So there are two La Perla Hotels, one bike hotel in Garda, and this one in Riva Del Garda.
I think some reviewers have confused the two.
This La Perla is 100 yards from the beach areas and a 10min walk from the centre of Riva Del Garda.
This hotel looks and feels superior to it's 3 star rating. The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast has great variety and the bar area is large and comfy with a great menu of drinks and snacks.
The pool is a good size with hammocks and loungers.
The whole hotel is modern and spotless, and the location is excellent.
It is located on a main road, there is no gym and they only do breakfast, there is no evening restaurant, however there are plenty of places to eat along the street.
This is child free hotel, so it's quiet! I'm so pleased we booked La Perla, I'd definitely come back.

We visited during June 1st week. The staff is very polite. Rooms are good, pocket friendly and spacious. Bathroom attached is not that good. But the attached balcony is worth it. The view from the balcony is very good. Swimming pool is also clean. Hreat car parking space. Is at walkable distance from the lake. Has eateries very near to it. Has pizzeria, cafes and Indian restaurant just 300 m away.

Used as bed&breakfast, sice was on conference at other hotel. Room was concortable, but didn't have both air conditioning and wifi.

Stayed 19th - 23rd June 2017 in premium room 103. Hotel and staff were first class and went out of their way to help.Great service for drinks Top notch breakfast. The only downside was no mini bar in room.

Looking at the hotel on the website it looks great, not so when you are booked in, small shabby rooms, hot, no fridge, bathroom!!! Not fit for purpose, tiny, so narrow you can sit on the toilet and shower at the same time, only one small hand towel very thin. Not impressed

Bedrooms very very disappointing.Extremely basic.Public areas and pool very nice.Riva del Garda itself,one of my favourite places

I visited this hotel for two nights.

Clean good rooms. If you are in the building directly in the Lake you have the Chance to her a real nice terasse. Good breakfast with all you need
