Venue, locale and setting is amazing, perfect fit a family visiting Spello. Everything great and parking facility is free and convenient thanks to the hotel free pass. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is a medieval palace, dog and family friendly. The lady at the reception was most welcoming and willingly to give us hints about Spello. In short, a wonderful stay-- would return any time!

The breakfast is very good. In addition to the standard Italian breakfast, there were: cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits. Location? There is simply nothing like it in the city anymore, it is the only one. I will add more. There are many active churches in the city. their bells are ringing. but in this hotel I slept very well. and the lift was good.

Very nice hotel in the center of Spello. We went there with our 2 girls and we had a very comfortable communicating double room. Very kind and friendly staff. 5-star breakfast with various homemade cakes by the owner. We will be back for sure!

The owners were a lovely old couple. Very friendly and helpful and could only speak Italian. They enjoyed the challenge of communicating with us. The room was basic but excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the position of the studio was excellent quite close to free parking.

Very quick check-in, so after several hours of travel I could go and relax in my room. I would recommend this place to everybody.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes...

I was a guest of the hotel with my wife for only two days but if I return to Foligno I will certainly stay in this facility again. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the room a little dark but comfortable, the breakfast very well assorted.

Mainly family run hotel, located in a quiet place. Clean room, with air conditioning, luckily because the night was really hot. The pool corner is not that big, in fact the deckchairs are quite close to each other. Also equipped with Jacuzzi. For the catering sector, abundant dishes do not always live up to my expectations, especially in desserts. In my opinion a little expensive.

Kindness and courtesy from the manager made our stay pleasant. I recommend it for those wishing to visit the neighboring villages because it is located in the center and every town can be reached in a few minutes. The structure, although not modern, is kept well and clean.

We stayed two days in this wonderful place, despite the weather not being the best our stay was perfect. The room where we slept was very clean and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, a cuddle. There are parking spaces available at the hotel, but they can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. The breakfast was quite good and satisfactory by Italian standards. We were going to stay one night and loved it. Easy walk into the intercity wall for sightseeing. Breakfast was good . We extended our stay for a total of 3 nights before heading to Rome. This was on our vacation two years ago. Highly recommend it.

Hotel Belvedere was a wonderful experience. Beautiful. Authentic. The wireless works well. The beautiful marble - stone walls and the best part. The Host - Enrico - and his family are so terrific. The hotel is just across the Santa Chiara church. St. Francis church is by walking distance. The hotel is accesible to elderly. No need to take stairs to get to the lift.

Such an amazing experience - the room, the spa, the hotel staff, the restaurants and food … and the views of Assisi!! There is a great outdoor patio and quiet park area as well as a beautiful little bar. It’s up on a hill in a quiet section of Assisi and just a short walk to the main square. I would definitely recommend staying at Nun. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff were wonderful. If you can book dinner at the restaurant, it was also very good.

A dreamy old-world experience. We were amazed by the unique and very large room and private green space. It truly made our visit to Assisi feel authentic and exceeded all of our expectations. The property is on the high end of Assisi so getting somewhere is all downhill but getting back is all uphill. Parking was difficult. We advise you have a very small car if you want to drive to this property. The help we got from staff and locals getting in and out was good.

Good place to stay I've stayed here quite a few times, so that speaks for itself. The pool is the big asset plus the views across the valley. It's a bit of a trek up to Assisi itself - about 15 minutes up hill on a road with traffic. If you don't have a car, you need to plan carefully. You can get drinks and basic lunch at the house. I also wanted to call out the beautifully kind receptionist who met me when I arrived on my self-guided walk. THe electricity hadn't been working on the street -- and she was so apologetic. My friend and I arrived in Assisi with insane amounts of luggage and a pre-booked Airbnb that had yet to let us check in. We decided to try asking if the hotel across the street would mind storing and watching our luggage for a few hours so we could enjoy the day despite our bad Airbnb...

I had a lovely stay here as part of the Gentle Peace meditation retreat. The hotel has a real family feeling. The owner and his family are very kind and ready to meet you with a smile. Location is excellent, parking is free, and price is very reasonable. At the same time, the room is bare minimum with an unpleasant smell, and dinner is the worst I have yet to experience in my 80-days trip in Italy.
