The staff and management are very kind and accommodating. Very good value with the spa and thermal pool included. Very good food, excellent breakfast.

Even the room is "comfort" so no the basic one, you have a parking view, not as stated on their website as garden view. Also it is connecting room from both sides 😁. They were asking for 100 eur to upgrade us even we have booked via respectful agency.

Fantastic stay: the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious & very comfortable. The restaurant was great, with a wide variety of food. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The spa was wonderful, the thermal mud treatment was definitely a highlight & felt amazing. We hope to visit again soon!

We had a great new spacious and clean room with amazing washing/hygiene products. It was also a very quiet room. The beds are fantastic. Hot food can be improved a little but there were always a variety. As soon as they build the new outdoor pool there will be less crowded in one. We are planning to come back again. Thank you Venezia

Hotel Terme Venezia located at the center in Abano Terme. The staff were so kindness & helpfull! Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel does nice SPA (pool in and outdoor). We will be back!

Very good hotel. Breakfast has plenty of choices and our room was well equipped and spacious. Pool area is big enough for number of guests that were present. Pool works until 11 pm which is great if you are coming for later check-in. Downsides are that it is not for younger or mid age couples as all guests are elderly and night entertainment is accommodated to them. We paid for tax which is stated on my online reservation that is covered by the hotel and breakfast was charged 10€ per person while stated on the website that is 8€ per person. As both tax and breakfast difference are very small amounts I don’t mind and most probably wouldn’t realize it but I did as they point out on the website multiple times that if you book through them directly you don’t have to pay the tax and that breakfast fee is 8€.

Their kitchen services are very frustrating. The ladies working there couldn’t agree with each other to where should we be seated. Plus if you ask a waiter what’s for desert for example the answer is “I cannot serve you, you have to go and see by yourself” I didn’t asked to be served.
Plus, almost everything at the breakfast is either super salty or super sweet.
