Simple clean room with necessities equipment located in the middle of Cortina d' Ampezzo. Public Parking available but hotel located at the second floor with no lift. The hotel has small breakfast corner but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Nice staffs with great helpful to guests.

We stayed here twice on our recent hiking trip in the Dolomites. The location is very central to downtown restaurants and bars and it's not a quiet neighborhood late at night as a result. Massimo was very helpful in transporting our luggage from this hotel to another on our hike. Typical large breakfast choices in the morning breakfast room.

The breakfast, the rooms and the warm welcome from the staff was perfect. Great hotel. Special shoutout to Alessandro who offered an outstanding customer service during my three day stay as he was always had the quick initiative to assure a good service for anyone who stepped foot in the hotel. Lots of class, this guy deserves a salary increase.

Very plesant surprize when i arrived at Hotel Olimpia. Let me say that Cortina super overpriced all year round and therefore booking a 3 star hotel seemed a little off to me. I was expecting a rind down old style hotel but not the case at Olimpia. The rroms are recently renovated and very nicely kept. Not very spatious but clean and comfy. People at the desk very nice so i rebooked again latter next week with them!

The facility& location is great value for the price. Anastasia at the front desk was lovely& helpful.
There might be some public parking opposite to the shops which might be more available after business hours (shops in picture facing the parking).
Good tips is to read guest instruction to find the hotel due to road closure/ construction.

Great location, rooms are large, comfortable, showers ok, bed fair, no ac at all, no windows that give adequate vent, so if you don't want a hot stuffy room, visit in Oct-March and it's nearly 5 stars. Otherwise, you'll die. You'll just... Die.
May 2025, the entire town is under construction for the Olympics, so driving, parking, and even walking are a pain. Prob great when all that business is over.

Excellent location and a good value. Room itself was newly renovated and quite nice. The main downsides were the tiny bathroom and poor ventilation (no thermostat i could find and no obvious heat or AC source). Good ski room with racks that are skikey compatible. Right in the middle of the main commercial area so it is very easy to walk anywhere.

If I could give less than one star for this hotel I would. The single rooms may have been remodeled recently, but it was done in a very cheap and minimalist way. Most of the singles are on the first floor overlooking a loud parking lot and construction site. Beware that the website makes the single rooms seem much larger than they actually are. Don’t be fooled! These rooms are tiny and cramped. Also, the hotel manager is extremely unprofessional and says rude things about the guests that he thinks don’t speak Italian.

This hotel it’s on a perfect location of the town, has a parking and has wonderful people working there.
It’s a cozy hotel, really familiar style, everyone was extremely nice to us.
We were in the double simple room first, it’s cozy perfect for 2 friends, then we received a really nice upgrade for the room with balcony with a nice view from the mountain. They have renovated very nicely the rooms, it’s very clean and with charm. The breakfast has everything that we needed, in a super cute room.
Only point less good I would say the bathrooms could be a bit upgraded.
But for the kindness, the careful about the costumers they definitely deserve a 5⭐️
