight was the diner outside!

Just checked in at 12:30am after driving all day. Google directs you to back gate. The one staff member that works here overnight doesn’t tell you that, just let’s you in with no signage about where to go. You then haul your luggage uphill from the parking garage full of junk. You get in and ask for the room service menu, and you are told there is no food. Nothing. No snacks in room even. No food delivery around here, we are in what appeared to be an industrial estate on the way in. There’s a pre-made cold club sandwich in the kitchen I’m told. Five star “Art” hotel maybe, but incapable of servicing basic human needs. Can’t remember the last time I encountered a hotel without an overnight menu.
