Hotel Bristol Buja

I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central. However, I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the service and that the hotel overall is beginning to show its age.

Their massage is the best in the city.

We had two interconnecting suites and one junior suite to fit our family of 6 requirements. The reservation was very uncomplicated with spa appointments and amendments made very efficiently and effectively. The highlights of the hotel go to the wonderful hospitable staff; from the front of house to the cleaning staff. The hotel felt away from 5 stars with weak breakfast offerings, bathroom toiletries, and the poor selection of antipasti buffet (especially at lunch). Lunch and dinner food offerings were wholesome and tasty highlighted by professional and attentive waiting staff. Our suites and rooms were well maintained however Wi-Fi was poor to non-functional. The outdoor wellness area was well maintained with the pool attendant actively around. The 139-bedroom thermal hotel is well located and we enjoyed the electric car charging station. The massage treatment carried out by Sandra was phenomenal; one of the best massages I have ever had. Recommended if you are a first timer of a 5-star hotel in Abano.

So. The hotel restaurant alone was worth our visit. We go to Abano all the time and this time we tried an older hotel. I wanted to compare and contrast this hotel with Hotel Tritone. Tritone is a bit more expensive and has absolutely spectacular facilities. Their restaurant though is hit or miss. Bristol Buja’s restaurant was a hit every single time, and we ate there three times a day (full board). We just loved this place, even though their sauna facilities were not nearly as good. Their pools were great, their service was fantastic and friendly. We loved it.

Hotel di classe. Normalmente ci vado solo per la meravigliosa piscina termale; ho anche soggiornato e la camera era molto confortevole (anche con il cane) e raffinata la cucina.

My family and I had an excellent stay. The place was clean and the personnel very professional and kind. We were welcomed by Alessandra, she gave us very good information that turned out to be useful for the whole vacation. I particularly liked the hot stone massage by Marianna, absolutely advised.

This is my 3rd visit to Abano and hotel Terme Bristol Buja. Cannot fault anything. Will be back again next year. If you want to unwind and like good food this is the place to stay at.
