4 stars hotel but with 3 stars standards room/ facilities. Cleanliness, breakfast, service and staff are great. Location is convenient. But for the price of the room, it is underwhelming.
Double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together - if you lie in the middle you will sink in: what's the point of having a double bed if you can only sleep strictly on 1 side and not in the middle.
Soundproofing is horrible: Windows face the busy street and there's commotion from the traffic and crowd on the streets (when there's special events or concerts at the castle), which is bad for a customer's sleep even at 12mn.
Room comes with blackout curtains which is good for sleep.
Lift is very old and it feels like it may break down at any moment with the sudden jerks. I feared for my life when I stepped into 1.
Overall not a great place for customers to rest and recuperate. For the price, customers are better off checking out bnb nearby instead.

Everything is perfect the walls is soft the breakfast is good the rooms is perfect (the Bath has color lights)is worth it

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a nice view of the palace. I recommend room # 454 for a great view.

Best Location in Caserta
Comfortable and elegant, this lovely hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of very good restaurants, rental car office, and right across the street from the Royal Palace. With wi-fi, air conditioning, and an elevator, the hotel provided everything we wanted, but its true gems are the hard-working and dedicated staff who overwhelmed us with their kindness. The manager Viviana made sure we were comfortable during the extreme heat, and with her team at the front desk, especially Mariana and Emilio, all our questions and needs were taken care of. The hotel is a four-star building from the 1950s. The room size cannot be changed, but it is well maintained and the breakfast is also very good. The most important thing is that it is very close to the World Cultural Heritage Caserta Palace, a five-minute walk, which is great 😄

Such a great hotel. Yes, I know the furniture is a bit worn in the rooms. But if you just ignore that, you have a really great hotel. Fabulous service both with your luggage or at the bar.and there's a bar that is open until 10 pm with really nice staff. The lobby and the hallways are all air conditioned. There are 2 elevators. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 5th floor is the highest floor of rooms. There is room service. Reception is 24 hours. Seriously, what more could you ask for. I could see the Royal Palace from my window.

Every time I go to Caserta, this hotel is almost the only choice, and it is also one of the best hotels in the area.
The location is very good, located in the center of the old town, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the World Cultural Heritage Caserta Palace.

Hotel very close to bus & train stations , shops & restaurants and Royal Palace.
Staff were very helpful & nothing was too much trouble.

A great hotel with spacious and well-equipped room and a comfortable bed. Location is perfect for visiting royal palace and park and close to railway station too. Service are very good and breakfast has good varieties. However, free parking spaces in front of the hotel are limited, so be ware if staying in the hotel with a car.
