wonderful. the entry to the hotel is just astonishing. the gardens are very well maintained and super impressive. the rooms are abit outdated, and not alligned with the overall luxury experience of the property, but clean and comfortable. the best part of the hotel, is the outdoor pool, which is just magnificent. loved the drinks and cocktail selection.

We had a private party at the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is a beautiful combination of classic and modern (art). Rooms ( we had a junior suite) are spacious and look recently renovated. Highlight was the diner outside!

Conveniently located midway between Verona and Lago di Garda. Seems like a family run hotel where one is made to feel at home. Breakfast was very good, all items very fresh

Hotel Valpolicella International was a really nice hotel overall. They let us check in early and the receptionist was kind and friendly. There was some complications around check out timings. They told us 10am-12pm it doesn't matter. Well when it came it 10am, the phone wouldn't stop ringing and people came to the room door and kept knocking. So it's definately 10am as we find out when our late sleep...

Friendly personell, helpfully in finding a good restaurant at walking distance (Dal Nane), good beds, good breakfast, full functioning airco. Rooms are not very big but clean. The bathrooms can use some maintenance.

Really nice front of house staff. Funny because the computer wouldn't except New Zealand as a nationality. But other wise really nice stay

We stopped by for a dinner and was treated to a tour by the GM (Daniel) to view the gardens and vineyards. Had a perfect dinner with plenty of wine from the grounds that went a bit late in to the evening ... so getting a taxi home proved problematic. To our surprise the GM offered to drive us back to our hotel - Such a wonderful place and staff. 5 Stars!

We came here after doing some research for places in the vicinity of our B&B. The restaurant itself seemed to be the spot for terrace style dining and we had that to start. Here you come for three main reasons: best wine selection of local Valpolicella wines, traditional meals, and the village of San Giorgio and his antique church from romans times.

Too expensive! Excellent structure for the location. The rooms are clean, but very small. The two of us were struggling to move. Breakfast as in the picture! Three exact types of packaged snacks and for the coffee there is a machine available (with bad coffee). Now ... it's a 2 star and I wasn't expecting to find luxury. But I want to pay a 2 star. The ancient hotel is a perfect structure for stays in Negrar. Central location, close to hospital, shops and restaurants. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, clean and modernized. TV corner on the first floor with hot drinks and soft drinks dispenser. Managed by very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended !!!

I had the need to book rooms in a hurry for hospital visits and I found a small hotel that was very clean and with all the comforts. Both by phone and by email the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it especially to those who have to go to the hospital which is within walking distance.

Spacious rooms close to village centre

We were on a motorcycle and needed a place to sleep. Very clean rooms, very neat bathroom, lovely hot shower with a powerful jet, beds are comfortable and the owner very friendly and hospitable. And right next to it there is a particularly good restaurant, which is not from the same owner. We are really spoiled.

I spent one night in this simple B&B. Large and clean room, queen-size bed, compliant bathroom. The accommodation is located above the Vecchia Rama Restaurant Pizzeria and this could be a negative point due to the noise. Personally, I returned late when the place was already closed but in any case it is a detail to consider and which, when booking, was not made known to me. For the rest everything...

Excellent hospitality, spacious rooms and even mini-apartments with kitchen use. Breakfast included and very attentive cleaning service. It is immersed in the Valpolicella between hills and vineyards combed and flavored by several treatments. The only sore point, but not very serious, is the high volume of the music until late at night from an adjacent room. Recommended!

Even if my trip was not really a vacation ... But for visits and interventions at the Don Calabria hospital ... I would say my experience was super positive. Fiorenza, the owner, is super helpful .. and being alone and without a means of transport she took care of me like a true friend, she has a shuttle service to the hospital which is still 5 min. clean and welcoming. Ate breakfast here every day that we stayed at the residence next door and it was always great. They have your table ready for whenever you arrive in the morning. The table is nicely prepared with some freshly baked croissants and other little biscuits or sweet things(which they switch up from day to day). The croissants are so good, best I've ever had! We ordered the menu della casa for two, which included a charcuterie board, three types of pasta with 3 sauces, followed by another trio of grilled beef and homemade tiramisu. Everything was delicious and the quantities were more than we bargained for, we even ended up asking for a doggy bag for the meat because we were stuffed...

