Caserta, Viale Lamberti 🧭 Map
It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.
Very nice establishment, enjoyed my stay there. All was well but some one must fix the dripping roof. Restaurant menu is limited. Also limited was the personnel of the restaurant as they claimed that they could not copy with conference commitments and the occasional dining guest. As a result we had to go elsewhere for a dinner even though the restaurant was empty. Sad!
Clean, convenient to downtown. Good shower. Fridge in room did not work. Ice machine was removed from floor. Two twin beds, decent mattresses.
Huge hotel with so many blocks, floors and rooms. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and soacious, carpets though need more cleanings. Breakfast is ok though not diverse. What we didn't like is the location. Practically nothing is available outside at a walking distance from te hotel.
Business type hotel but equally good for tourism. Spacious rooms, free underground parking and reasonable breakfast. The pool is an added bonus in the summer and overall for the price the hotel is excellent value.
It's a good hotel in terms of room confort and quietness. The personnel is very kind. Restaurant is huge but not too busy.

Grand Hotel Vanvitelli
Caserta, Viale Carlo III 🧭 Map
Well at first glance the hotel appears to be extremely fancy and ostentatious, more than a quick look reveals that much of the splendor is actually a very thin veneer. Access to all of the amenities that the hotel has to offer, like the spa, the pool, and the dining is actually very limited to the average guest. Whole sections of the hotel are just completely shut down. The breakers turned off, the...
Loved our stay once again! The hotel does need some updating but the atmosphere is great! A big thanks to Veronica who made are days start with a friendly face at breakfast!
The grand hotel Vanvitelli is located a few minutes from the Rome-Naples motorway exit but is located in a peripheral area with no services. The hotel offers a large free car park for guests and has a swimming pool and spa but I have not used these facilities so I cannot rate them. The hotel, despite being equipped with a large structure with many rooms for guests, does not offer any services adequate...
Very good stay. I enjoyed the quite atmosphere. It was hard to adjust the room temperature though and that made sleeping a chore.
High recommendation! The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and really beautiful. The rooms are absolutely amazing. The pool and spa are awesome. Great parking. Thanks
Lovely place , just to stay for couple of nights between business week. Great view of the hotel and lobby. Reception girls are friendly and helpful! Wonderful restaurant and delicious food ! Service was fantastic! I am happy to know about this place . Rooms must be renovated for sure ! Looks old fashioned and dusty floor !

The hotel is good BUT there is nothing around for you to see or go if you want to walk. There is only one restaurant that is walking distance. Otherwise you must have transportation.
Were in this hotel when the flight was canceled. Everything worked out clearly: late dinner, clean room, early breakfast.
Friendly team and nice location but there is a reason for its cheap price. This is the worst Novotel I ever stayed. Outdate infrastructure and poor breakfast, a representation of the poorly managed Caserta region.

4 stars hotel but with 3 stars standards room/ facilities. Cleanliness, breakfast, service and staff are great. Location is convenient. But for the price of the room, it is underwhelming. Double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together - if you lie in the middle you will sink in: what's the point of having a double bed if you can only sleep strictly on 1 side and not in the middle. Soundproofing...
Everything is perfect the walls is soft the breakfast is good the rooms is perfect (the Bath has color lights)is worth it
Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with a nice view of the palace. I recommend room # 454 for a great view.
Best Location in Caserta Comfortable and elegant, this lovely hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of very good restaurants, rental car office, and right across the street from the Royal Palace. With wi-fi, air conditioning, and an elevator, the hotel provided everything we wanted, but its true gems are the hard-working and dedicated staff who overwhelmed us with their kindness. The manager...
Such a great hotel. Yes, I know the furniture is a bit worn in the rooms. But if you just ignore that, you have a really great hotel. Fabulous service both with your luggage or at the bar.and there's a bar that is open until 10 pm with really nice staff. The lobby and the hallways are all air conditioned. There are 2 elevators. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 5th floor is the highest...
Hotel very close to bus & train stations , shops & restaurants and Royal Palace. Staff were very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Room was a good size and clean.

