Lovely historic building, rooms were clean and the hotel was centrally located - walking distance to the piazza and many restaurants. The owners didnt speak English but were very hospitable and made an effort to communicate with us via Google Translate.

A wonderful and luxurious little hotel in a beautiful city. We had an incredible experience both times that we visited - the hotel has great interior design, a magnificent private spa and is located in the centre of beautiful medieval Montefalco. A wonderful hotel. The room was specious and the bed was very comfortable .Staff was friendly and helpful. The town is one of my favorite towns on the trip and the hotel is perfect location for exploring .My room overlook the town piazza and it was great to see everyday going on. Excellent stores ,wine tasting and restaurants .We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel.

Kindness and courtesy from the manager made our stay pleasant. I recommend it for those wishing to visit the neighboring villages because it is located in the center and every town can be reached in a few minutes. The structure, although not modern, is kept well and clean.

Very quick check-in, so after several hours of travel I could go and relax in my room. I would recommend this place to everybody.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes...

Venue, locale and setting is amazing, perfect fit a family visiting Spello. Everything great and parking facility is free and convenient thanks to the hotel free pass. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is a medieval palace, dog and family friendly. The lady at the reception was most welcoming and willingly to give us hints about Spello. In short, a wonderful stay-- would return any time!

The breakfast is very good. In addition to the standard Italian breakfast, there were: cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits. Location? There is simply nothing like it in the city anymore, it is the only one. I will add more. There are many active churches in the city. their bells are ringing. but in this hotel I slept very well. and the lift was good.

The owners were a lovely old couple. Very friendly and helpful and could only speak Italian. They enjoyed the challenge of communicating with us. The room was basic but excellent value for money. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the position of the studio was excellent quite close to free parking.

I was a guest of the hotel with my wife for only two days but if I return to Foligno I will certainly stay in this facility again. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the room a little dark but comfortable, the breakfast very well assorted.

We stayed two days in this wonderful place, despite the weather not being the best our stay was perfect. The room where we slept was very clean and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, a cuddle. It is as most of the reviewers state, a lovely, peaceful hotel which is perfectly located among wines and countryside for daily touring. The staff are friendly and helpful (Luca is terrific) and the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. The pool is beautiful and gardens attractive and fragrant. This beautiful property set in the Umbrian countryside is the ideal base for exploring the gorgeous hill towns of Umbria. The rooms are large and elegant with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens with beautiful trees in the foreground and villages and churches beyond. The restaurant serves marvelous food and has a great wine list. We had four superb days here and highly recommend it to everyone...

This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Would happily stay here...

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.
