+ Great hotel. Stayed for one night during trip in Dolomites and really enjoyed it. Wonderful view from balcony, cozy bed, clean bathroom and even tasty breakfast. Didn’t really expect such quality for average cost- -

Staff extremely friendly and trying to please. They have the best water pressure compared to other hotels I stayed in Italy. There are some areas management might want to improve on: no electric kettle in rooms, breakfast quality is poor.

I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again.

As for your answer: certainty a drying rack for ski boots can't dry hiking boots - totally understandable.
The way we were talked to was simply unfriendly from the moment we stepped into the hotel.

Great hotel. Clean, very friendly staff and a good breakfast with loads of choice. They even prepared us a snack bag the last morning as we left at 5.30 am for a climb. Would really recommend this place when staying in Cortina d’Ampezzo!

Super stay for our group of 44 pers, in september 2024. Rooms on the first 3 levels, which we had, were great. Excelent conditions, very clean, nice breakfast and dinner, great location.
