Discreetly helpful staff. Very nice rooms furnished in a modern style and perfect location, just a few minutes from the Royal Palace of Caserta. Cleanliness and amenities leave a lot to be desired. The hairdryer didn't work and out of 5 days of stay the elevator didn't work for 3 days. There were fungi on the shower glass track, which indicates very poor cleaning. The typical buffet breakfast has been replaced by table service with milk, coffee, water, biscuits, jam and empty croissants. There was a table to serve other dishes not included in the cost of the stay.
The hotel therefore gains points only for the location and furnishings of the rooms.

I stayed for 2 nights for a school trip, very clean, modern and bright rooms. Very nice bathrooms and spacious and well-maintained shower.
Very attentive service and polite, helpful and kind staff.
Generally good food, generous portions and it was possible for us to ask a second time.
Rich and good breakfast with croissant for each boy.
The hotel is located in a strategic point as the palace of Caserta can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

After spending 4 nights in this "hotel" for a school trip I can say that the rooms are small (room for 2 people where they put 4 beds), the water in the shower was cold, the window was extremely small and the room did not it is not at all soundproof where you could hear all the voices from outside or from other rooms, furthermore the air conditioner did not work and blew cold air. The breakfast was inedible, with hard and a few days old croissants, the coffee was undrinkable. Dinner was served with poor quality food and you could barely eat it. Unprofessional and rude staff. Not recommended hotel, I won't go back again.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a person with a very detached and cold manner. The room was very nice overall, however it had some fairly important shortcomings. The bed was uncomfortable and a double bed with two single beds attached, not exactly comfortable, plus the mini bar was turned off and empty forcing me to go down to the hall in the middle of the night to buy water. Just take care of a few details and it would have been an excellent hotel 2 steps from the palace.

Heating ok.
EMBARRASSING breakfast.... better not to put it among the services if one prepares it like that.
Tables not set even with a napkin and 8 frozen cross croissants. Something never seen before for, however, €75 per night.
Positive note: the closed internal parking and the location. For the rest it is better to choose something else if you can.

I felt good. The location is a bit sacrificed due to the fact that it is located on a road with heavy traffic within the town. Good breakfast!

The Regina hotel is a modern structure, very luxurious both inside and outside, all new. Located near the center of Caserta, in the Casagiove district, the motorway junction can be reached in a few minutes, the same thing for the tourist points of interest, including the Royal Palace of Caserta.
The staff is very kind and the cuisine is very good and refined.

The location is not to my liking. The facilities have failures in the elevator and in the light. The rooms were very clean, and very comfortable, when we entered there was a strong smell of disinfectant. Breakfast is not very complete, and lunch/dinner is rich because it is homemade but it is limited. But recommended.
