We payed 180€ for one night, saw the pictures an where expecting a nice place.
Then we arrived…i mean this place is ok for something like 50€ per night but no more.
Breakfast was good, dinner not. Still hungry after a 30€ meal.
Prices for drinks are also abnormal. 5€ for half a liter of sparkling water.
Pool very dirty, room ok but growing grass on the balcony.
At the checkout i asked for a discount on our 284€ bill because i was mor than unhappy with my stay..no chance..just an unpolite „not possible“ was the answer from the by the way, very unpolite lady at the counter.
My conclusion: someone is making big money from a hotel that should have been renovated or better demolished 20years ago.

Old and shabby, no amenities in rooms like fridge or coffee, many things are broken. Staff was lovely and very helpful, though, and breakfast was plentiful and pretty good. Needs a major facelift but it’s cheap and serviceable.

AVOID! We got a room in an annexe building (#2) and found the building smelling of petrol and the staircase to the room rather dirty (lots of dust everywhere). Ok, that can happen... But the room! After a few steps across the room we noticed that hair and lots of dust had gathered around our feet. On closer inspection we found an incredible amount of hair (human and probably dogs´) and an equally incredible amount of dust on the floor. I went to the reception, showed them a cloth full of dirt gathered from the floor and asked them to propose a solution. The lady in charge only glared at me, said "you get your money" and gave me the money for the room. Then she turned and disappeared. We went out for dinner. When we came back, the room was empty (and apparently freshly cleaned) and our baggage was gone. Back to reception: the lady in charge bellowed "the reservation has been cancelled ("storniert")", requested the room key and pointed to our bags at her feet... Incredible, but true...

We booked through AIRBnB while travelling around garda lake. Top location, fair prices, great & healthy breakfast options and good service.

We booked a 2-night stay at this hotel and we were looking forward to get here but we were immediately disappointed when we arrived and instantly wanted to look for another accomodation. Unfortunately the photos do not match the reality, the place is really outdated and in need of overall refurbishment.
Pros:
- quiet and peaceful surroundings
- amazing views of the mountains and the surrounding vineyards
- gluten free options for breakfast
- the friendly cat at the reception
- friendly and helpful staff (reception & restaurant)
- toiletries and towels were provided
Cons:
- no soundproofing of the room (you can hear everything that your neighbors does. We woke up 4 times in the night due to this)
- no air conditioning
- old furnishings of the room, some of them spotted
- spotted curtain, spotted mattress and spotted walls
- old bathroom with poor lighting, broken shower, rusty radiator and old spots all around
- the room had a quite a large grey spot on the ground near the exit to the balcony
- the bed and the mattress were old and had a lot of dust on the edges
- mostly non-existing wifi signal
- no mini-fridge
- elevator not working
- key with a very heavy key chain
- poor breakfast in general with 0 vegetables and way too many carbs (bread, croissants, tarts, cakes, etc) and the only hot dishes available were scrambled eggs and pork sausages. On the cold buffet were available some cold cuts such as prosciutto and cheese.
Overall, I don't recommend staying here.

Doors cannot be locked Shutters don't close Shower is broken Mold everywhere. Spiders in the room. It't not clean. And if you say something about it at the reception they become very unfriendly and rather you just leave. That's what bothers us the most, They don't care if the sockets don't work or doors can't close. That the door can't close is 'normal', they said. You don't feel safe. Not worth three stars. Better invest your money elsewhere. It looks nothing like the pickers. Alsof an reveiwud

Cozy hotel in a great area. Pets allowed, friendly staff. Especially the lady at the front desk !! Good breakfast, fantastic pool area, quiet location with beautiful mountain views, very clean rooms and great value for the money. Free parking. Can definitely be recommended. Regards from Sweden

We booked Hotel Eden last minute online. The next morning, we made a big mistake and accidentally drove six hours to the wrong address and thus the wrong hotel, which was quite some distance away from Hotel Eden. The wrong hotel didn’t check our booking information before showing us to a room, which meant that by the time our mistake was realised, we had already fully used a room at the wrong hotel and were facing paying the charges of two different hotels for the same night. We called Hotel Eden to see if they could help us. They did. Even though we didn’t get to stay at Hotel Eden like we planned, they were kind enough to waive the cancellation fee for our booking so that we didn’t have to pay for two hotels on the same night. For their good deed alone, I’m more than happy to give Hotel Eden five stars. But not only that, their prices for this area of Italy also really can’t be beat. We hope to stay with them on our next trip to Italy. Thank you, Hotel Eden!
