Everything was very fine. The staff is very helpful and always smiling, it was a pleasure. Rooms very clean and tidy, the view from balcony is amazing, beach is very near the hotel and the pool area is very good, pool has a bubble-massage area, but it isn’t turned on all the time. Restaurant staff was very friendly and dinner was good too.

Great hotel and service. Perfect location. Opt for the suites, if you stay at the beach. If you manly use it as base for visits, the normal rooms are great too. All rooms are clean and stylish refurbished. Great bar below and nice breakfast buffet.

Had a great time visiting Venice and sleeping one night in this hotel. Everything was clean with great atmosphere for Valentine 😊. Breakfast was one of my favourite after long time! Thanks for beautiful memories.

Nice hotel, friendly hosts, good food and a close distance to the beach! Bathrooms are very basic and rooms are not spacious, but enough to still enjoy holiday. Recommend.

The staff was lovely and we had a great time! The hotel guaranteed us a beach chair and was nicely located to restaurants and shops on the main street. We were also very close to the water park (Caribe Bay) and it was convenient to purchase the bundle stay which included the park.

Oh Lido, here I am again (4th). Best camping at all. Many attractions, animations, best pool for kids, good and not expensive food. Good organized. I will back there many times. BUT...you guys need to do something with WiFi. It crashed every 20 min, need turn off and on again.

Very crowdy. Long queue before aquapark opening. Sometimes aquapark entrance is closed because of the capacity limits. Many restaurants and shops available on site. You can not enter by car between 1pm and 3pm because of the siesta time… but the stuff is there watching the entrance…

Every staff member is exceptional friendly and always in a good mood, my room got cleaned every day, I got aswell an upgrade to a very big room with big terrace and ocean view for the lowest price, they have also a free bike rental and the breakfast with ocean view. I was surprised that this is not a 4 Star Hotel

Very nice hotel located right on the beach overlooking the sea. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. The staff and owners are nice and friendly. There is a restaurant next door with a very good menu. There is a bus stop to Punta Sabioni 200 m away. I recommend this place and I will definitely go back there.

Nice location, indeed. My room was very old, breakfast buffet was small and if you wanted to have eggs or pancakes you needed to order separately. Wonderful staff, family atmosphere...I would suggest to go dinner there the food is great and value is unbelievable...you just have to keep in mind it's not a luxury hotel...the room are a little bit dated...but the location is wonderful.... It was a nice hotel, with an oldschool/traditional feeling to it. The staff was superfriendly - and that includes all - from the manager, throught receptions to a gentleman who helped out with parking. The best feature of the hotel is that it is at the beach (you can rent an umbrella and a recliner). I got food poisoning after eating lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was a disappointing end to an otherwise amazing hotel stay. It still has my favorite hotel room in all of Italy, and the private beach with included umbrella + bed was so amazing. I just wish I didn't get so sick at the end.

The good: The property itself is fine, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant as well if somewhat expansive. The service is impeccable as well. The private beach area is well kept and very nice. The bad: The property itself has no services, everything is on the adjoining camp ground which is not quite the same clientele as the hotel. We stayed at this property for a weekend. The farmhouse is tastefully furnished and offers a serene and relaxing environment. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent, plentiful and above all everything was really very good. The owner was welcoming and was able to give us excellent advice to organize our days. We will definitely be back.

Small campsite but with everything you need; very clean; comfortable attached to the beach. The beach is beautiful, with lots of greenery and the possibility of having an umbrella or free. We tried the cuisine of the hotel and restaurant: very good. Our kids had a blast in the 2 swimming pools. What can I say ... highly recommended!

Small, cozy, shady campsite that belongs to the hotel. Sanitary area is a bit tight when the place is full. Otherwise direct access to the beach. I was there with a tent and a bike and got a place immediately after I was sent away to two other places in the immediate area. Would definitely come again

Italy hasn't been my fave country so far (Venezia was a ripoff tourist trap) but I loved this Albergo. The matron d' is super friendly and helpful and makes you feel like family. Excellent restaurant with good prices; comfy rooms with AC.

Hotel directly on the beach, clean, well-kept, breakfast not very rich but satisfying. Private parking. Welcoming and helpful staff. I would only recommend a small drying rack on the balcony. I will definitely be back. I advise.

Right next to the beach, Hotel Fenix is a comfortable place where to start your day at the sea. With nice, but a little outdated, rooms, good service and excellent food, it proves to be a solid choice for summer vacations.

If you would like to taste the typical cuisine Sardegna out of Sardegna, you won't disappoint here! Taking advantage of the sea/lagoon area, they are good at both sea and meat food. This time we tried their meat food~yummy! The services are excellent/friendly and place is very clean!

The rooms were clean but the hotel was very old and not updated for at least 20-30 years. The breakfast was served with plenty of food and the owners were very nice. Location is very good. You can take a ferry to Venice just 3 minutes away by car. There is plenty of parking and WiFi is available. Overall a good experience and the prices are very good compared to the services received. A nice little Hotel near to the sandy beach and the ferry to venice! Favourable prices for this area. Highly recommendable is the daily dinner which you can book in the morning or while booking your room. Those meals are very delicious and cooked by old italian housewifes - sooo good!
