We stayed in this hotel that we did not know, managed by a Sardinian family who made us feel at home. We were really very satisfied with the welcome and how they pampered us throughout the holiday. We had a really noisy room next to the restaurant where you could hear people from 6 in the morning. When you take a shower you are literally standing next to the toilet, that feels a bit nasty.

We’ve had a wonderful time at this resort. There is one beautiful big pool and three smaller (infinity) pools. The pools were some of the best I’ve seen. You can see the ocean and it’s just a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach with shallow waters and clean sand. Also suited for children. Sometimes sea grass wash up to shore, but not troublesome. The apartment meets what is needed, but could improve. Apart from the fact that you have to pay to have towels and sheets, these are yellowed and leaky (not excessively). Very nice village like appartment bungalows, great cuisine with a lot of to choose from, very family friendly staff - they always comply with extra needs of family members (fresh milk, extra lunch to go before departure etc.), car rental at hotel (generally car rental in Sardinia is very expensive, in the hotel about the same price as in the town)

The hotel is close to Orosei and close to the beach. There are lots of parking spaces and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is big and the staff is very friendly. There is also a restaurant with good food and drinks. Prices are very good. We have been here with Forsch Sportreisen, a german tourspecialist and we enjoyed that week a lot. You can go hiking, SUP, do some snorkeling or riding the bike...

Good restaurant - I really liked the way they made steak, don't remember the name but if you like good steaks go for the one with some crazy sauce and shrimps - you won't be disappointed. Don't forget to order side dish like potatoes or whatever you prefer with it - it's not included.

Could have been better, the AC doesn't work properly and the bed could use a little upgrade. Overall it was fine for a 1 night stay

This is a basic hotel but the maid service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the sheets and towels changed. Generally, service at reception and in the bar was friendly and efficient. The pool is very nice with plenty of loungers and seats. Slightly oddly, the pool and bar were closed early afternoon and the pool was fenced off! See photo. This is for a 'quiet period' though I doubt the clientele...

We are staying in this residence and I must say that it pleasantly surprised us… .. at the reception cordiality and professionalism, the structure will not be a 5-star hotel but we were not looking for that. New, clean apartments, equipped with everything you need for a peaceful holiday in Sardinia !!! To go back !!!!!

Very nice apartments, with kitchen on the balcony. Very good airconditioning saved us after very hot days. Its great that there are two airconditioning units and both very strong. Spacious rooms made it very comfortable to dry our bathing suits and towels. Bathroom was spacious as well and everything was clean. The only thing was missing - sponge and detergent, but when we mentioned it on the reception...

Do not understand why people complain about towels? We stayed 10 nights here and in the middle of our stay we received a huge set of fresh towels (3 big, 3 small, 2 floor towels) plus multiple sets of fresh blankets. Blanket sheets were huge size ( 3x3 meter) - not too small like in some other hotels or apartments, so you can wrap under mattress. Holiday apartment was huge, cousy, perfectly fitting...

Fabulous little hotel and great value for money! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and had a great customer service - something that we have not always found in Sardinia. Close drive to beaches and there’s a fabulous ice cream parlour a ten minute walk away!

Clean relatively large room. Nice balcony with kitchenette. The only negatives were that in the ground floor room we stayed in there was absolutely zero telephone reception. Additionally contrary to the booking information, there was no WIFI in the room. The only place were the WIFI worked was in the reception.

Appartments in the area of San Teodoro a few steps from the city center. The appartments are comfortably designed and fully equipped, kitchen included. There is a shared relax area with bookcase and wifi. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes walking distance.

Very good location, appartments average, poorly equipped, nice garden, poor staff, the least friendly we experienced in Italy. Half of appartments is close to busy street, unable to sleep well untill 2 AM and from 5 AM again!

This resort is catogarized as 3 stars and it is, but I found it remarkable. The rooms are simply equipped and set in the greenery leading to the restaurant and the beach. The stay can be booked with halfboard full board and all inclusive. The food is ala buffet with very wide selection of starters, first, second courses and desserts and it is very very tasty. Loved it! Food is good. The beach is small, a mix of sand and round stones, but clean and well organized. Very friendly staff.
