Very good place for a rest. Not very far from the lake. There are beautiful view from the balcony, fresh air and silence.

We had a great stay: the staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and there was enough to do for the kids but also time and space to relax and the location is really good for going to the lake, visiting a town or taking a hike in the mountains. I would defiantly recommend, specially for a family with kids.

It was our first time in the Residence. We booked two apartments for two families with a total of 10 people. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen well stocked. All absolutely spotless. The pool is divine and our children are using it non stop! There are games available for children. Possibility to use the bikes and go around the town, without paying. One of the best places I have been in Italy. Our room balcony had an amazing view, and the pool was maintained well.

View of the lake very nice. Unfortunately, it doesn't look 100 clean and well-kept. The journey from Dongo is also a bit more complicated. But you get used to it. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio was not quite right.

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. This is a basic hotel. The rooms are very basic with a double room having two single beds pushed together. I have never stayed here as I live nearby but I've been there twice for dinner in the summer of 2022. Both times the food and the service was great. There is a terrace which is enclosed and heated in winter though you can't really see the lake very clearly from it. Room was okay and for the cheap price we paid we can't complain. WLAN didn't work properly and an air conditioner would have been great. Our bathroom was way to small. Service was good. It is a little further from the main part of lake como, however we found that the buses were frequent, straightforward and a fair price. Fantastic stay at this quiet Agriturismo. Right next door to Venzo and a leisurely walk down to Varenna. We stayed at Casa Donato, a great house, 2 stories with alot of room. Beautiful views from the ground as well. Would highly recommend.

Love this place! We came back to Lake Como and the only reason we didnt stay here was because we needed a Villa for 10 people. Other than that, this is where we will stay anytime we return.

Fabulous view, nice accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good. We were told that the A/C was on from noon to midnight and could have a fan if needed.

Every room has incredible views to Lake Como and private balconies. There's also a very good restaurant at the hotel with a great view of the lake.

Hotel clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Breakfasts were great - lots of options. Restaurant has a *very* short menu of traditional dishes, but they are beautifully prepared and delicious! Hosts are the owners, and are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Humble yet charming little hotel in the very heart of Bellagio. In a place like Bellagio location is everything, and the view from the terrace is stunning. Highly recommended for adventurers who don't need luxuries and are out and about often.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful setting. Staff are friendly and helpful, all speak English if you don't speak Italian. Food is tasty and filling which is what you need if you're doing a lot of walking around on trips. Bedrooms nicely furnished. We paid extra 50euro to get a lakeside view which is worth it. Read a lot of reviews before coming here. I would argue that a lot of the negative reviews can be disregarded as I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. You need to consider the fact that this is a 3 star hotel. We stayed here 10/2015 on our first night of our honeymoon, I wanted a nice hotel on the lake that would be afford a comfortable sleep after an 8 hour flight. Very basic B&B in the centre of Ballagio. Don't expect all of the usual amenities or hotel level service. Fine for a short stay but for a longer trip I recommend going across the lake to Menaggio.
