The hotel is very close to the center, very welcoming and above all very clean, the staff is very kind and very helpful!!! will definitely come back for the weekend!!!!

Beautiful hotel just a few minutes from the center. Tram stop two steps away. The staff is always very kind? Recommended with closed eyes. Satisfied customer for many years 👍🏼

To be honest it's not 4stars hotel, baybe 3stars. The positive side is Polite employees. It's 25 minutes from station, it's accessible by tram and metro also by feet but at night you don't feel safe in street because of homeless people.
If you get the room in higher floors, you will have good view.
The rooms are super small that even using the bidet is almost impossible. Everything has minimum size.
Rate of Cleanliness is 2 or 3 out of 5.
Breakfast is the most basic one, no fresh fruits, not enough eggs.
The coffee is industrialized, not the good Italian one. The cakes are low quality.
If you get the room in higher floors, you will have good view.

Lovely traditional hotel with great staff. Nice breakfast and clean room with a comfy bed, safe and drinks fridge. Excellent wi-fi. Lots of public transport nearby.

Probably one of the best hotels if not the best in Torino , the staff is very welcoming and helpful with any request. Everyone speaks more or less perfect English and is always ready to help out with any request you may have, from drinks, help in the room, recommendations for restaurants. Stayed here for more than one week and every request was met with a smile and quick and prompt service.

How is it possible that a 4 star hotel, will face a problem for a long time and can't provide hot water at the beginning of the day when most of the people here were for business.
Room was in smallest possible way and used a classic big key rather than a small card.
Location was almost close to city center, and Staff were very nice and supportive.
Breakfast was also not comparable to other 4star hotels in Italy or Europe.

For solo traveller, the single room is a convenient option for a good value for money. The receptionist gave me good restaurants recommendation. The city center is only 25min walk away. There is everything needed at breakfast. Only negatives point is the soundproofing in the room.

+ Just a short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was well organized and had plenty of options. Clean room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed. Fast check in and check out, staff was very welcoming and helpful.21.01.2022

Very stylish hotel close to the Porto Nuovo. The rooms are a bit old but with high comfort. The service at the breakfast was outstanding.
