This place is a “high tech” nightmare. Everything is “smart” yet nothing works as it should and things just take much longer than they should. Just book a regular place, you’ll be much better off.

Absolutely appalled at the recent experience I had visiting a friend. Me and a friend got harrassed by the front desk man and security guard. We felt not only unwelcome but unsafe and physically intimidated. We will be filling official complaints with not only the landlord but the city itself.

Just horrible!! Disgusting and backward, ferocious attitude! I will never forget what happened to me that night in this hotel. While I went out to the central courtyard of the hotel to smoke a cigarette that I never got time to light, one of the staff who works there approaches me (a reception worker), Starts shouting and threatening from a distance, raises a hand on me, and starts pushing me vigorously threatening that he'll punch me too incase I oppose to him. Until I realized what was happening I took out my cellphone and started taking a video just in case. Employees of the hotel interrupt and took the barbarian outlaw away from me and then after a few minutes while being stunned trying to figure out what to while beingin the lobby, he approaches me again claiming that he confused me with someone else in the hotel and wants to apologize! Just like that! He is a dangerous man who belongs in prison and not a hotel receptionist. I'll make sure to take everylegal step possible against him so this doesn't happen to others.
