Great spot in the center! Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cozy and nice. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Sometimes the breakfast wasn’t well organised and the wifi connection was weak.

We stayed for 3 nights. Perfect location, great spacious room, nice shower, clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we left so early each day for the hikes but the breakfast to go was really nice! 2 kaiser sandwiches with a generous amount of fresh cheese and ham, fruit and yoghurt. We had dinner in the restaurant DolomEats, it was really good! We also enjoyed a good grappa at the end...

I went there for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. Overall, I had a positive experience. The staff were very nice and helpful! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. The downside for me was the bathroom. My friend and I had a room on the 4th floor, and the bathtub (with shower) was located just under the slanting roof which was so low that we couldn't shower standing up! We had to crouch, or kneel...

My friends and I stayed at the Serena Hotel based on a recommendation, and it lived up to our expectations. The buffet breakfast was extensive, and the staff was very friendly and professional. The food was typical, delicious, and of high quality. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 nights during the last week of September and early October & it was our first time in the Dolomites. It was walking distance to town and there is free parking in the hotel. It was in a good location where restaurants and shops are walking distance. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a list of recommended restaurants. Hotel Des Alpes is a beautiful hotel located near the city centre of Corrina (about 2 km). The room was very comfortable with TV and air conditioning (no fridge). Beautiful outlook from the room over the mountains, located an easy 10. minute walk from the main town which made parking super easy on the property. A shuttle will take you to and from town as needed as well.

A breath-taking stay across from the Dolomites, this luxury hotel lives up to its name. Antonio and Frederico made our stay with their excellent service. Every staff member has a peppy and jovial attitude. I will definitely stay again, but only if the piano player keeps writing his own music.

Nice small hotel, interesting rooms with a lot of wood, rustical feeling, not real 5* hotel in my opinion, restaurant OK, food decent but nothing special, SPA is OK, staff very friendly and very professional, garage for parking available, too expensive and not value for money for sure

The experience at the hotel Faloria, where we are currently staying is simply put the best we ever had. We have traveled a lot but this is the best staff and facilities we could imagine! Totally worth the price!!!

The nicest hotel we have ever been to! The staff was very helpful, the room was huge and overlooked the mountains, and the breakfast was plentiful! We had such a romantic dinner at the restaurant. The spa was so relaxing. We even had a transportation problem and the staff went out of their way to help us get back to the bus station, even with the fact that we do not speak Italian. Very nice hotel. Great food and cozy rooms. I liked the gym, it has very good equipment for yoga and bodyweight training. Wifi is so slow that it is almost useless.

The position is the greatest in the hood, the service is tre joli :) There is car parking nearby. And the suite is the right place to enjoy a juicy chinotto brought from a very enthusiastic and quick learning cleaner.

Beautiful hotel with great cigar bar, though it did feel a bit like a retirement village - probably not the best choice of luxury hotel for a boisterous stay. During my stay in August '18, me and my wife didn't see any occupants in the hotel restaurant nor common areas who appeared under 70 yrs of age and the hotel was very, very quiet like it was under 'library conditions'.

Visited just the spa area with a decent sized pool and a nice whirlpool. Several saunas and a steam room. Pretty expensive but in a normal range for Cortina. Not crowded. Good location in the city. It was our first choice of the spas there.

Very nice location, just right in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo. We were staying in Misurina but if we would choice to stay in Cortina d'Ampezzo, that would be a place to stay.

There is no better place for magic hour apertivos than the elevated outdoor terrace at the Ancora bar. Phenomenal hosts and bartender. The best spot to start your evening in Cortina, and we will definitely return

A very old stylish charming hotel. Has some history. Facilities are in a old fashion. Staff are friendly and very presentable. Breakfast is good. We stay in a suite with two bathrooms and one of the bath comes with spa function. Enjoy it so much! The room view is nice with Mountain View. Very central location.

Very dated hotel with very dated rooms, uncomfortable bed. Charming lobby and centrally located. A note - wifi almost non-existent in areas other than the hotel lobby.

Cortina is an amazing place to visit and staying in this hotel was great. The Staff and Management were always there if anything was needed and so so helpful. Breakfast was great standard Italian great meats, cheeses and breads. Will be back.

Watch out: because of the covid the SPA area is not working at all and they do not plan to open. It was the main reason of choosing this hotel as there was no information that it is not working! So a big shame about that as other hotels SPA centers are working fine. Also breakfast buffet is weird as you have to talk to the waiter and pointing what you wanna have as everything is out of use for hotel...

Nice and clean

Very old, old-fashoined, outdated hotel. Bad smell in the rooms and corridors (like someone was smoking there). Poor food choise at breakfast, no free access to tea and coffee, need to wait for service too long. No any possibility to wash and iron clothes. But great location right in the center of Cortina and very kind and welcoming stuff with good English.

Such a charming hotel. Kind staff and in a great location. The shower was a but hard to wrangle at times but super comfortable bed and slept great. The breakfast was so so good. Had their Americano with steamed milk and wonder how I can ever transition to normal American coffee when I go back. Awesome croissants and eggs and bacon, pastries, jam and fresh juices. Makes me more of a morning person...

Great location in the city center and opposite the bus stop for the piste, beautiful historical hotel, spacious room, warm family feeling, great cleaning service, excellent breakfast. Me and my family had a great time and we are very thankful to the hotel team. Only improvement point is the ski room which is a bit too small.

Great location, remote cottage with beautiful rooms under the main building. Room had a spectacular view on the mountains and a small lake nearby. Stuff were very friendly and offered us a garage for our motorcycle. Dinner was great, as we wanted vegetarian meal, for appetizer we ordered plate of local cheese and a salad which was so delicious that main course was almost unneccesary. Great view, great...

Everything was wonderful. The setting is amazing, looking out on several peaks in the Dolomites, high above the valley below. The staff was very attentive. And the food was very good at a nice price point. Lots to choose from, from both sides of the Alps.

Amazing views and relaxing atmosphere. Great cuisine but also nice location for a drink after a day of hiking. Very well located and with free parking. If you pass by the Falzarego pass, I would recommend a break at this bar/restaurant.

Good location if you like to go trekking. The hotel is nice and has all rooms in wood. They have a good menu at the restaurant and they are very friendly. A place to stop every time you are in the area.

Room was fine but I was disappointed by the corona measures. No green pass asked, staff not wearing masks. Breakfast was good but very chaotic, you need to stand in line in front of the buffet and ask the staff to give you what you want

Welcome in every way. At this hotel you will be pampered by attentive and trained staff who will respond promptly to all requests. It is a bit old but neat and very clean. Very comfortable, it enjoys an enviable location for the surrounding green spaces that invite you to relax, as well as for the many walks that can be taken directly from the hotel.

We felt we were staying with close friends. The hotel owners and managers welcomed us as if they had known us for years. They went out of their way to assist us with our unusual requests as we had a complicated itinerary requiring our luggage to be sent by taxi without us. My team and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pontechiesa, located a short walk from the town centre and from the Olympic Stadium. The multi-lingual staff, led by Emanuela, were always friendly and helpful. The garden was a great place to relax in during the summer evenings. The only grumble was that the wifi-strength could have been more consistent throughout the hotel.

Great place to stay for any period of time. Friendly staff, amazing food, comfy spacious rooms, and an overall fantastic stay. There is also a small play area for small children and a ps4 for the older kids/adults.

Deluxe room was nice and desk staff were super helpful every time. Location on edge of town was my preference. Lots of parking and 10 minutes walk on the municipal trail to downtown. Service was very nice.
