The Best Western Palace Inn Hotel is a 4-Star modern building which offers very high standards: 85 soundproofed and hypoallergenic rooms equipped with 20-inch LCD television, coffee and tea maker, pay per view movies, Wi-Fi connection free of charge, and air conditioning with remote control.

Our hotel is strategically located a few meters from the A13 Motorway exit Ferrara Nord. The proximity to the industrial heart of the city makes this hotel the perfect solution for business travelers. The city centre and the railway station are close to the hotel, so it is also a good choice for tourists. Bologna fair takes just 20 minutes by car or by train.

Drinks and quick-lunches are served 24-hours a day at the bar.

This hotel is a nice Best Western, but not a 4 star that on Google is rated as a 4 star hotel. We disagree with the rating. It is a relatively low cost hotel and the drive into central Ferrara and reasonable parking is not difficult, but takes a few minutes. Our room was small. The reception desk was not manned 24 hours, The grounds were not well kept, but the hotel interior is clean.. The bathroom was OK, but again not of 4 star quality. There is WiFi. Breakfast is available for a fee. There is no pool. Our room looked out to a refinery, the restaurant, the Lidl and an Aldi. Across the street are car dealerships. Entry to the hotel parking from the street is through or next to the Lidl parking lot and the Roadhouse Restaurant Ferrara parking lot. When there were staff at the reception desk, they were friendly and helpful. We rate it as fair because it did not meet 4 star expectations, but we cannot say it is a bad hotel.

Reasonable priced hotel with large rooms and good breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful (international). Quite ok hotel for short stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is commendable. The fitness area is very small and sparsely set up with very old gym equipment (needs desperately renovation). The staff is accommodating and very helpful.

Polite staff, especially the nice young man who was on duty when we arrived late in the evening, though he did not offer to help with luggage, perhaps that is their policy. Rooms are simple, cleanliness excellent. Good quality, comfortable beds and good pillows. Location is in an “industrial “ area, parking is free but limited and in some cases way too far from the entrance. Though they claim that "basic toiletries" are provided, for two people there was one tiny envelope of something marked "intimate wash", and ONE shower cap. That was IT. Arriving to the room exhausted and undressing after a long trip only to the discover that toiletries (even soap??) were "available ONLY on request and must be *fetched at reception*" is a very unpleasant surprise. Breakfast stops at 10:00. Got to the breakfast room at 9:30 and they were already cleaning up. What remained was average, though the fresh oranges and juice-making machine were a nice touch. Coffee (both bar and breakfast room) was NOT good at all.

Nice hotel with in room bathrooms (rare in this area). Small bar area. Delicious breakfast for an extra charge, around €8, totally worth it. Mini fridge, coffee maker, shave kit, safe, & soap all in room. Steakhouse next door, 2 grocery stores, & a Burger King in walking distance. Downtown Ferrara is 10-15 minute drive.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The most special thing is the bathroom. The barrier-free facilities are really convenient and the appliances are very new. Room size is medium. A kettle bar is also provided. The service of the front desk staff is very good. The hotel is located a little far from the train station. There is no pedestrian road at the door. It is not easy to walk to the hotel to bring the suitcase. The hotel is a chain management group with reliable service quality.
