From my stay in more than 50 B&B hotel over the world. This may be the worst hotel that we have experienced.
I stay at this hotel for three nights with my friends. We found out that If you open a window, there is smell from the farm outside. If not, you cannot adjust the air con.
The service is bad. Couldn't help anything apart from saying "you should ask the hotel director"
This hotel changed my mind of choosing B&B hotel as a first choice. 👎

The pillow is very flat not have extra pillow but the worst is all around hotel have smell of animal poo and fertilizer. Ours friend have extra charge because hotel staff said the toilet is wet after check out . ??????

We came with friends in july. Great host, breakfast. Very član. Rooms are big. I like small fridge in the rooms. Bathrooms are big. Recommend.

Wow what a perfect ten that was. Parking, big and fully functional room, big comfortable bed, view, service, breakfast, near to autostrada, surrounding area, vicinity to langhe region all checked.
Honestly, what you can dislike about the hotel?... The lack of the non existing balcony? or that your view was not as far as Mont Blanc. Someone must be so prejudiced to find anything wrong....

The rooms are large and clean, the bathroom also large and clean. The beds are so comfortable, I slept veey well. We sure can get our rest here.

Good clean hotel. Hotel personel always helpful and smiling. Breakfast choices could be more. Sometimes is noisy because of the wedding saloon next to the hotel. Food, snacks and drinks possible to buy from lobby
