Very nice place for enjoying family holiday. Clean wc's and showers. Nice beach suitable for small children. And as a bonus there is shower on the beach :-) Good animation every day for children. Loud music from sound beach after 10:00PM up to 3:30AM :-(, therefore better to place tent or caravan close to hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There's no fridge in the room. How can it be a 3 stars hotel without a refrigerator in the room. We had to buy cold water from the reception, as it was very hot. One night around 5am the air conditioning dropped about a glass of water on my face and pillow. To reach the beach you need to go through a trailers campus. I got food poisoning after eating lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was a disappointing end to an otherwise amazing hotel stay. It still has my favorite hotel room in all of Italy, and the private beach with included umbrella + bed was so amazing. I just wish I didn't get so sick at the end.

The good: The property itself is fine, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant as well if somewhat expansive. The service is impeccable as well. The private beach area is well kept and very nice. The bad: The property itself has no services, everything is on the adjoining camp ground which is not quite the same clientele as the hotel. The rooms were clean but the hotel was very old and not updated for at least 20-30 years. The breakfast was served with plenty of food and the owners were very nice. Location is very good. You can take a ferry to Venice just 3 minutes away by car. There is plenty of parking and WiFi is available. Overall a good experience and the prices are very good compared to the services received. The service was very bad ...when we asked something they were answering very angry...like we disturbed them...for the breakfast we were forced to eat in 40minutes 50 people ....and were hurrying us to leave the breakfast room...And if you want a fridge in the room is 5e per day. Very clean and beautiful place. People on reception take you around the camp to pick a pitch and show you where everything is. We were unfortunate with the pools (they were repairing them), but the rest was amazigne. Very clean bathrooms and also the camp. Beach was reguraly cleaned and was very slow to get deeped into the watter - great for kids.

I can only give this place 5/5 stars. We spent our vacation in the region about 4 weeks ago and arrived without any reservation. We did not know that the occupancy rate is so high on all sites at this time. We tried to get a place at 5 different campsites without success and the most of them, were not willing to help us to find a place for the night ( two adults + kid + baby) only the camping village...

The Staff at the reception and the cleaners are friendly and helpful. We had a spot as close to the beach as possible, it was a nice spot for our tents, big enough to fit a car and 2 big air tents in it. Its really a good hostel for those who don’t mind moving above the water which should be the essence of traveling in Venice. By the way, each hour until 2 am there is the water bus from the island to main island. So you don’t need to be worried about it. I've stayed in the dormitory for six, but actually there were two rooms there: for two and for four people, so it wasn't bad at all. I very nice hostel on the island of St. Erasmo. Great location for relaxing. Very friendly staff. There is a boat to Fondamente Nove, Venice 24hours a day. That's really great!

This place is wonderful! The building is a charming villa-type house with several rooms and a restaurant in the basement. Bicycles are free for guests to tour around the island of Sant'Erasmo, which is beautiful. Free breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and the staff are lovely and very helpful. A little off the beaten path, but certainly worth the extra minutes on the water bus.

Nice and clean hotel on beautiful Lido. Conveniently located on the island with bus stop just outside and walking distance to the beach and near by restaurants. We stayed 3 nights this week and wished we had stayed longer! The reception staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. We had a room on the first floor over the entrance which was very comfortable and had stunning views of the local flowers/trees. The reception staff were friendly, room was clean, only around a 10 min walk to get the boats to mainland Venice. We liked the fact that the hotel was on the Lido which meant it was a lot quieter. Good choice for breakfast. Room was on the small size (for our suitcases due to us going to a few places in Italy), but was good value for money.

While visiting Venice, we stayed at the Hotel Villa Edera. It was a good choice (far from the maddening crowds of Piazza S. Marco). The hotel is in a very lovely area with beautiful houses (there is a supermarket just on the street parallel to the hotel and one on the main road). There are really good restaurants along the main avenue - look out for Bar Pasticceria Garbisa if you're looking after...

Haven’t been renovated since 7th century and owners doesn’t seem to care about. Water started leaking from the ceiling during the evening and I mentioned it to the front desk. They didn’t do anything.

We first stayed here on our honeymoon and it has since been a regular favorite of ours. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and in a prime location. Fantastic quiet location on the Lido, just a short walk: to the town centre, ferries to Venice and to the beach. Save your $ as the prices here are far less than in crowded Venice and just a 20 min. ferry ride to St. Marks square. They also loan you bicycles so you can tour the Island.

Large 2 bedroom apartment about 10 minute walk from the ferry and close to restaurants. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Weren’t able to use the pool as weather was miserable, but would have been good to chill there after walking around Venice. If in lido again, I would return. No issues.

This was such a beautiful property with all the amenities. Because the pool closed early we were not able to enjoy it but overall a great place to stay! Clean and within walking distance from restaurants and shops as well as close to the beach.

Worthy of the Indigo name I would say. very kind staff and good vibes in the hotel, location is a bit of an issue for most but its really just a 20min walk from st marco's square and this is not an issue if you are young. Breakfast is very decent and has lots of choices, premium seats, good vibes, in warmer months can eat outside too. Quiet location with very little noise.

The hotel is an old hotel and very comfortable. The sofa bed is super big. It was very comfortable to sleep. It is far from the city center of Venice, 40-50 minutes walk. Venice is so comfortable, the seaside city is comfortable. The restaurant and bar had the best handmade cappuccino

I thought the location was not that great because it was a bit inside the main island, but when I stayed there myself, I felt a very quiet and relaxed local atmosphere, so it was really nice. The boat station is 2-3 minutes from the hotel, so it's easy to get around. (The boat comes frequently, and you can get to the center of the main island in 15-20 minutes.) This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. Breakfast was typical for a hotel and enough to get us started for the day ahead. Staff were also very friendly! We will definitely be back here for our next Venice trip!

I was disappointed by this hotel, especially compared to other Hyatts and all the other hotels we stayed at over 2+ weeks in Italy. Had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano. The staff were all lovely and the service was extremely good. The great experience started with the transfer from the airport on the hotels boat, with the driver providing some excellent advise on the trip over to the island. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Don't go if you don't like a bit of faded glory. It could do with a spruce up and a lick of paint, but we loved it and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was decent, if plain and the location great. We will use it again.

Stayed for two nights Beautiful to see a big house with a nice courtyard turned into a hotel. Beautiful mirrors, wood and sit out areas. Tasty breakfast. Well kept rooms, clean. We had a pleasant stay. Shower did have problems with hot water but amidst centuries old Venice, I could let go of this perfection and I never complained. Nice stay I recommend .

I've enjoyed the stay. The hotel is nice and I have felt comfortable and warm which is important in winter. The reception stuff is very kind. What amazes me the most is the location of the hotel, it is such a magic experience wandering around Murano island, it is so silent and you have a good amount of facilities. Perfect accomation for a Venice city-trip, away from the busy tourism. Easily accesible by watertaxi and close to main street with shops, terrasses and supermarket. Very romantic hotel and garden. Wonderful We booked at short notice and messaged the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late (11pm). They responded very quickly with lots of useful travel information for the time of day from airport to hotel. This is a wonderful hotel! The man at the reception was very friendly and explained everything to us in both Japanese and English! The morning espresso was especially delicious!