Best place to stay in Caserta. I stayed there for 2 months and i enjoyed there breakfast and service.
This is the second time I stay at this hotel. Location is great, 5 min walk from the main road and Royal Palace.Good breakfast and courteous service. Rooms are simple, modern and clean. Nice toilet with all the necessities. Overall a good stay and I will be back anytime I’m in Caserta
Rooms have to be renovated. Water in rooms costs but there is no written about it. Breakfast very sweet and scrambled eggs are the only warm food. But the location is near train station and near very good pizzeria
Modern hotel, very boutique hotel. Spacious room, huge bathroom. Rich and abundant breakfast. Exquisite dinner! Possibly the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel.
Large, well-furnished rooms with air conditioning and TV. Abundant breakfast ranging from sweet to savory. The staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. On the advice of the reception staff I dined in restaurants that offer typical local dishes with an excellent quality/price ratio. The hotel is very close to the Royal Palace of Caserta. Behind the hotel is the center with a variety of shopping...
Excellent hotel and conference room located in the heart of the city. I personally tested this thanks to a convention I attended in the past. The conference room was very large and well maintained. All the staff inside are very professional and polite. I felt very good and recommend, given my personal experience, also for conferences.

Hotel Style Caserta is a 4-star hotel a short distance from the train station. The hotel is clean enough but for the rating given I would have expected a lot more. First floor room with upholstered fabric on the walls and carpet on the floor are a bad choice for me. The room itself is acceptable even if small but with a very small bathroom and with poor details. Window that does not open and close...
Hotel in the center of Caserta, excellent for visiting the city and the Royal Palace. The comfort is good, although something more can be expected from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small. Difficult to adjust the air conditioning so that it doesn't hit the bed directly. An unpleasant musty smell as soon as you enter, which disappeared after leaving the window open for the whole day. Missing soap...
Our room was very clean and quite. The location is very handy and the hotel parking is near by. All in all we would stay here again.

excellent breakfast with ample choices. very nice and helpful staff nice room safe parking, right by the hotel
We stopped overnight to break up the long journey. Friendly and helpful staff also with advice on where to eat and buy good local products. We enjoyed it. Good room: clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast with packaged products, however, varies both sweet and salty. Positive experience for us
Excellent location for visiting the Royal Palace, just off the highway. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Carpet in the corridors with stains all over the room, the room ok even if the floor was not clean. Breakfast practically made in front of the reception, packaged products. Good price. For one night it is acceptable but certainly not a four star hotel.

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious, food is good and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. They have an underground parking as well which is a plus if you drive here.
I had the most relaxing time here, there are bits to improve given it's a 4 star hotel but all in all it was a good experience. Nice food, clean swimming pool, very polite and welcoming people working there
Beautiful, staff were great, room was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. I will return.
Elegant oasis in Caserta. Lovely room, excellent restaurant, beautiful garden with pool, superb staff
If you go to Caserta you should stay at this beautiful place wiht friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and big. The breakfast was w,th a lot of choice. You can have a drink at the pool.
Nice hotel, location is a bit run down. Pizza restaurant in the next street is a must! Bar/pool service low!

Good and nice hotel close to the Reggia di Caserta. Rooms clean with recent interior design. Is possible to have a breakfast in a small dedicated area and is available a small private parking. Staff helpfully and very polite You cannot lunch or dinner inside, but near, by walking, you will find good restaurant. I recommend it if you are going in Caserta.
I spent five nights here and it was an excellent choice at a reasonable price. The room was unusually spacious and well-equipped (well lit, plenty of electical outlets for charging etc., very comfortable bed, balcony, large closet and shelf space, a desk and a stand for luggage). The bathroom was huge: and everything functioned well. Hot water was totally reliable. The wifi router was in the corridor...
Nice place, great staff, helpful and smiling) Clean and fresh, new renovation. The rooms are bright, there is a safe, shower accessories, hairdryer. Breakfast croissants, toast, cheese, sausage, fruit, muesli, juice. There are no eggs or vegetables. There is a gym, everything you need. All rooms have balconies. five
I am pregnant and I had a lot requests, such as more pillows, irons and breakfast in the room. They are extremely helpful and exceed my expectations. Good value, big room and big bathrooms too.

