It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.
The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich in variety
Very nice establishment, enjoyed my stay there. All was well but some one must fix the dripping roof. Restaurant menu is limited. Also limited was the personnel of the restaurant as they claimed that they could not copy with conference commitments and the occasional dining guest. As a result we had to go elsewhere for a dinner even though the restaurant was empty. Sad!
Clean, convenient to downtown. Good shower. Fridge in room did not work. Ice machine was removed from floor. Two twin beds, decent mattresses.
I wanna go back there. Very clean and their food is really good.
Huge hotel with so many blocks, floors and rooms. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and soacious, carpets though need more cleanings. Breakfast is ok though not diverse. What we didn't like is the location. Practically nothing is available outside at a walking distance from te hotel.

Grand Hotel Vanvitelli
Caserta, Viale Carlo III 🧭 Map
Well at first glance the hotel appears to be extremely fancy and ostentatious, more than a quick look reveals that much of the splendor is actually a very thin veneer. Access to all of the amenities that the hotel has to offer, like the spa, the pool, and the dining is actually very limited to the average guest. Whole sections of the hotel are just completely shut down. The breakers turned off, the...
Loved our stay once again! The hotel does need some updating but the atmosphere is great! A big thanks to Veronica who made are days start with a friendly face at breakfast!
The grand hotel Vanvitelli is located a few minutes from the Rome-Naples motorway exit but is located in a peripheral area with no services. The hotel offers a large free car park for guests and has a swimming pool and spa but I have not used these facilities so I cannot rate them. The hotel, despite being equipped with a large structure with many rooms for guests, does not offer any services adequate...
Very good stay. I enjoyed the quite atmosphere. It was hard to adjust the room temperature though and that made sleeping a chore.
High recommendation! The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and really beautiful. The rooms are absolutely amazing. The pool and spa are awesome. Great parking. Thanks
Lovely place , just to stay for couple of nights between business week. Great view of the hotel and lobby. Reception girls are friendly and helpful! Wonderful restaurant and delicious food ! Service was fantastic! I am happy to know about this place . Rooms must be renovated for sure ! Looks old fashioned and dusty floor !

Nice staying in Caserta Very good staying. Room clean, bathroom ok. Breakfast very good for sweets, and pastries but to be improved for fruits (not a lot of fresh fruits available) and for the salty part: no vegs at all available. Appreciated the availability of gluten free products. Location excellent to visit Caserta and Reggia
Very conveniently located to where I wanted to go. I was able to walk to my destination. Had good parking for my car.
great location, easy to park, good breakfast
Large, spacious rooms with cold, unfeeling decorations. Not much charm or warmth.
Its very good for position in order to visit nice sites

Hotel Reggia is a rather small, but extremely friendly hotel in Caserta. I have been there many times. The rooms are big enough with very good shower and above all clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is with a lot of variaty. In short, I can recommend this hotel for business or maybe a few nights if you visit the region (Napels) for a city trip.
We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting family and friends in the local area. The hotel has a modern decor and is clean with spacious rooms and en-suites. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good too.
excellent breakfast with ample choices. very nice and helpful staff nice room safe parking, right by the hotel
We stopped overnight to break up the long journey. Friendly and helpful staff also with advice on where to eat and buy good local products. We enjoyed it. Good room: clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast with packaged products, however, varies both sweet and salty. Positive experience for us
Excellent location for visiting the Royal Palace, just off the highway. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Carpet in the corridors with stains all over the room, the room ok even if the floor was not clean. Breakfast practically made in front of the reception, packaged products. Good price. For one night it is acceptable but certainly not a four star hotel.

Hotel Style Caserta is a 4-star hotel a short distance from the train station. The hotel is clean enough but for the rating given I would have expected a lot more. First floor room with upholstered fabric on the walls and carpet on the floor are a bad choice for me. The room itself is acceptable even if small but with a very small bathroom and with poor details. Window that does not open and close...
Hotel in the center of Caserta, excellent for visiting the city and the Royal Palace. The comfort is good, although something more can be expected from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small. Difficult to adjust the air conditioning so that it doesn't hit the bed directly. An unpleasant musty smell as soon as you enter, which disappeared after leaving the window open for the whole day. Missing soap...

Very good stay, clean and comfortable, with very good breakfast but needs a pool.
Good 3 star place Very clean room. Very good breakfast. The spa is just a bath with jacuzzi with extra charge. It is in fact 3 star hotel.
Upon arrival the reception staff were always warm, friendly and obliging. Kindly humoured me with my haggle for a better price for our 3 night stay for 2 rooms. Clean, well put rooms serviced daily. Bar fridge restocked daily with various items. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. On site parking.Other than location being a little obscure, this hotel is a hidden gem. We really enjoy our stay. If you travel by car it is a very good option: is quite near from Rome and you will have an easy and free parking. Besides, you only need a few minutes walking to get Frascati center. The breaksfast is very good and staff helpful!
This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep...
This hotel was just fantastic! This was the second stay of my wife and I's honeymoon, and it was extremely welcoming. The pizza was fantastic, and the hotel breakfast given was the best I've ever had from a hotel, period. Additionally, the rooms were extremely well cleaned and set up and were lovely! The hotel is ok for a 1 night stay before or after your flight. The location is very close to the airport. Our room smelt very odd, but we weren’t sure what it was. The air conditioner was also leaking down the wall. Not very clean either and not sure how it is a 4 star hotel but was ok for just the one night.
A little room for an overnight stay close to the airport- there was no window, but it did have a wonderful sky roof that could open and close and it had a blind that blocked out all the light. It’s a pity that they do not offer an airport shuttle as they are so close to the hotel. The taxi wanted to charge €15 for a 1minute ride. The walk is ok, but not great - especially if you have large luggage...
It is about 15 minutes' walk from the airport, which is very convenient for catching an early flight.
The room is small and depressing, with a bit of smell. The things are quite complete, including toothbrushes, but the noise of vehicles at night is too noisy to rest well.
Two much noise from street , constantly Ambulance and street noise disturb your sleep. Water from shower did not drain. Building too old and smell.

