The owner is a lovely and brings a warm welcome. Offered us an espresso and fresh baked cake/bread when we were checking in. Our breakfast in the morning was amazing with bread, bruschetta, savory omelette, meat and cheese, small pieces of pizza slices, cake, juice and coffee. It's a great location and a short walk from parking your car at the parking lot by the beach (don't drive into the ZTL zone). We have 2 older daughters and the room with the loft was great for our family. The only con is that the water pressure in the shower is not strong. The air conditioner cools down the room fast (as you can't leave it on once you leave the room). The room is very clean. Note there are steep set of stairs to get to the reception and rooms.

Pepito is the sweetest host ever! He makes sure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay and will even cook special breakfast for you, according to what you want. He is an amazing chef and makes many things himself including delicious homemade yogurt, jams, cakes, and more. Staying with Pepito is like being part of a Sicilian family and you feel at home!!! Really unique and special place. Highly recommended for a true Sicilian home experience. Grazie mille Pepito!!

In the heart of it all.
Great location close to everything. Be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage on your first and last day though. Wonderful breakfast service and coffee. Traditional Sicilian foods. All rooms are different so check which you have. I was disappointed that ours had no view or outside balcony but that’s on me. Would stay again for sure.

The only good thing this place has going for It is the location. The rest I would stay away. We stayed one night in the suite and the owner pepito told us not to come back from the beach with sand on feet as he didn’t want our kids to get sand on the furniture. This was no problem. When we returned though he was passing us on our travels and noticed we were going back to the room and proceeded to Follow us to make sure we washed our feet with bottles of water he left at the front door and watched us to make sure we did that. They also welded the hotel key to make sure you can’t leave the air conditioning on in the room while you are gone so when you come back the room is boiling hot in the middle of Italian summer. Breakfast was miserable - no croissants offered and pressure of shower system was terrible too. I would stay away from here.

The place is literally a stones throw from a beautiful beach and great restaurants. The free breakfast is great. It's in an older building but the actual hotel room is updated. There are a number of steps up to the rooms (around 12) and I didn't see any other access facilities. Definitely a recommendation, I would stay here again and Cefalu is one of the best places I have ever visited.

The location is excellent though accessing the bnb is extremely difficult. We had to carry our luggage about a km …this is not clear when booking.
The room was ok the bedding passable the bathroom not great ..awful smell must keep the door closed , wifi very slow and the proprietor a bit shifty …we stayed 2 nights which was about one too many …

Pepito Palace was an excellent choice for us in Cefalu. Perfectly positioned down the beach end of the old town, surrounded by great restaurants and a view of the water from your balcony. Manager was very helpful tailoring breakfast, helping us book taxis and checking all was ok. Big, wide modern Queen sized bed. Really clean, quaint, recently-renovated, well managed boutique hotel, perfect for a few days in the wonderful, unique ancient town of Cefalu.

The place is clean, very well located and Pepito is such a loveable character. He prepared us an amazing breakfast with homemade dishes and amazing coffee. There was a mousse with peas that was to die for.

A really nice place. Clean, new, the owner really welcomed us as if we were at home. He gave us tips on where to go and what to visit. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful experience that you have contributed to enriching Pepito Palace.