I can’t say enough about how outstanding the manager of this b and b is. He goes out of his way to make sure you have an excellent experience in his area by driving you to local restaurants and helping to interpret the menu in places where only Italian is spoken. We enjoyed returning each day to the charming courtyard. Our rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Highly recommend.
Very clean rooms and beautiful location. The host is extremely helpful and even brought us to a local restaurant for some pasta! I highly recommend staying here!
Real Italian hospitality I stayed 9 hotels during my traveling in Italy last July. Among them, 2 hotels give me very happy impression. This B&B is one of them. The owner is Lorenzo and he knows real warm hospitality. Of course, Room is clean and good breakfast was served. If you want to feel warm hospitality of southern Italy, you should stay here. I strongly recommend this place. And I had very...
Perched on the hills overlooking Caserta, the name definitely matches its setting: a small courtyard reflecting the romantic mood of the owners. They run the place by the line "to us you are guests and not customers", meaning they will drive you up to the medieval castle and show you to the places where you can get a full taste of Caserta's typical cookery at the best prices. Especially good for bikers
Wonderful place to stay. This b&b is nicely decorated, clean and it has a good breakfast to start your day of. The hosts do everything to make you feel at home. The village is close to Caserta palace, the old village of Caserta and Pompeii, which means there's plenty to see. The pizzaria and local restaurant are highly recommended.
A Corte is located near Caserta Vecchia, a little medieval city, really nice and folklorostic. The place is quiet and the rooms are large and comfortable. The owner is very kind and keeps a little kitchen with water, coffee, camomille and so open all the time for the guests, even in the middle of the night. Ask him for every information you need, he suggested us the best restaurant I've ever been.

Nice comfortable hotel, well located for the old town of Caserta and convenient if visiting the Royal Palace.
Very nice hotel in the centre. The temperature of the room was too cold. The only solution was to switch off the air conditioning
A great hotel with the best location, good service and good rooms. Bree buffet with a good choice of food made my stay perfect
Stayed here recently for one night with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, location was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Was also one of the few actually handicap accessible hotels we stayed at while in Italy.
Very nice hotel with a 10 minute walk to Via San Carlo and downtown Caserta. Nice assortment of cafes, restaurants and bars for aperitivo. The hotel front desk is available 24 hours, room was very nice, good air conditioning and attentive staff. we would definitely stay again on our next trip to Caserta. It's also across from a park which is nice to chill out.
Very cozy hotel in the very center of Caserta, near the Royal Palace. Prices extremely fair according to the amenities offered, breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, especially the local cheese , mozzarella and ricotta. Rooms very spacious for two persons, personnel very friendly, the hotel has an agreement for a parking facility nearby at a low price. I would stay there again if I revisit Caserta

Good place to stay in Caserta close to the train station and the palace and gardens. In general Caserta didn't make a good impression as there is not sooo much you can do. The area great restaurants and the palace and garden is impressive, but apart from that there it not so much more you can see
Stanze pulite e confortevoli, posizione centrale e personal e cordiale. Ottima pasticceria locale per colazione.
Hotel Amadeus was the most lovely place I stayed my entire last trip to Italy. I spent four days here in June of 2011. I had a single room which was everything that I needed and had many charming attributes. It was very clean and well stocked with amenities. The rooftop garden was a favorite place to read. There is a small elevator for when you have luggage - not found at every European hotel! The...
