We arrived in the afternoon, it was cold and a nice north wind was blowing. we had booked the week before, they let us find the warm rooms .. unfortunately we only stayed one night x early in the morning we had to leave .... more I don't know .....

The room was comfy and the restaurant was good. However, breakfast was a bit meagre and the fire alarm went off at 4am.

Beautiful Hotel and bedroom in a lovely Place Breakfast was perfect The only thing to mention is that the bedroom and the hotel was cold at this time of year in Okt there was no heating on in the room

We enjoyed our stay here - the rooms are reasonably priced, clean and centrally located in the small medieval town. We happened to be here on a Sunday when it was super hard to get in and out of town without a car. (We we’re hiking across Umbria). We wanted to go to nearby Montefalco for the day and one of the employees offered to drive us there! Amazing hospitality - we are very grateful.

A wonderful holiday resort. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. Each room has its own terrace. In addition, there is a large sun terrace on the hillside surrounded by olive trees and a magnificent view of the Umbrian valley. In the morning you will be spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Annelie and George, the landlords, are always friendly and helpful. Best every year !!!

Beautiful experience, very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated room, located near the main places to visit. The helpful and very kind owners produce wines to taste in front of a breathtaking view.

We spent a wonderful week in Umbria and the holiday home was perfect for our purposes. With an outside temperature of almost 40 degrees, air conditioning is of course a great advantage. The quiet location in the middle of the vineyards was also very pleasant. We will gladly come again.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet location with an amazing view of the gorgeous surrounding countryside. It is spacious, traditional, comfortable and has a lovely swimming pool. Mary and Michael were both extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast on the veranda was delicious. Thank you for making our stay in Bevagna so memorable.

It's honestly hard to believe how beautiful the view is from this country inn. The service is also fantastic, and there are so many incredible afternoon or day trips in easy reach in Umbria, Le Marche, and Tuscany. Not to mention too many excellent wineries to list. Will definitely return.

We spent 4 nights at Genius Loci this past week. It is a wonderful inn for relaxing and enjoying Umbria! Michael is a great host! He knows very much about the area and willingly shares his knowledge to help make your stay a more meaningful one!
