Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists.

The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. The rest of the meals were so and so.

The towels were kind of stinky. Although the room was big and comfortable.

The hotel is way too far from the city , so you would have to get a taxi in order to get there.

Im currently staying at the Pamphili Hotel, and im scared for my safety. The door lock doesn’t work, I asked for help and the staff said there’s nothing to do about it. We received a letter from the hotel notifying that if there’s any loss on the room, the hotel won’t take accountability for it. Extremely unsafe and rude too. Also, beds are with hair, and the floor has dirt too.

This hotel was booked by our travel agency (group tours). As part of a group tour, its good. Nothing fancy. There is a LOT of echo from the piping, so you'll hear every time your neighbors flush or shower. The breakfasts are your standard continental breakfast: croissants, breads, cereals, fruits, etc. The beds were good, and bathrooms clean.
Location wise- a bit uncomfortable. You'll have to walk around 18-20 mins to reach the nearest train station. Roma doesn't have a good metro availability.

The reception staff are well mannered.
But unfortunately, there are many comments about the hotel:
1) There is no way to fill a thermos with hot water.
2) Breakfast is very ordinary. Water for tea from a coffee machine with some kind of white residue. Not any place to sit. The employee said to sit at a table with other people, but there was no table occupied, but they were fenced off, you couldn’t sit there.
3) There is no ventilation in the toilet and there is also no telephone shower.

Old renovation!

Results: The reception staff is satisfied but the hotel is awful.
Not 4 stars, only 3!
I don't want to go there again.

The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The dinner is very filling and includes dessert and water. Near the hotel there are several more restaurants and one small shop. The nature around is very picturesque.

A good hotel, in a good location, birds sing in the morning, the park is green with pines (pine trees), you can hear the sound of bells, there is no noise from cars. These are the advantages. The only minus is a 15 minute walk to the metro, then 6 stops to the center. But being away from the noise of the city has its advantages))

This hotel needs updates in every way. The beds are so uncomfortable like you're sleeping on a board, the pillows are flat and thin and this is located far from everything. The breakfast is a joke as how most included breakfasts are. The restraunt in hotel I have heard nothing but bad things about. We tried to go to the bar and it was closed each time and closed early in the evening. This is no where near a 4 star hotel, not sure how it even reached that level. This is a one star in the U.S. at best. Avoid if at all possible.
