Do not take the shuttle service from fco to the hotel even if the price is less than other provider. Our flight landed at 5:20pm and we had a pick-up at 7:45pm which is not bad since it gives time to eat, collect luggages etc but then we had to wait up to 8:30 pm because the driver had to pick a seafarer and had no clue of the name of time of the flight. The staff is so friendly, they made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast offering was a great deal for the price. They had a few American foods for breakfast such as eggs and bacon but the entire buffet was great. They make great cappuccino as well. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Bistro.

I was charged 70 euro extra to change from a single to double, despite the cost of a double found much cheaper online. The room that was given was actually a disabled persons room and not as described originally. The hygiene was poor. The room and shower was dirty and not to an acceptable standard.

We visit before our cruise it was very nice and the views are amazing. Our balcony was amazing ……..remember traveling from USA you need euro plugs to charge electronics we didn’t remember .

This hotel has some lovely ‘old world’ charm in its layout and decoration. The staff were good, especially the restaurant waiter who couldn’t do enough to be of assistance. This hotel had an amazing old charm atmosphere. Definitely felt like you were in Europe. The floors are tiled, ac units in every room and the views are amazing. Stayed in room 132. I've attached a small video of our view from the restaurant on location. They had amazing food as well.

Well, the decor in the place was very dated, like going to Spain back in the 80's. The staff were very polite and friendly and helped where they could. I was missing one of my bags, the hotel's supply of wash kit was just a bar of soap and shower gel in the bathroom, I asked if they could help with deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrush, but they didn't. The location is convenient and you can see the sea in front. Although the hotel is old, it can be seen that it has been renovated. The room is clean and comfortable. The elevator takes a long time to wait, but there is a bus at the door to the cruise terminal, which is very convenient.

A 10-minute walk to the left along the coast will take you to numerous dining options, while a picturesque long pier stretching into the sea - a popular Instagram spot - awaits exploration. Perfect location for our stay before our cruise. Our room was so nice and we had an outdoor terrace. Amenities were great and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were super helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located right by the sea at Civitavecchia Port, offering stunning views. The interior is a bit old but elegant and charming. All the staff are kind and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent. I will definitely come back!

We stayed here before joining our cruise. Perfect location. Short walk from the train station and an easy bus ride to the port (6€). Clean rooms (highly recommend the sea side balcony). Breakfast was quick and easy. Good selection.

Very well located, decently clean, but aging (at least our room). If you’re looking for some days to simply rest and do nothing, it’s fine. Breakfast is good enough, but not stellar and there’s not really much to do in Santa Marinella. You’ve been warned.

We had a wonderful stay here, the pool area, restaurant and rooms were all fantastic. We only stayed for one night before our flight home but it was the perfect place for a down day after a hectic vacation and a long journey home.

This place was wonderful! The room we had had a balcony which was perfect for early mornings and late evenings when the pool and beach was closed. Stayed two nights after a cruise before flying home to the US. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy cruise itinerary. The hotel is just steps from the ocean with a beachfront pool and restaurant. And most of all the staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They arranged transportation for us and helped us with any and all requests.

It's a very nice place for summer holiday, crystal clear water, if you like swimming. Staff are very helpful, the manager go out of his way to organised a lift to the near by Transport to Rome or other cities. Transport is not convenient, plenty of parkings. onsite.

It's a religious place within a noons convent. The beach area is nice and quiet. Mainly used by old people, it gives you the feeling to be back at school on a summer camp. You can hear EVERYTHING from a room to another. Beds and bathroom are basic. A/c self turns off after 2 hours, ackward.

We were unfortunately a few days due to my daughter's sudden fever but we had a great time. Beach with very few people despite being August quiet and large rooms. A place suitable for families and seniors really !!!

Beautiful setting and very friendly service. Our booking was somehow mixed up through booking.com but the owner and his staff were very accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing and I can definitely recommend staying here for a few nights. Close to the sea and in the lovely landscape surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees. Very nicely situated location, certainly not a classic hotel. Very suitable for couples looking for peace and quiet. If you can get involved in it super pleasant, but more like staying with friends and not to be compared with a business hotel. The driveway is rather unsuitable for sports cars. The food is delicious, we’ve eaten by the beach front and also in the hotel with family friends, we tried many dishes, the €20 menu is also excellent great portions also, have eaten here many times in the past but the chef at present is excellent, all good all round spotlessly clean as always great service

If you want to be immersed in Italy instead of being surrounded by tourists in Rome. It is perfectly placed to utilise the trains and enjoy all he hot tourist areas, while still enjoying Italy at it's core.

This hotel was good for its price. Two bad things and a lot of good. Bad things: 1) there is a ZTL at the end of the street right where hotel is sitting (arguably within the ZTL) DO NOT DRIVE ON THIS YOU WILL BE TICKETED LATER BY MAIL. 2) the beds were extremely uncomfortable- they are old spring mattresses and honestly difficult to sleep on without pain. The only thing that can be wrong, and it is not the hotel, is how complicated it can be to go by public transport from this town to Fiumicino airport, located a short distance away, but without direct communication, which forces you to go to Rome, passing almost next to the airport, and then return from Rome to the airport....

We spent a nice week on half board, July 2024. Restaurant with excellent food, fantastic maitre d' and waiters/waitresses. Average buffet breakfast for a 4 star hotel, I would perhaps have included fresh fruit instead of the one in syrup.. Large rooms with small balcony, perhaps need a little more maintenance and modernization. Overall, however, I highly recommend a stay, also for the very short walking...

We only booked a beach day and had lunch at the restaurant. Everyone was SO friendly. The food was actually so good. The private beach was a big plus. Everything nearby is so crowded. Water is included which I love. Thank you for the amazing birthday beach day. It’s 50 mins from Rome.

SO much potential but quite dissapoiting.. The property is lovely but the hotel smells and is musty and prob moldy. The food is only fair and certainly not as good as il pelicano. We stayed on the evening of June 25 at the residence with relatives and friends who had come to Trevignano for our wedding. Price of a room seems not to expensive, but the owner tries to sell you an expensive meal dito wine to level out the cheap room price🤨 Nice building with swimming pool. One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Junior suite was really nice. Hotel staff absolutely so helpful at every turn, very professional and courteous. We will definitely go back some day. The grotto is a must do!

Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.

Recently updated hotel, with beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. If you rent a room you have access to robe and slippers for pool and grotto. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was serene and calming. Viterbo is a beautiful area and recommend a few nights here. Will come back for sure.

The owners were so Kind and helpful. They preparad us a beautiful lunch in front of the vineyards that we loved. The place had a real Tuscan athmosphere very beautiful and calm, and the pool was big and crean, surrounded by tall pines and flowers. Definitely I would love to return soon.
