Grand ol' 5-star hotel, you will like it if you are into grand ol' five-star hotels, but it needs extensive interior renovation.

Great hotel with beautiful views. Very kind and helpful staff. Both reception and restaurant 5*. We spent there our anniversary in December and the whole stay couldn't go better. Many thanks to our waiter who entertained us every evening 😊

The position is the greatest in the hood, the service is tre joli :) There is car parking nearby. And the suite is the right place to enjoy a juicy chinotto brought from a very enthusiastic and quick learning cleaner.

Beautiful hotel with great cigar bar, though it did feel a bit like a retirement village - probably not the best choice of luxury hotel for a boisterous stay. During my stay in August '18, me and my wife didn't see any occupants in the hotel restaurant nor common areas who appeared under 70 yrs of age and the hotel was very, very quiet like it was under 'library conditions'.

Visited just the spa area with a decent sized pool and a nice whirlpool. Several saunas and a steam room. Pretty expensive but in a normal range for Cortina. Not crowded. Good location in the city. It was our first choice of the spas there.

Oh wow this place was a treat. Tatyana at the concierge deserves special mention. The spa was crowded but still quite good. The rooms were spacious and comfy.

Good value with nice rooms, very tasty breakfast and friendly stuff. Scenic hiking routes starts directly at the hotel. We stayed with our dog and the dog was also welcomed everywhere. Can totally recommend.

The location is a dead sell, amazing views all around and practically the trailhead for one of the more iconic hikes in the area. The hotel itself is very clean, the food on site is a great option, and the staff is helpful and friendly (a lot of them knew English too). Our favorite staff member was Alexander, who was always very welcoming and kind, ask him to make you an Irish Coffee or a cocktail...

It was a pleasant stay! The hotel building has a charming and authentic vibe, the rooms are modern, clean and well-equipped and the views out the window are fantastic. The hotel is located nearby to quite a few amazing trails that take you up the mountains. Parking is abundant and the food options are also good.

Such a beautiful location, amazing views and stunning walks straight from the hotel and a little ride out from too. Fabulous staff…friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Beautiful outlook from the room over the mountains, located an easy 10. minute walk from the main town which made parking super easy on the property. A shuttle will take you to and from town as needed as well.

A breath-taking stay across from the Dolomites, this luxury hotel lives up to its name. Antonio and Frederico made our stay with their excellent service. Every staff member has a peppy and jovial attitude. I will definitely stay again, but only if the piano player keeps writing his own music.

Magical location, fantastic view and spa. Try to get a room facing Tofana. On demand shuttle to town.The dinner restaurant is good but the menu was just too small when I visited in June. If you stay more than 2 days, you literally don’t know what to eat anymore. The portion is also very small for the price charged. The kid’s menu is very disappointing, either everything is fried(unhealthy)...

The first and more established 5 star Hotel in cortina. Absolutely beautiful and with all you want in a 5 star. Space rooms restaurant spa poll view ... it is all there. Maybe not my first choice. I like smaller places in the mountains. But indeed 5 star

We had a wonderful stay here in between hiking the Alta Via. Wonderful warm customer service, lovely breakfast, and easy car parking. Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Can only recommend!

Rooms are good, the shower is great! However the service is just bad. Nothing is possible at this hotel. Can I have a bit of bread because I want to leave early? Answered with a simple no. I need the invoice via email - nope, not possible. Is there any place where you can buy food early on a Sunday? They don’t know. It was ok. Wifi was non existent, no heating anywhere so a lot of blankets needed, beds were too soft and squeaky. The only highlight was the breakfast.

If you enjoy sleeping NEVER STAY HERE! Extremely noisy hotel! Right next to a highway, walls are so thin that you can hear conversation, people moving in bed, pumbling noises etc just like it is right next to your ear. Breakfast is really good though . Also friendly staff .

Pleasant stay. However, due to being in a leg cast I asked for a ground floor room and was given a third floor room and eventually managed to get down to a second floor room but with no lift it made getting around more difficult. Rooms were great with a nice view and breakfast was super too!

The object is beautiful. The friendliness, super approachability and professionalism of Gianluca, Tommaso and the bartender (whose name I don't know) and all the staff were fantastic. The food and wine bar are truly great. We took advantage of the sauna, a magical moment, we felt pampered ♥️

The experience at the hotel Faloria, where we are currently staying is simply put the best we ever had. We have traveled a lot but this is the best staff and facilities we could imagine! Totally worth the price!!!

