The plus is the reception. Very kind people. The minus is the location, close to the airport but far from the center of Florence. Rooms are comfy but not very clean and a bit noisy those facing the street. Besides that I had a nice stay.

Hotel is looking tired. Inexperienced or unprepared staff on the whole, although polite. Guests continuously smoke in non-smoking rooms - so have a whiff before getting too comfortable.

Place is nice. Small and cosy. Near to the airport. Although you won't have many convenience stores nearby if that's a deal breaker for you.

Convenient to airport. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast available, reasonable price. Modest room, but very clean.

The lady that assisted with my reservation was very cheerful and friendly. I was very impressed by the large size of the room and the bathroom/shower. Very nice place!

Nice place ! Modern room, clean and amazing staff ! We've arrived around 2:40 in the night and the lady at the reception was friendly and ready to help us even of we saw the price for the day after that was cheaper... but no problems... We've paid 106 including the tax that was a great deal at that hour ! We'll stay at this hotel even the next time we pass by ! Great job !

Location-wise, for those travelling with an aeroplane, I would say this hotel is quite a good choice. When you have a car, it probably doesn't make that much of a difference. I arrived at 9AM because of the way my ground travel from Siena was scheduled. I had planned to have them store my luggage and was going to work on my laptop in the lobby until check in at 3P. The hotel is located outside Florence (about 20 minutes by car), very close to the airport. There is a parking lot outside the hotel but, in case you won't find a place there for your car, the hotel has an underground parking that costs 8 € per day. There is a small gym and a pool. Stayed a week in Standard room for business trip. Overall Standard room is comfortable and it's no-frills concept, suitable for tourist group who only spend a night and move on to next destination in which I saw a lot of different tourist groups check in everyday. We stayed in a superior room however the television kept on switching off automatically and also the bathroom door was in very poor quality. The hotel was pretty nice, and the room was pretty good as well. The hotel itself was unfortunately far away from the city center however it was quite easy to reach by bus near a nearby bus stop. I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.

Charming location close to Florence. Rooms a bit outdated, good service and reasonable rate for what it offers. Very nice park sorrounding hotel and swimming pool are a plus.

Cleanness should definitely be improved. And the Vila should be renovated. However, it is still a very good price for what you get. And you really feel like live in the history.

Some rooms and the entrance are well kept, and with frescoes. But the bedrooms smell of old, they are not very many. The breakfast is very poor, and the staff is not very professional.

Beautiful place situated in the hills above Firenze. Tranquil, secluded, peaceful and soothing. You'll need to have a car. The host is the best he's very kind and helpful. A paradise on the florentine hills with a breathtaking view. The rooms are amazing, spotless and well decorated with details and attention to every corner. The breakfasts on the call of "BRUNCH". I was looking for a quiet, private place with a terrace surrounded by beautiful nature. This incredible property was perfect for me. Please note that this property is on the outskirts of Sesto and you will need to rent a bike or car to get to the Sesto train station. From there, it's a short train ride to Florence.

This is a great location amidst the hills and abandoned olive plantations. Safe, clean, and quiet. Fantastic for nature lovers: woods, small creeks, and waterfalls. The only limitation - you have to get there by car. Going to Florence: a 10-11 min car ride to the railway station (free safe parking space available two steps away from the station) and a 10-12 minutes train ride (1,6 euro one way) - and...

Maria Rosa was a great host, brought coffee and a croissant every morning and gave us some very nice tips for in Florence and how to get there by train. The accomodation has it's own typical style, but with all that you need!

Nice B&B on the hills of Florence (close to Sesto Fiorentino). Public transportation is not so close. The location is very nice and peaceful, surrounded by olive trees. The owner is very kind and welcome and will serve you a nice breakfast. Advised if you want to visit Florence but stay at a quiet, relaxing place at night.

Clean and quiet are the masters of the environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing out of place! The only problem is the way to reach it because it is tight, but still feasible! Highly recommended!!!

The surroundings are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The owners and hosts are really nice and knowledge. It is simply a paradise that gives you the feeling to be in the country side even though you are in Sesto. Would recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a nice relaxed place to stay at.

The best experience you'll ever have! Me and my family stayed here for 1 week, we were so overwhelmed with the warm welcome we got from the family. I highly recommend that you stay here and take advantage of all the excursions and tours they have to offer!
