Stay out of the underground garage! It’s so tight and the ramp is dangerously steep unless you have a super small car. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and we kept falling in the crack. It was very cheap, but not super nice. Appreciate the free breakfast. Front desk person left at 8 pm and didn’t explain how to check in or contact me.

Unfortunately we didn´t have any chance to stay in the hotel. We booked a room in January for our planned holiday in July. In the middle of June we wrote once more to the hotel to make sure that our reservation is ok, we got a reply that everything is fine and two weeks before our stay we got a message that our reservation was changed for a different hotel in Torbole with much worse reviews. We tried to explain that we chose MyLago Hotel because of its location and reviews and we couldn´t accept a hotel in another town but nobody was willing to find a solution suitable for both sides. We had to cancel the reservation and we can´t recommend MyLago Hotel at all.

The staff was friendly, wifi worked well (but needed a login), breakfast was quite good, room was spacious and also had a terrace. Just a few minutes walk to the lake. From historical center of Riva, it's about 10 minutes walk. Bathroom was also big with a bathtub. Free parking available. The price was also very good. Would likely stay there again if visiting Riva.

Its location is good because of its proximity to the lake, market and other hotels. Very tidy, spacious and well equipped with all necessities.

Due to an unexpected flight cancellation, I was unable to make my trip. Although the date had passed for my free cancellation period, the hotel refunded the entire amount I paid. This is truly great customer service. Thank you, MyLAGO!

Everything was excellent. The hotel offered what we needed. Great breakfast with various options, free parking space, very helpful staff and bright, spacious rooms. Close enough to the centre and lake. Bike friendly what we liked 🙂

Fantastic location by the beach, great view from the balcony, AC works great which let you really enjoy the big fluffy blanket on the bed.

Nice quiet hotel, great comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Friendly staff. They rent bikes, first 2 hours are free.