Our room was very big, although quite dated. The hotel is in a nice location with a lot of ground to walk around and see the view of Naples. It is quite hard to get too and out the way of anything if you wanted to go into the city for food or drinks. Breakfast is good but the restaurant menu is very limited.
A somewhat dated hotel, but equipped with all amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. It's located a bit further from the city center, but offers fantastic views of the city from the rooftop terrace. Driving to the hotel can be a challenge (Naples traffic!), but once you arrive, the hotel staff will take care of parking your car. The proximity to the airport is also a plus.
The actual hotel is much better than the photos, the environment is elegant and pleasant, and the sunlight in the restaurant is beautiful. ⭐ 2.5/5 This hotel is rated as a four-star, but unfortunately, the facilities do not match a modern four-star standard. Perhaps it was considered four-star in 1908, but not today. Everything was perfect starting from the welcome at the reception, very kind staff
It's near the road, noisy, and the hotel facilities are old. But it is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is relatively old, the environment is OK. Breakfast is simple. But it's clean and very European.
This hotel is nice and the service is excellent. Close to a church, elegant environment. The waiters were very nice and the breakfast was good. Because it is a certain distance from the city center, it is especially suitable for those who drive by themselves.
Old style, nice people, good breakfast
I have to be honest, I read some reviews and I thought: 'What have we gotten ourselves into?'. After the stressful introduction to Napolitan traffic we found the hotel, which is indeed literally next to a busy road, no pavement in between, and checked in. Hotel location is nice for me because I needed to reach airport in the next morning. The hotel staff were nice and friendly both check in and check out...very helpful also at the hotel restaurant. Nice to stay.
A great hotel. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, I really like it. Everything is good except for inconvenient transportation
I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.
We had a great stay at the hotel. Very pleasant staff and good service. Good location for a nice walk to several highlights.

The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.
The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated. Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.
The room is a bit small, but it is enough for one person. It is a 15-minute walk from the central train station.

Overall very satisfactory. The location is a bit sketchy (not many native Italians, if you know what I mean) especially in the evening hours, so I’ve had to deduct a star for that, but they do their very best to keep the hotel secure and it’s not as bad as it initially seems upon arrival. Nice little hotel. Breakfast is ok though a bit monotonous for a longer stay. The pool is nice for few hours of rest between days of sightseeing. The location is a bit dangerous. A lot of immigrants from Africa. On the street near the hotel someone stole things from my backpack while I was walking back to the hotel.
**Location:** Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Napoli Centrale train station, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. **Environment:** The surrounding area is lively, with many migrants, immigrants, and street vendors. The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.
In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.

I did not enjoy the walk from station to hotel - rough crowd and filthy streets. The concierge could not tell me where to get a wine or meal from! The entire building is tired. No value for money here
The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.
Excellent location 5 min walk from main station, hotel was quiet, clan and spacious, added bonus was breakfast which was really good, staff friendly
Dangerous location. Poor service from staff. Clean and spacious areas.
Was ok just because is near to the train station and good connection with the transport to the airport..normal 4star hotel
A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. The wallpaper was coming off the walls everywhere and there were brown stains everywhere. This is more like 2 star standards. If this is what Ramada classes as a 4 star room we will not be using them again. However, the beds were extremely comfortable and the heavy curtains...

Convenient location. But I only found out afterwards that it’s a dangerous neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way. Some questionable policies - no free luggage storage available and no bringing outside food into the rooms
The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. The meat was grilled pork large piece, fries, big arugula salad. Water is included, as well as limoncello liquor and coffee, all for 18 euro this October 7, 2024.
I stay at this hotel for the second time, close to the station, friendly staff, I recommend
Near main train station so very convenient. Rooms very basic. Staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was OK.. good choice but bread was stale. Great if you have an early train to catch to get out of Naples.
Nice staff and breakfast the location is very close to the train station, the only problem is the rooms are a bit small .
The rooms were minimalist but clean. However, there were no glasses provided in the room or bathroom. The air conditioning was only moderately effective, and the rooms were quite noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant next to the lobby where you can have dinner spontaneously, and it also serves as the breakfast room. The breakfast was okay, with a lot of pastries available...

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are super kind and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, rooftop garden is a very nice place to have a beer and relax, breakfast was great. All in all, our stay at this hotel was wonderful and made our stay in Naples bearable (the city is not what we expected, very little tourist infrastructure and very hard to get around),
Nice, clean hotel. Located very close to main street. Very good breakfast. Good quality beds. Price very reasonable, high quality-cost ratio
Absolutely wonderful experience! The rooms were great and sound isolated from the street noise. The staff is next level! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a great spot on top of the bldg and although small had everything you would want from a hotel breakfast, very high quality items. I will definitely book a stay here next time I am in town
About 10 minutes walk from Naples Central Station It wasn't far, but it wasn't close either. It's on a street so it's quiet. I stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast. I feel like I would get bored of the breakfast if I ate it three times, but the cappuccino was delicious. It seems like the room is not cleaned or the sheets are changed. There are some places like that, but I think it's worth the price
Amazing hotel in the heart of Naples! We were able to wander the crazy/chaotic streets of Naples very easily from the hotel. Only 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by. The room and washroom were clean and very spacious with a nice seating area. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good, lots of options....
Good location, it’s about 600m from the Garibaldi station.Kind and Friendly staffs, nice recommendations for the sightseeing area. The historical buildings are around the hotel, you can enjoy visit them on foot.
