We visit before our cruise it was very nice and the views are amazing. Our balcony was amazing ……..remember traveling from USA you need euro plugs to charge electronics we didn’t remember .

The staff was wonderful but the room was very dirty. Far from city center and is very difficult to walk especially if you are with a stroller. And the Taxi is reaping you off

Staff was great. Room looked a little different than pics but overall we had a great experience. Service was great. A little old school with the actual room keys instead digital cards but I kinda liked that. Food at the restaurant was great, and the continental breakfast and coffee were outstanding.

This hotel has some lovely ‘old world’ charm in its layout and decoration. The staff were good, especially the restaurant waiter who couldn’t do enough to be of assistance. Unfortunately the hotel was quite noisy when I stayed. There appeared to be a function with a lot of children in the evening, and they were noisy which affected my room. This hotel had an amazing old charm atmosphere. Definitely felt like you were in Europe. The floors are tiled, ac units in every room and the views are amazing. Stayed in room 132. I've attached a small video of our view from the restaurant on location. They had amazing food as well.

Well, the decor in the place was very dated, like going to Spain back in the 80's. The staff were very polite and friendly and helped where they could. I was missing one of my bags, the hotel's supply of wash kit was just a bar of soap and shower gel in the bathroom, I asked if they could help with deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrush, but they didn't. Do not take the shuttle service from fco to the hotel even if the price is less than other provider. Our flight landed at 5:20pm and we had a pick-up at 7:45pm which is not bad since it gives time to eat, collect luggages etc but then we had to wait up to 8:30 pm because the driver had to pick a seafarer and had no clue of the name of time of the flight. The staff is so friendly, they made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast offering was a great deal for the price. They had a few American foods for breakfast such as eggs and bacon but the entire buffet was great. They make great cappuccino as well. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Bistro.

I was charged 70 euro extra to change from a single to double, despite the cost of a double found much cheaper online. The room that was given was actually a disabled persons room and not as described originally. The hygiene was poor. The room and shower was dirty and not to an acceptable standard.

The location is convenient and you can see the sea in front. Although the hotel is old, it can be seen that it has been renovated. The room is clean and comfortable. The elevator takes a long time to wait, but there is a bus at the door to the cruise terminal, which is very convenient.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants nearby. And the hotel can arrange transfer to the cruise terminal 15euro per pax. The staff is super friendly.

Perfect location for our stay before our cruise. Our room was so nice and we had an outdoor terrace. Amenities were great and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were super helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located right by the sea at Civitavecchia Port, offering stunning views. The interior is a bit old but elegant and charming. All the staff are kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent. I will definitely come back!

We stayed here before joining our cruise. Perfect location. Short walk from the train station and an easy bus ride to the port (6€). Clean rooms (highly recommend the sea side balcony). Breakfast was quick and easy. Good selection.

The staff were wonderful to deal with. They arranged for us to be picked up at the Rome airport. We then stayed two nights and they also took us to the cruise ship departure center. Some of the property needed to have more regular maintenance.

Borgo del Mare is an older hotel, but the staff was excellent. The hotel does have charm, but the bathroom was very old, and the amenities were few. For example, the shower needs to be updated desperately. The location is about 2 miles from the seaport and there was limited access to restaurants and shops.

It listed a gym, there is no gym, listed a pool , it did have one with no water in it, second pool was roped off with green water and cats using its a a drinking fountain, location is kind of far from the train station and very far from the port, room was clean, only half a shower door, they did have toilet paper, coffee was good , complemetary breakfast was so so

Bahia del sole was under renovation, they accommodated us at the sister property Mercure Hotel. That was a bit more updated. We had a great balcony view that overlooked the docks. Beautiful property, friendly staff as well. Very convenient. Taxi from port to hotel was reasonable.

It was a basic room with no real amenities- except breakfast - which was fine for what we needed. It was strange to not have a lobby with a staff member in it. But it was clean and comfortable.

Hotel OK but in the middle of nowhere Restaurant menu only in Italian so was difficult to order. Expensive to get a taxi into town. Rooms old fashioned but comfy. Had to change rooms on arrival as had asked for a view and were not given one first time round

The staff at this hotel were kind, generous & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious & the grounds were beautiful. Our room was really nice. Be sure not to drink the tap water. Get a bottle of water instead. If we are able to, we will come back to this hotel. There is also a friendly fox on site.

Loris was extremely helpful arranging my car service arrival to hotel & luggage delivery to my room. Morning breakfast was especially delicious, all local prepared food from the market. Hotel was extremely clean as well.

We came to stay prior to our embarkation on a Cruise. They worked out transfer to the port for us as well had a great breakfast option for our journey. Across the street is a great laundry mat which was very convenient. We arrived on Easter Sunday and they helped with all our question. Our stay included two families, each had 2 kids (4 kids and 4 adults). Very accommodating.

Such a great find away from the busy streets of civitavecchia. We came across this gen of a place when looking for a 1 night stay before joining a ship the next day. What can i day exceeded our expectations on all levels. Was clean, cozy and the lush green fields around made it the perfect retreat. The hosts speak broken English so communication at times was challenging as I don't speak a word of Italian (this is my fault too, sorry.) We also asked the host to collect us from Civitaveccia port, cruise terminal and this was very stressful as the man he sent was shouting at me, was very rude and this was a stressful experience. We had a great time at Maison de Reveille. Unfortunately I forgot the owner's name, but she was so kind and helpful, she treated us like family. The B&B provided a delicious breakfast and it was close to shops, the beach and local entertainment.A++

I was just passing through, but I had a great time. It is truly an oasis of relaxation, surrounded by greenery and in any case close to the Port. The owner was very kind and very helpful. The room was the Top, air conditioning, TV and was sanitized with ozone. The self service breakfast has everything and if you need a bottle of water during the night, that's no problem. Great place halfway on the road between Tolfa and Civitavecchia! The owner was super nice and helpful! Well-stocked house and very kind owners! He welcomed us in the evening, a very familiar home (very suitable for groups of friends, acquaintances and / or family) but also for a very welcoming and relaxing night as a couple! My husband traveled with a friend and two motorbikes. The location is fantastic if you arrived from Grimald lines ferry, Aldo the host is super friendly and he went beyond their expectations! He could not have been more accommodating. Big room, comfy bed, very clean, very friendly, great place to stay waiting for or getting ferry. My husband really enjoyed is stay here!