The air conditioning did not work and the light in the hall (sensor) remained on, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, we missed water glasses in the room. I borrowed two from the restaurant.

The problem in room was the sockets which were partially broken and in total we have had few sockets in room for 4 persons. The location was good and reachable by about 30 minutes to the downtown.

Great location to a trip you go around the lake and cities nearby, parking is easy to find. nice crew, the rooms are very compact but "do" the job. clean and quiet. The lobby is not occupied 24h something to consider if problems occur at night or you plan to check-in late.

From walking through the door we were greeted really well it felt so good to be back. Great bedroom and bar srea and so good to have a proper buffet for breakfast. With fresh fruit and a good selection of hot food coupled with an excellent range of Italian pastrys all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to return very soon.

This has to be the FRIENDLIEST hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are "simple" but very clean and function well, but the big hotel chains definitley need to send their staff here to learn how to do customer service properly :) The pool is brilliant with plenty of loungers for the guests. Cosy hotel for a reasonable price just a few minutes of walking from the stunning city center of Verona!

The rear of this unassuming Albhergo features a quiet and contemporary recluse from the bussling road out front. The rooms are tidy and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately, the promise of "all areas wifi" is not upheld - in fact, even in the public areas, wifi is poor and intermittent. Hoteliers need to understand that with wifi, one must do it properly .. or not at all - one star off for poor wifi...

First of all, I liked this hotel in general. I will write a few problems in a moment. The most important advantage of the hotel is that it has both open and private indoor parking. The hotel is not in the city center. But there are bus stops near the hotel. You can easily reach the city center by bus. The ticket is 1.5€ per person. There is no free water in the rooms. The water in the fridge is 2€...

Approximately 20-30min walk to Verona city Center where one can visit the coliseum and the Shakespeare balcony. Hotel is great and clean.

The shower head was broken, the sunshade curtains could not be opened, the lighting in the room was not bright enough, and the soundproofing was not very good, but the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and the room was large and clean.

An old farm beautifully converted in a cosy Hotel and Restaurant. The room continues the same great design of old embracing new, with plenty of wood in the furniture and roof. Unfortunately, the windows don't provide enough soundproofing, so at night the noise of the cars driving on the adjacent road doesn't fully stay outside. A real shame, for me that's what prevents it from being a 5 star hotel...

This is not a 4 star hotel. Worst food I’ve ever seen. There is nothing edible in the breakfast buffet unless you are into cold cheap crap! Also the spa was closed the entire time. Disappointed… at least it’s nice inside and rooms are decent. Defo find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, reception and bar are kind and ready to help. Our plane was cancelled...

However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional. This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming.

This is definitely not a 4star hotel. Tiny room. No kettle in a room, air conditioning wasn’t able to turn on, the only mirror was in a bathroom, no duvet cover. (two sheets instead). Not comfortable, noisy. Not worthy for the money. The only thing as a compensation for poor service - good breakfast, close to the bus stop

Staff was super friendly and rooms where clean. Location is not too far from the city center and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Located on a very busy street and the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours just having a regular conversation in the next room. Breakfast lacks some fresh vegetable options like tomato and cucumber and if you are vegetarian the salty options are also...

Overall a nice little hotel, unfortunately our room was to the side of the very loud street, and even with closed windows and shutters it was insanely loud and catching some sleep is nearly impossible. Staff couldn’t help us by providing earplugs and didn’t offer to change the room.

Very convenient location for overnight stay and access to the centre. Worked just fine. Very nice and attentive staff. Rooms clean though slightly outdated. No problem. Only issue in my eyes are the iron bed-side tables.

Our van broke down in Verona and was booked into the hotel, the staff were brilliant willing to help us at every turn.

The hotel is quite basic. It’s ok if you only want to spend the night there. The interior is a bit old fashioned and already a bit used. Also the breakfast is nothing fancy but basic 3 star breakfast. You need to walk around 20 minutes from there to reach the old city center - the area around the hotel is not really nice
