Pretty good value for the price, nothing extra special though. I read some negative comments about the breakfast and while it was surely not fantastic, it wasn't too bad either. You've got to be realistic and not expect "out of this World" experiences for moderate prices.
The hotel is more of an 'apartment hotel', or at least that's how I felt about it. It does not have a kitchen so forget about having a good meal for either lunch or dinner; you will have to eat out.
Wellness facilities were easily forgettable, the gym is real poor, I would say... but again not too bad for the price.
The lake is further away than walking distance so expect to ride your car or bicycle, whichever your choice.

Good worth for the money. We stayed 2 nights and paid 52€/night inclusive breakfast and spa. Breakfast has 7 different menus (see picture) to choose from, plus you can also have extra food such as yogurts, bread and drinks. Freshly and quickly made breakfast, good service. We stayed in the non-renovated part, but the room was very decent and clean.
Surrounded by mountains, a "Lidl" across the street, and busses 5min walking away.

Clean and hospitable. When we arrived late for check in the main owner got out of bed to welcome us! Gorgeous setting by the pool in the mountains. Easy to get into Riva del Garda by foot.

Okay so we upgraded to the refurbished wing of the hotel but it was shabby really shabby. The room itself was clean but no kettle which I had to hire for 5 euro a day. No shaver plug in the bathroom. Beds were hard and pillows need replacing. We arrived early in the season but not enough staff on as no night porter. The outdoor pool hadn't been attended to all winter and I'm sure there was a dead frog in there. The inside pool was okay and clean. The bar was meant to be open until 8pm but went down at 7 to find it closed. The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was a set menu with no mixing across them.

Top! Indoor swimming pool, very nice outside pool, very good breakfast (choice between 6 menu's). Sadly the indoor wellness is closed due to covid and will not continue to operate in the future, which we found out once we got there... Also the WiFi reception and connection is not that good. De staff is super friendly and helpful!
Location is good. Near a few bars and right next to the supermarket. Riva Del Garda is a 20 minute walk, which is easy to do.
We chose a room which was more expensive but it was worth it. Large bedroom and a balcony with views of the mountains around. I would recommend this option!

Really an impudence! Old, shabby and tiny rooms (about 4m² for a single room and 9m² for a double room) with worn out furnitures, some kind of camping bed (90cm) and no balcony for 130 (single) - 150 (double for single usage) euros/night. As the Hotel is situated in an industrial area with nothing around (about 30 minutes walk from the center of Riva) we expected nice rooms and friendly service given the price (which is about the same price as a hotel room in the center, we only chose the hotel because of the parking situation in Riva Center). But we were deeply disappointed. The rooms really have seen better days. The reception is only open from 14.30 to 20.30 oclock. The woman at the reception was very unfriendly, bored and not very service oriented. There seem to exist newer rooms but we got the old ones and only were told so 2 days before arriving when it was to late to cancel. Breakfast possibilies were limited due to Covid (which we also only dicovered when arriving), nothing special but ok. We were glad we only stayed for one night.
