Lovely and comfortable hotel not too far from eateries in the city.

Beautiful, immaculately clean and quiet hotel.

It was a good hotel. Food was ok. Breakfast Buffett was good. Beds were springy could of been a little softer. Hard to control the air temp in the room. The water pressure was good but ran out of hot water. I think it was cause everyone in the hotel was showering at the same time

Nice little hotel with large rooms. Had a small bar area with a limited selection. Didn’t get to explore the area since ii stayed on a Sunday . Assisi was really close and easily accessed.

The place is situayed in a very quiet area and surrounded by nature. Inside it is very basic but very clean. The room was clean, spacious, but basic. Bathroom has everythjng and spotless clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful and knows how to give a very good service with a smile. I think overall it is an excellent place.

The property was clean and modern. The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff attentive and professional. The only issue was the bedroom walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door

Great location next to the train station. Price is great and you get a nice room! Nearby the hotel there are busses going to Assisi city center. Do note that the reception closes at 15.00

Location is perfect to visit Assisi and all nearby towns as railway station is just opposite the road of hotel. Lady at the reception very helful and has been a pleasure to meet.

A korean couple spent a night at this hotel. When we visited this hotel, there was a young man at the reception unlike others' review but he is kind and friendly enough. The room was cozy and warm enough(it was almost end of November) We were so happy with this hotel and we'd stay here again if we revisit Assisi.

I loved that it was across from the train station and the bus stop to Assissi anda block from McDonald's and s couple from a great pizzeria.

It is characterized by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff, excellent cleanliness, elegant and quiet location. Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, restaurant and very nice staff. Also its location makes it ideal for a stay in ASSISI: a bar open until late in the night close to the hotel, many restaurants around, a gasoline station just in front of the hotel, in 10 minutes time time you reach Assisi by car. It is a good hotel! but needs attention in attendance, I arrived at the hotel and there was no receptionist, was tired, needed sleep! From a long trip! It took a while for you to arrive (the receptionist)! ... the elevator carpet is old and dusty! The wall of the room I stayed in needs fresh paint! Fantastic rooftop garden, open late, and great food for a great price. Listen to their recommendations, they know what they're talking about. We especially loved the local pasta with the subtle truffle.

Great pizza with discount coupons sometimes. We waited 15 minutes for three pizzas, not bad. Sparkling water 75cl €2 and chips €3.50.

I returned because my friends organized the end of school year dinner, and I must say that I found the service much improved, the staff always kind and helpful, the pizza really good, they changed the pizza chef, and I must say it deserves. I ate an excellent gluten-free pizza, very tasty and soft. This time there was a girl who entertained the children ... really pleasant evening, congratulations

Well placed local; excellent dishes from linguine and risotto, etc., to main courses of land and sea; all exquisite. Fair value for money; there can be waiting times with regards to pizzas, while for the first and second courses you wait a little longer ... I repeat, always good ... and it may be worth it. Staff always available and with full sympathy.

Welcoming, hospitable and very well-kept rooms. For dinner we stopped at the restaurant and dinner was excellent, both the pizza and the food. Breakfast was also good and plentiful.

Well situated hotel. Such a pitty it could offer more. Thumbs up for kind and willing staff. In my opinion there was always cold in rooms maybe the managment of the hotel expected warm April. Meals were finely prepared but the breakfast was really poor and this was quite disappointing.

I have gotten the opportunity to stay twice in this hotel. It's picturesque, with the beautiful reception cum open store attached to it, the bright lunch/dinner rooms, comfortable rooms to stay in and the helpful staff of the hotel. I specifically remember Tau as it's associated with Saint Francis of Assisi. What's even more beautiful is that the rooms are adorned with the Cross of St. Francis of Assisi...

I could not fit into shower. It was more suitable for a child or very small adult. Hotel graciously changed my room to one with a larger shower. Adults avoid room 130.

Very welcoming structure with ample parking and bright, clean and tidy rooms. Mrs. Mariella and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and pampered us by offering us delicious homemade sweets. We immediately entered a very familiar atmosphere that allowed us to spend 2 peaceful and quiet days in a place surrounded by greenery, not far from Assisi and Perugia.

Very clean rooms with daily service. The sweets offered by Mrs. Maria for breakfast were exquisite. All very well looked after! We highly recommend it! We will be back for sure.

Impeccable hospitality and welcome. We found ourselves in a familiar, clean and reserved environment that immediately made us feel welcome at the gates of Assisi. Stunning panorama overlooking the Subasio and the basilica of San Francesco. Clean, spacious and equipped with everything. To be recommended and especially to return soon.

One of the most beautiful B & Bs we have stayed in, immersed in nature and surrounded by the greenery of a wonderful garden. The owners are adorable and of a unique kindness and availability. Mrs. Mariella pampered us making us feel at home. Excellent strategic point to visit Assisi as it is less than 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back!

The room itself is really not big, with a nice French bed in the middle, a wardrobe with hangers, a small TV, a table, a chair and a bathroom. The small balcony is very nice and we used it not just for the view. We also used the air conditioner, which was important during such a hot time of the year. They were kind and attentive at the reception, we mainly communicated in Italian, but I don't think...

This hotel has been my favorite so far. Rooms are small but very clean and neat and updated tastefully. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Awesome patio to sit and relax after a fun day exploring Assisi.

This gets a 5 star rating as far as I'm concerned. I do want to be clear: if you are looking for upscale, this is not for you. Lovely people! They prepared breakfast for us at 5 in the morning and they took us to the airport. Also, because we didn't have a car, they've helped us with the transportation. Beautiful location! Peace and quiet. Lovely garden. I would return to stay for at least two weeks, just to clear my head and fill my soul with joy. I recommend it with all my heart!

We stayed at this b and breakfast, 2 adults 2 children (7yrs and 2yrs) and our Jack Russell for 2 nights. Family run there is Mr. Lionello who was really nice in the morning he brought us a large mocha of coffee, all framed by the delicious desserts that his wife prepares every day. Abundant breakfast. (He also left our packed lunches in the basket!) We felt at home, the room clean and very nice...
