Gardaland Hotel

It’s always going to be magical staying here but, price quality is a tough one. No breakfast included in the price. there is a lot of themed decorations in the room they need probably a wipe down. free parking . The fact that they only provide one pillow per person in the room is always a dealbreaker for me. The mattresses have a waterproof cover which is very good makes it way more higiénic. Of course I’m gonna still come back cause it’s practical

We visited Gardaland last week, from the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed and relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly and fantastic with our daughter! The room was great, everything you need and very comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, never fighting for sunbeds or space in the pool. We didn't eat in the restaurants but did have food in the bar and by the pool which was really tasty and kept us going all day long! We had a car and was able to venture away from the hotel on a few occasions but used the free shuttle bus to visit the aquarium. You can also get the bus to the train station which is just up the road so we ventured to Venice for the day too as well as the beautiful towns and villages surrounding Lake Garda. I would recommend this hotel and resort to everyone!! Thank you for making our daughters first holiday so amazing. We can't wait to return!

This hotel is wonderful I enjoyed my time there.Its a magical place .The rooms were big, the beds tidy,and the restrooms were average size.The desiging of the rooms is what caught my attention.The stuff were very friendly the facilities were amazing.The food was brilliant I had many options to pick from. The location was near an amusement park and many other places.

Stayed in the Magic Hotel - theming was amazing and the kids loved it. Big family rooms that easily sleep all the family. Nice 'cold' aircon and fridges in the room. Breakfast was good, and service overall was great. The best option if visiting Gardaland!

Beautiful pool , very relaxing and super clean. Staff very helpful. Room is spacious with lots of storage. Aircon stayed at a constant pleasant temperature in bedroom. We loved the wristbands that meant no cash needed at pool, just top up with your credit card easily at booth in reception. We found the free shuttle buses very hot and busy. When visiting movieland we preferred uber or hotel taxi. Did not mind the swim caps at all.
Hotel could improve departure....our jet2 transfer has a 30 minute window and we had to wait outside in intense heat with all the luggage. Transfer was late so this turned into 1 hour . Please build shelters with canopy/ roof as we don't want to stand with smokers in bus queue outside in heat when dressed for airport. A better solution would be to wait in reception and the driver buzz through to say they have arrived and then we walk a few minutes to car park or main road.
Coffee on morning was great but wonder restaurant was a little too warm at times so we never ate there on a night due to this.
Would return even if a little out of the way as pool and hotel is so relaxing.

We visited Gardaland in April 2024. The staff entertaining the children were one of the best that we’ve ever met. They were extremely entertaining, fun, skilled artists and moreover, incredibly warm hearted and genuinely interested in the children. Their work ethics was one of a kind and would make us return to this hotel any day. We hope each one of the lovely friends we made here are rewarded for their contribution to making families feel so welcome. Thank you so much!

Amazing stay at Gardaland!
The promo package we got (Night at the hotel, breakfast, 2-day ticket to GL Park, 1 ticket to SeaLife and 1 ticket to LEGOLand WaterPark) is so worth it.
The bedrooms are clean and well kept, the entrance to the pavillions are card-secured.
One thing that bugged me a little is that the room doors in our room are very poorly sound-proofed. We could hear people talking in the hallway so clearly, we had to check if we left the doors opened by accident. Minor inconvenience though.
Room service brought us some missing supplies within 10min. The staff is super helpful.
The outside area is very nice to chill and relax after frantically running around the park the whole day.
Breakfast includes your typical Hotel breakfast offer, and everything is rather tasty.
Dinner however is wildly expensive (35€ for adults and 23€ fod kids). Given the offer diversity and food quality and taste (accounting for my personal preference) I'd say it is 30% overpriced.
On the other hand, it is an all-you-can-eat buffet, so if you are reeeeally hungry, it's an OK deal.

Magical hotel. The rooms are all themed and are truly beautiful. The staff is helpful and kind. The resort amenities are impeccable. Luggage transfer from the resort to the Gardaland hotel was also carried out free of charge.

Excellent well themed hotel

Loved everything about our stay from the themed rooms to the excellent service. Would recomend to everyone with small kids.
