Cas'E Charming House

We were traveling with friends and stayed in Caserta for one night. Location was perfect - close to downtown and the Palace, but on a nice side street so fairly quiet. Rooms are large and equiped with all we need. Staff was very nice, communicated with us before and during our stay and helped with transport to the airport. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our 3 night stay was excellent. Ira was a very welcoming and accommodating host who went above and beyond, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Would recommend to anyone needing a stay near Naples, Caserta and this location was wonderful.

The perfect little boutique hotel for our last-minute Caserta excursion. The room was spotless and tastefully appointed an exceptionally cozy bed. Breakfast was lovely (eggs for breakfast! so hard to find in Italy!) The hostesses were all warm and courteous, and clearly have a passion for hospitality. They sent us an email full of restaurant recommendations and things to do and see beyond La Reggia, which made us wish we were staying longer than one night! Staying here made us want to come back to Caserta on our next Italian vacation, and Cas’E Charming House will be at the top of our list for accommodations in the future!

Beautiful small boutique hotel, with wonderful host, everything is very stylish, and so well decorated.
The breakfast is fresh and tasty, with many options.
So close to Caserta castle, and highly recommended.
We will definitely come back if we visit the area.

Cas'e' Charming House exceeded our expectations. Location was ideal, 5 min. walk from the Palace and restaurants and historic areas. Ira has plenty of local information pamphlets on hand if you're looking for something to do. Our room, up about 10-12 steps, was spotless. You can tell Ira takes great care and pride in maintaining a clean, functional bnb. For breakfast we were attentively waited upon and the food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Ira was easy to contact using WhatsApp and responded quickly to any questions we had. The place is truly "charming" as that is the perfect adjective to describe Ira and her bnb.

Quaint hotel,well situated. Close to the main shopping area and to the station. A stones throw from the Royal Palace. Teresa is the best, she went over and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable. Highly recommended.

i strongly suggest you stay at this bnb. Rita and her staff are wonderful and their hotel is well located, clean and easy to reach if traveling by train to Caserta.

This place is called a B&B but it is more a small Inn with great decorations, spacious rooms, and a very attentive staff. It is in the shadow of the historic Palace and 10 minutes walk from the railroad station. It is managed very graciously and skillfully.

Location is wonderful - right next to the Royal Palace, and on the edge of the old part of town, so within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially light and airy.

Breakfast was great: by the time we made it down, the hot stuff had almost run out, but they cooked us some new scrambled eggs on request. It included samples of the property's delicious line of homemade jams.

Parking proved a little confusing: the property has a map of the best location ("La Reggia"), but it isn't called that on Google Maps. (It's in the north-east corner of Piazza Vanvitelli. Ask the parking office there for the 24 hour discounted rate.) FYI, the hotel is just inside the ZTL.

The only off note: when we checked in, there was a couple of glasses of what looked like wine on the table - a nice touch. Except that it was coke :-(.
