Beautiful structure of the late 1600s as the owner says in a wonderful context that is the lakefront Lariano di Domaso. I stayed in a depaupendance room then adjacent to the structure with a large room but with the only drawback the bathroom quite small and a little dated .. otherwise everything beautiful and perfect including the kindness of the owners. The room has all the comforts. VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT

Splendid location with breathtaking views of the lake, enjoyable both from the rooms and from a nice terrace. There are all the things that can be used for a pleasant stay. Possibility of beautiful walks both by the lake and in the mountains behind the house.

Apartment with more than enough space for 4 people, 6 people is also possible. Equipment is somewhat outdated but more than adequate. If you have any questions, Nanda and Aldo are always ready to help. The view from the balcony and terrace of Lake Como is phenomenal thanks to its elevated position. From the apartment, Lake Como can be reached on foot via some beautiful walks within 1/2 hour.

The room was not very comfortable. The contents of the suitcase could not be exposed. There was no table, no closet, no clothes hanger, no chair in the room. I had a very nice stay in the hostel. The location is perfect. You can relax at the lakeside in the café or go into the lake in 5 meters from the hostel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and well organized. One tip if you stay in the dorm: Take a sleeping mask with you, this will help you a lot., as it is not completely dark.

Superb location with stunning views. Nice little rooftop. Can’t really comment on the atmosphere since I’ve only spent a night. Double room comes with a double bed and a bunk bed in case you want to sleep separately. Beds and especially pillows aren’t really comfortable. You also need to put the bedsheets on yourself. The location is everything in this hostel! It is in a quiet town and it has a great view. The rooms are good and it is very clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is good and not expensive. Only problem for me was that the WiFi was soooo slow it was infuriating

Amazing house and views. Exactly as it looks on their website, such great hosts, would definitely recommend if looking somewhere in Lake Como. The house comes with a private garden and outside terrace/seating with a pool and hot tub! So much space and the best views of the lake by far!!

This family studo was very comfortable, new and had all amenities needed, including washing machine, coffee machine and a possibility to use the garden. Nice hotel. Swimming pool good. Lovely views of lake Como with access to the shore. Went for a swim in the lake but, be careful, there's a slighty hidden hydro electric power station next door which can suddenly force a strong water current out to the middle of the lake! Easy walk into Gravedonna where boat taxis can be caught. Would have given 5 stars but for my hire car being damaged in the hotel...

We have been here two times already and It's been a great experience for us. Francesca makes the best breakfast with self made yogurt and Tiramisu and she always gives good advice on where to go to. There were two of us and we had a great time with this property. The parking lot directly at the house is a bit smaller. But higher up there are public parking spaces that you can use very well. The equipment in the house was very good for the two of us.

I have never stayed here as I live nearby but I've been there twice for dinner in the summer of 2022. Both times the food and the service was great. There is a terrace which is enclosed and heated in winter though you can't really see the lake very clearly from it. Staff are friendly and the pizzas were especially good and at around €10 good value.

It was our first time in the Residence. We booked two apartments for two families with a total of 10 people. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen well stocked. All absolutely spotless. The pool is divine and our children are using it non stop! There are games available for children. Possibility to use the bikes and go around the town, without paying. Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The absolute best stay I've ever had. Exactly as pictured, located steps from the lake. We arrived late, the kitchen was closed, yet the wife of this amazing couple/owners made us a pizza. Simply a-m-a-z-i-n-g The staff/family is soo nice The area is quiet The lake is peacfull The hotel is clen and plesent And dont even get me started with the food here The familys mother is cooking everything,home made-the best food i had in italy Highly recommended!!!!
