It is characterized by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff, excellent cleanliness, elegant and quiet location. Well situated hotel. Such a pitty it could offer more. Thumbs up for kind and willing staff. In my opinion there was always cold in rooms maybe the managment of the hotel expected warm April. Meals were finely prepared but the breakfast was really poor and this was quite disappointing.

Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, restaurant and very nice staff. Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! Great pizza with discount coupons sometimes. We waited 15 minutes for three pizzas, not bad. Sparkling water 75cl €2 and chips €3.50.

I returned because my friends organized the end of school year dinner, and I must say that I found the service much improved, the staff always kind and helpful, the pizza really good, they changed the pizza chef, and I must say it deserves. Well placed local; excellent dishes from linguine and risotto, etc., to main courses of land and sea; all exquisite. Fair value for money; there can be waiting times with regards to pizzas, while for the first and second courses you wait a little longer ... I repeat, always good ... and it may be worth it. Staff always available and with full sympathy.

Welcoming, hospitable and very well-kept rooms. For dinner we stopped at the restaurant and dinner was excellent, both the pizza and the food. Breakfast was also good and plentiful.

It was a good hotel. Food was ok. Breakfast Buffett was good. Beds were springy could of been a little softer. Hard to control the air temp in the room. The water pressure was good but ran out of hot water. I think it was cause everyone in the hotel was showering at the same time

Nice little hotel with large rooms. Had a small bar area with a limited selection. Didn’t get to explore the area since ii stayed on a Sunday . Assisi was really close and easily accessed.

The place is situayed in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. Inside it is very basic but very clean. The room was clean, spacious, but basic. Bathroom has everythjng and spotless clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and knows how to give a very good service with a smile. I think overall it is an excellent place.

This is the closest possible accommodation to "Santa Maria degli Angeli" Basilica (and the "inside" Porziuncola): in the morning you can wake up and walk to the Basilica in less than one minute. Friendly and clean place. Food is superb

Food was very tasty and the service was excellent.

I was here in 2012, with a large group of school. And although we were a noisy, big group, the staff was really friendly, the restaurant was great, the best food I had in the 10 days I was in Italy. The Hotel is nice and clean, right next to one of the most beautiful churches I've ever seen, and near Assisi. All and all, my stay here was amazing

Great location next to the train station. Price is great and you get a nice room! Nearby the hotel there are busses going to Assisi city center. Do note that the reception closes at 15.00

Location is perfect to visit Assisi and all nearby towns as railway station is just opposite the road of hotel. Lady at the reception very helful and has been a pleasure to meet.

A korean couple spent a night at this hotel. When we visited this hotel, there was a young man at the reception unlike others' review but he is kind and friendly enough. The room was cozy and warm enough(it was almost end of November) We were so happy with this hotel and we'd stay here again if we revisit Assisi.

It is a good location just outside Assisi. Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli is located directly in front. It is approximately 4km walk along a well lit path to the lower carpark in Assisi. The bus stop is next to the hotel or you can easily drive to the car park.

A romantic hotel in an old building, renovated to modern standards. Rooms are in a constant theme and nicely redone. English country style bathroom and the room itself classic.
