Every staff member is exceptional friendly and always in a good mood, my room got cleaned every day, I got aswell an upgrade to a very big room with big terrace and ocean view for the lowest price, they have also a free bike rental and the breakfast with ocean view. I was surprised that this is not a 4 Star Hotel

Nice location, indeed.
My room was very old, breakfast buffet was small and if you wanted to have eggs or pancakes you needed to order separately.
For dinner, you have to order what you want in advance and for salad buffet you can not take yourself, you need to ask for assistance which was challenging and very new to me in a hotel.
Dishes are tasty most of the times.
If you need to book a shade by the beach do it at your time of check in, otherwise all the seats close to beach might be gone.

Very nice hotel located right on the beach overlooking the sea. Rooms clean, cleaned every day. The staff and owners are nice and friendly. There is a restaurant next door with a very good menu. There is a bus stop to Punta Sabioni 200 m away. I recommend this place and I will definitely go back there.

Wonderful staff, family atmosphere...I would suggest to go dinner there the food is great and value is unbelievable...you just have to keep in mind it's not a luxury hotel...the room are a little bit dated...but the location is wonderful.... The bus stop is just at the corner if you want to take the ferry 🛳️ to Venice

Normal room are very small but air conditioning is very good. Very good breakfast and excellent service and kitchen. Pizza very good and 10 meters from beach!

It was a nice hotel, with an oldschool/traditional feeling to it. The staff was superfriendly - and that includes all - from the manager, throught receptions to a gentleman who helped out with parking. The best feature of the hotel is that it is at the beach (you can rent an umbrella and a recliner). The food (especially the dinner) was really good, although the new way of handing out food from a buffet (due to COVID restrictions) posed some challenges.
The room was old-fashioned but ultimately okay (it felt fitting for a hotel at a beach).

A bit expensive, the cuisine is OK but could use some improvements.
The staff is borderline rude, we failed to leave when the waitress came to take the order as we asked for more information on the side dishes and were answered impolitely to look better at the menu.
Unfortunately we will not go there again.

Incredibly helpful and actually happy staff always smiling and singing aroun (a mood booster for our short stay!).

Paper thin walls ( or maybe the guy next door was really really deaf) and if you're a non smoker and hoping to use your balcony forget it, it's like sitting in the middle of an ashtray. The hotel though is very nice. Rooms good, staff excellent and right next to the beach, good breakfast. I wish there were some hotels that would have the courage to ban smoking on the entire hotel property like some American hotels do.