The nicest hotel we have ever been to! The staff was very helpful, the room was huge and overlooked the mountains, and the breakfast was plentiful! We had such a romantic dinner at the restaurant. The spa was so relaxing. We even had a transportation problem and the staff went out of their way to help us get back to the bus station, even with the fact that we do not speak Italian. Nice small hotel, interesting rooms with a lot of wood, rustical feeling, not real 5* hotel in my opinion, restaurant OK, food decent but nothing special, SPA is OK, staff very friendly and very professional, garage for parking available, too expensive and not value for money for sure

Very nice well maintained hotel with excellent service. Excellent cleaning. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests. It is in a fantastic location a few steps from the center of Cortina. Our room also had a wonderful view of Tofane. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Centraly located in the heart of Cortina great Base for any winter or summer activities. Car parking free after 8pm on the street during the day cheap car park near by.

Restaurant serves decent food. All freshy made and served by smiling staff. The choice is quite limited and ordering the dinned is possible only during short time 19:30-20:30

Service is very kind. at the evening meal they just don't always understand you. Morning food could be better. You may not take your own food but it is done. Old rooms with hard mattresses and very noisy in the first floor. That was the bad part. The staff is very nice and the location is perfect for skiing. Food is good and the area for games works perfectly when you have children.

Very old, old-fashoined, outdated hotel. Bad smell in the rooms and corridors (like someone was smoking there). Poor food choise at breakfast, no free access to tea and coffee, need to wait for service too long. No any possibility to wash and iron clothes. But great location right in the center of Cortina and very kind and welcoming stuff with good English.

Such a charming hotel. Kind staff and in a great location. The shower was a but hard to wrangle at times but super comfortable bed and slept great. The breakfast was so so good. Had their Americano with steamed milk and wonder how I can ever transition to normal American coffee when I go back. Awesome croissants and eggs and bacon, pastries, jam and fresh juices. Great location in the city center and opposite the bus stop for the piste, beautiful historical hotel, spacious room, warm family feeling, great cleaning service, excellent breakfast. Me and my family had a great time and we are very thankful to the hotel team. Only improvement point is the ski room which is a bit too small.

A very old stylish charming hotel. Has some history. Facilities are in a old fashion. Staff are friendly and very presentable. Breakfast is good. We stay in a suite with two bathrooms and one of the bath comes with spa function. Enjoy it so much! The room view is nice with Mountain View. Very central location.

Very dated hotel with very dated rooms, uncomfortable bed. Charming lobby and centrally located. A note - wifi almost non-existent in areas other than the hotel lobby.

One of the best 4 star hotels in Cortina. This is the 4th time I've stayed here. I have been coming to Cortina for over 15 years and tried basically all the hotels that accept large dogs. Spa is fantastic. Restaurant so-so in terms of price for value. The suites are all different. We hit the jackpot this time.

Watch out: because of the covid the SPA area is not working at all and they do not plan to open. It was the main reason of choosing this hotel as there was no information that it is not working! So a big shame about that as other hotels SPA centers are working fine. Also breakfast buffet is weird as you have to talk to the waiter and pointing what you wanna have as everything is out of use for hotel...

Hotel is divided to two buildings one is a 5* hotel and second (across the street) is 4* for families. We staid at the palace that has FANTASTIC staff, great apartment for families (we were five) and a parking garage that you access through the hotel (important!) Down side: kitchen is not fully...

Great value for money. Nice clean modern apartment. All equipment in mint condition. Super friendly staff which gave great info about the hotel and the surroundings. Ski rental shop 50 m away. Spa included at Savoia Grand Hotel. Beatiful view! Was positively surprised. Garage available for 15 Euro/day but plenty of parking spaces outside on the street (April).

I went there to pick up some clients, and being half an hour before, I asked permission to wait in the lobby, more they offered me a coffee ( free) very appreciated, as many other hotels I worked with , do not do! Deluxe room was nice and desk staff were super helpful every time. Location on edge of town was my preference. Lots of parking and 10 minutes walk on the municipal trail to downtown. Service was very nice.

Great location in the city centre! Our room was small but had everything we needed.. because of covid they deliver breakfast to your room, one morning we were leaving before breakfast to hike and the host so kindly packed a few snacks for us to take, so thoughtful. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The staff and one man in particular where very polite and and couldn’t do enough for you, as we came back late one night and asked for some drinks he made them without a complaint. Welcome in every way. At this hotel you will be pampered by attentive and trained staff who will respond promptly to all requests. It is a bit old but neat and very clean. Very comfortable, it enjoys an enviable location for the surrounding green spaces that invite you to relax, as well as for the many walks that can be taken directly from the hotel.
