Hotels in Caserta

It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.

Very nice establishment, enjoyed my stay there. All was well but some one must fix the dripping roof. Restaurant menu is limited.Also limited was the personnel of the restaurant as they claimed that they could not copy with conference commitments and the occasional dining guest. As a result we had to go elsewhere for a dinner even though the restaurant was empty. Sad!

Well at first glance the hotel appears to be extremely fancy and ostentatious, more than a quick look reveals that much of the splendor is actually a very thin veneer. The grand hotel Vanvitelli is located a few minutes from the Rome-Naples motorway exit but is located in a peripheral area with no services. The hotel offers a large free car park for guests and has a swimming pool and spa but I have not used these facilities so I cannot rate them. Very good stay. I enjoyed the quite atmosphere. It was hard to adjust the room temperature though and that made sleeping a chore.

Hotel Reggia is a rather small, but extremely friendly hotel in Caserta. I have been there many times. The rooms are big enough with very good shower and above all clean rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is with a lot of variaty. In short, I can recommend this hotel for business or maybe a few nights if you visit the region (Napels) for a city trip.

We stayed at this hotel whilst visiting family and friends in the local area. The hotel has a modern decor and is clean with spacious rooms and en-suites. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good too.

Excellent location for visiting the Royal Palace, just off the highway. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Carpet in the corridors with stains all over the room, the room ok even if the floor was not clean. Breakfast practically made in front of the reception, packaged products. Good price. For one night it is acceptable but certainly not a four star hotel.

Hotel Style Caserta is a 4-star hotel a short distance from the train station. The hotel is clean enough but for the rating given I would have expected a lot more. First floor room with upholstered fabric on the walls and carpet on the floor are a bad choice for me. Hotel in the center of Caserta, excellent for visiting the city and the Royal Palace. The comfort is good, although something more can be expected from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are quite small. Difficult to adjust the air conditioning so that it doesn't hit the bed directly. An unpleasant musty smell as soon as you enter, which disappeared after leaving the window open for the whole day. Our room was very clean and quite. The location is very handy and the hotel parking is near by. All in all we would stay here again.

Amadeus is a reasonable hotel. The bed slept well and the bathroom was great. Some disadvantages were the mediocre breakfast, the broken smoke detector and the poor isolation (could hear my neighbour on the telephone like he was standing next to me).

My only complaint is that the hot water for the shower took a while to arrive and was inconsistent when it got there.

Good place to stay in Caserta close to the train station and the palace and gardens. In general Caserta didn't make a good impression as there is not sooo much you can do. The area great restaurants and the palace and garden is impressive, but apart from that there it not so much more you can see

We really enjoy our stay. If you travel by car it is a very good option: is quite near from Rome and you will have an easy and free parking. Besides, you only need a few minutes walking to get Frascati center. The breaksfast is very good and staff helpful!

This hotel was just fantastic! This was the second stay of my wife and I's honeymoon, and it was extremely welcoming. Staff were helpful, a man dropped us off at the metro after we checked out, free of charge. It is quite far from the airport cost 50 euros to get a taxi from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen staff was nice. Drawback is it doesn’t have its own parking space for guests. Lady Receptionist didn’t provide an extra key card for us ( only 1 for 4 adults). We asked and they said they only give one. The surrounding area is so so.

Close to the airport but taxis are a problem...initially taxi driver wanted me to pay 35Euros and I refused then ended up paying 25Euros! The rooms are average, just for 1 night was ok, wouldn't stay longer...room had a mouldy smell, shower was dirty.

The hotel is ok for a 1 night stay before or after your flight. The location is very close to the airport. Our room smelt very odd, but we weren’t sure what it was. The air conditioner was also leaking down the wall. Not very clean either and not sure how it is a 4 star hotel but was ok for just the one night.

A little room for an overnight stay close to the airport- there was no window, but it did have a wonderful sky roof that could open and close and it had a blind that blocked out all the light. It is about 15 minutes' walk from the airport, which is very convenient for catching an early flight.

Our room was very big, although quite dated. The hotel is in a nice location with a lot of ground to walk around and see the view of Naples. The bar outside is fun and really loud ! The blanket is itchy i dont know why but it’s itchy ! The shower doesn’t have the door. I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Very small room, regular bathroom but there is no space to put objects, I would recommend a mirror under the mirror. Location in a very lively neighborhood but quite far from the historic center, you need good legs, breath and metro to reach the "real Naples" .

The hotel is located in an area with very, very crowded and narrow streets like much of Naples. The area around the hotel was noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and updated inside. Parking worked out OK, but driving a van through the narrow streets was challenging.

The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The room was OK. However, the walls are very thin, and you can't help but hear phone calls and other noises in the room next door. The breakfast is not good except for the coffee (just an espresso) (rubber cornetto, rubber flatbread, rusks, all wrapped in plastic wrap).

Very welcoming structure and located in a strategic position to reach all points of interest in the city. Comfortable, it is equipped with climate, cleanliness and staff availability. The hotel is very old, the quilt has yellow stains, the sound insulation is very poor, I was woken up twice by the sound of people talking upstairs, the only advantage is that the station exit can be directly connected to the hotel

A hotel just lest 5 minutes away from station, shops and restaurants are walking distance also there is a market close to hotel .

Everything was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, room was wide and clean, we enjoyed our stay in Stelle hotel.

Excellent location: just next to Napoli Centrale (Train, not MTR i.e. L1 / L2) Big room: Triple room size, enough space to open the suitcases Terrible cleanliness of AC & Fan in toilet: often blow out dust…… Breakfast: very simple options City tax: with Cash only

Very nice hotel. 5 mins walk from Naples centre station. Good breakfast with lots of fruits.

This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

Outdated but the location is good if you want to stay near by the city.

Location very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays. Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port. Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.
