We stayed at the newly renovated family room with 2 double beds. The room is clean and still has a fresh wood smell. Bathroom also new, very clean and modern. Have a number of parking spaces, staff are friendly, taught us a good route to walk to town. It is conveniently located before entering the town. We were there during Summer so there was traffic jam going to town but we didn’t need to stuck for long as the hotel is before entering the heart of Cortina. Overall satisfy with my pick of Hotel for Cortina.

The service was great and the location was awesome. Just a quick walk to downtown. The spa was decent, the sauna was great as was the cold plunge. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was nice, but the room had a smell that was pretty bad. Other than that, it was a great spot!

Fantastic hotel with great customer service, breakfast was great. Our first time hiking so we weren’t sure on the best spots, the staff gave us great recommendations for hikes and restaurants! Rooms had great views and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

On of the reasons I booked this property is because it had a jacuzzi (spa area). Turns out that is not included in your stay and you have to pay extra AND it’s only open for 3 hours a day. I feel like they should make that not clear and not have one of the first pictures on ******* be the hot tub spa.

Our stay at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing. Despite only staying for 3 nights, we were asked to change rooms during our stay, which meant packing and unpacking twice — a huge inconvenience for such a short trip.
The mattress was uncomfortable, which negatively affected our sleep. We were also placed in a room with a hot tub, but were surprised to find that using it required an extra payment — something that was not clearly mentioned during the booking. The same applies to the spa facilities: it’s not made clear at all that they come with an additional fee. This lack of transparency felt misleading.
The biggest issue, however, was the attitude of the man who seemed to be the owner — a slim man who was consistently arrogant throughout our stay. From check-in to the room change and especially during check-out, he was rude and unprofessional. At check-out, we were asked to pay the city tax and the hotel consumption (drinks) separately. Strangely, the card worked perfectly for the city tax, but when we tried to pay for the drinks — using two different cards with sufficient funds — the payment didn’t go through.
Instead of checking whether the problem could be with his machine, the owner immediately blamed us, insisting the issue was with our cards. There was no humility, no customer service mindset, and absolutely no willingness to help or investigate further.
Eventually, the payment went through — using the same card. And instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner mocked us, sarcastically suggesting that we should “ask the bank” why the payment hadn’t worked earlier. Completely uncalled for.
I do not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of better options in the area with more comfort, transparency, and above all, respect for their guests.

We loved our stay at Hotel Columbia! Location was great - it was an easy walk into town. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Alessandro, Monica and the rest of the staff were beyond amazing! Free breakfast each morning was a great spread and we really enjoyed the spa amenities.

For its location, service, and character - we loved staying at Hotel Columbia! From the moment we arrived, the concierge was welcoming and helpful, taking time to make restaurant and hiking recommendations based on our preferences. The room was small, but well-appointed and with a wonderful view. We loved walking into town each night and waking up to a generous breakfast spread each morning. Highly recommended!

A beautiful building, with a great location, we hired a car visiting the dolomites and this hotel provided plenty of parking free of charge, the interior very wooden (German, Austrian style). The room was a decent size, i paid a little extra to get facing the mountains, it was beautiful setting outside the balcony and seeing that view, never got boring. The breakfast in the morning was cold buffet with pastry and crossaints, if you are fully vegan you may struggle. Im a vegetarian and had limited options. Luckily we bought snacks and nibbles go I didnt go hungry. You can walk to the gorgeous village 15mins/20max on foot. On the return there is a little incline, but you are staying in the dolomites region so its expected, if not you can drive down and pay for parking. Local supermarket located in the village/town, beautiful resturants, bars, coffee shops, we had dinner out on evening. The other evenings we went to the supermarket and bought fresh bread and filling and make our own sandwiches. The staff are lovely at this hotel. It does have a spa, very small and you have to book a time slot, so we only booked for a massage. As I believe you had to pay to use the spa unless that was for non paying guests not staying at the hotel.

Loved our stay at Columbia. Room was comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom. Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious.
