Reviews
Great value for money. Nice and helpful staff, there is a pool table area that is free to use, welcome drink when you arrive, Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed, cute with free water and a snack when you get to the room, perfect location. The only negative was that the facade is being renovated on the outside and the builders are very noisy but I assume this is only during a certain period and no one the hotel can control. I will come here again if I visit Turin.
- Noise - Shabby towels (had holes)
- Mold in shower
- Uncomfortable bed
- Shower temperature was irregular
- Slow reception service
They shouldn’t list this place as a “hotel.” It’s a dormitory. It’s not worth your money. I couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise on the first night. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower room had mold and dirty. So I requested to cancel the second night. The receptionist checked with the manager and told me that I could be reimbursed for the second night if I cancel from Booking.com which I did. Now they said that the manager didn’t agree with this refund, and it was my decision to leave this accommodation, so they will not refund. They’re liars! Unbelievable!
The rooms are reasonably sized, but the walls were dirty.
Breakfast was not good. The fruit were old and partly rotted. There were no vegetables. There bread was not fresh.
There areas to play pool as well other games and overall the environment is very bright and cheerful! I would love to return again soon!
It's only 15 minutes from Porta Nuova train station and less than 30 minutes walking from the main tourist attractions.
I definitely recommend it!
I visited this hotel in April so it’s getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldn’t let in some fresh air.
Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff.
Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room.
I don’t recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.
The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!
