Absolutely adored this hotel, it is very comfortable and spotless, and is very classic looking. Has beautiful gardens and the people who work there take pride in their job. They also love when you try to speak italian to them. They are more than happy to help you learn italian and offer lots of things to do in the city.

Great Hotel on the Lido, Michael the host knows all the hot spots. Hooked us up on a tour of the glass factory in Murano, and saw the lovely Burano. The room was big, and there was a huge breakfast everyday. Very accommodating staff, would recommend, and return again. A+++++

Great service at this hotel and location is perfect with free shuttle boats to central Venice. The rooms are big and the views to the beach is recommended. The decor is dated but works and there is of course turn down service at night.

The hotel is great with a beautiful beach. The charge a lot for beach cabanas. Now, they will really RIP YOU OFFwith all drinks and food. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is yummy and more that enough. Amazing view with lights of Venice. Big terrace with a view. Rooms are quite tiny but got everything. It's amazingly warm in cold days. Stunning location, without the usual hassle of the always crowded Venice. The garden is a must-visit offer of different species of plants and trees, an open air bar and a lounge completes the offer. Very nice!

Hotel all good. Very clean not breakfast included on the price of room but you can pay optional of you wish. Lots of noises each mornings from Cleaners hoovering, which wake us up very early. very thin walls also we could heard everything from other rooms. Apart from that good location n nice stay.

Great little Villa. Room was comfortable just right for my needs. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Joanna has a beautiful smile. Beach was close for a nice reflective walk, restaurants were close and served nice food. Boat terminal was just up the street perfect for a handy hop in to Venice or Murano etc. I had a wonderful time.

Nicely quite, neat and moderately good bf. But bed linen are not changed in a week time. That is not acceptable when the wether is humid to make U wate. And I suggest international media outlets in the rooms and some entertainment ocassions sometimes in the week.

Great choice to visit Venice staying out of the busy center and a short stroll from the sea. It's clean and bright but is a 2* hotel so if you don't expect to much it's perfect. Reserve directly by to get the cheaper rate!

Great quiet hotel in a peaceful area of Venice but at a really short distance from the core of the city. Good breakfast and beautiful building. Only issue is that the hotel is not accessible if you travel with an electric wheelchair.

Fantastic quiet location on the Lido, just a short walk: to the town centre, ferries to Venice and to the beach. Save your $ as the prices here are far less than in crowded Venice and just a 20 min. ferry ride to St. Marks square. They also loan you bicycles so you can tour the Island.

Hotel is generally clean and comfortable. Staff are wonderful. The problems were..no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and bar closes at 21.00 after which time you couldn't get a drink of any sort.
