During spring 2023 we visited Gli Scogli Luxury Residence Hotel. Arriving at the hotel we were welcomed very friendly at the front desk. We were guided to our apartment and had a small tour with briefing on how everything worked.
The apartments are super luxurious and the finishes are amazing. You feel at home very quickly. From the balcony you have a great view on the beach and sea, in the distance you can even see Porto Fino. During the night the apartment is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable!
We had a lovely stay and would definitely return to this beautiful location!

A relaxing experience, definitely worth repeating,
just a tip, specify when booking that disposable toiletries (shampoo or shower gel) are not provided
If I had known I would have brought them there, also because I asked what was included, and if I had to bring something extra, they told me they provided everything and I took it for granted.
Another plus is perhaps providing a bottle of fresh water, given the hot and humid environment you will leave thirsty.
There were some herbal teas, I understand that you can't make everyone happy, my advice is simple.

Nothing to complain about, positioned facing the sea with a view from the deck of a ship, top apartments and reasonable prices

Desaster - if you can, stay away. The building is new, however super noisy. In the back you have constant noise from the trains (only 10 meters away) and in the front very loud noises from the promenade. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.
Two stars for the beach, which is super close, it is very stoney but nice. No dogs allowed.

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment could hardly have been nicer. We have rarely been offered so much. The view, the beach and the area in and around Chiavari are really nice. The apartment is right on the beach and there are even loungers and umbrellas on site. We only find positive words and the landlords are also very nice and courteous. It was just a perfect vacation in a perfect apartment. Thanks for that!
