The staff is incredibly kind, the rating is only because of the room. The room was very messy, the bathroom was't clean, there were remains after the last guest. Pubic hair remained, a used soap and used shower cap. In the morning, you have only ham, sausage and cheese for breakfast. Good and nice staff but still horrible experience.

The service was very bad ...when we asked something they were answering very angry...like we disturbed them...for the breakfast we were forced to eat in 40minutes 50 people ....and were hurrying us to leave the breakfast room...And if you want a fridge in the room is 5e per day. The receptionist didn't knew how to smile ...just angry faces...

Hotel is fine but for the money they charge the service’s are horrible. Worst breakfast in my life . Coffee is horrible. Not enough towels and they are small. For that money run in other places. The furniture was dirty.

First impression is not good but the hottel is clean, and the rooms are not bad altogh not very big. Sea is very close and some realy good restaurants too. WiFi in room was very good. Overall its a good hotel wort the money.

The room was horrible, but I'll not complain about that. 60 of us gave deposite of 10€ each and they tried to take it from us without any good reason. There's no warm water and the pressure is very low in the pipes of water. Very bad hotel for this kind of place...

The rooms kn the 3rd floor are just simply horrible. There are no real showers, no hot water, it smells like something died in there and the water wasn't clean. The 60 of us left a deposut of 10 euros each and they tried to take it from us. The services are horrible and the staff is dirty and they don't wash their hands, it's simply hazardeous. Also there is no pool and the rooms aren't the same as on the pictures.

We stayed, thank God, for only one night (New Years eve).
No hot water and extremely low water pressure in the bathroom (btw toilet is partly in the shower...), no extra blankets and the heating went off sometime during the night, no power outlets in the room, you have to charge your phone in the bathroom. Room is old, cold and plain.
The staff was okay and the breakfast also, but not okay enough to forget all the other stuff.
