The plus is the reception. Very kind people. The minus is the location, close to the airport but far from the center of Florence. Rooms are comfy but not very clean and a bit noisy those facing the street. Besides that I had a nice stay.

Hotel is looking tired. Inexperienced or unprepared staff on the whole, although polite. Guests continuously smoke in non-smoking rooms - so have a whiff before getting too comfortable.

It was good hotel with good service. Served good breakfast. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Place is nice. Small and cosy. Near to the airport. Although you won't have many convenience stores nearby if that's a deal breaker for you.

It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.

Terrible hotel, I couldn't understand why I paid so much money and there was no water in the room. The breakfast was also bad. Don't pay for breakfast. There was nothing in the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the price was right. It was a good experience. A good choice. There is a bar downstairs. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while.

Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌

Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! This is a great location amidst the hills and abandoned olive plantations. Safe, clean, and quiet. Fantastic for nature lovers: woods, small creeks, and waterfalls. Maria Rosa was a great host, brought coffee and a croissant every morning and gave us some very nice tips for in Florence and how to get there by train. The accomodation has it's own typical style, but with all that you need!

Nice B&B on the hills of Florence (close to Sesto Fiorentino). Public transportation is not so close. The location is very nice and peaceful, surrounded by olive trees. The owner is very kind and welcome and will serve you a nice breakfast. Advised if you want to visit Florence but stay at a quiet, relaxing place at night.

Very large room, with the possibility of climate control, but does not seem to be needed given the thick walls that provide a cool climate. Bathroom with shower cabin and a “double”. All the reviews aren’t fair. It’s 20€ a night with included breakfast. You really can’t except a four star hotel for this price. Rooms were clean, the shower was big and tidy, towels clean and big, beds comfortable and clean as well. Stuff is really nice and always helping. Our windows did creak a bit but that didn’t bother us, they shut perfectly and we didn’t hear the airport or the nearby streets...

It's a clean and inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and nice big towels. I've read other reviews on it they are not being fair you can expect a top shelf breakfast when you are only paying twenty-five euros a night. You get what you pay for.

A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!

The room is OK, the elevator is old, the breakfast is poor. The only advantage is that there is a private parking lot, which is large enough and free. The other hardware facilities are really not suitable for a star hotel, they are too old.

The accommodation is quite convenient. It's close to the airport and I have an early flight, so it's more convenient to rush there.

Great stay, warm welcoming staff members available 24/7. Breakfast was great with homemade pastries and pies. The location is around 25mins away from the main station but the transportation was available and convenient to commute. Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

Brand new and spotless rooms, I didn't think there was a daily rearrangement and cleaning of the room. Self-service breakfast with a wide choice, including lactose-free milk. Very nice and helpful owner. Apartment 2 minutes walk from Rifredi station and 5 minutes by train from Santa Maria Novella, really comfortable. If we return to Florence we would definitely book here again.

it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.

The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

It's a bit far from the city center, but still quite convenient and offers excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. Free luggage storage was also available.

The hotel was well positioned outside the hustle and bustle of central Florence. We were travelling by train, so having the tram stop just across the road was very convenient. The room was a good size, the pillows wonderful and there was plenty of hot water for showers.

Convinient location with train station to main square/ Firenze S.M.N. train station right outside the hotel. Nice large, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was on top of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast options could include some more fresh cut fruits. Grocery store/mall - Coop is 5 mins walking from the hotel in case of some emergency supplies...

This hotel is perfect for getting to airport - only 12 minutes on the tramline that heads into the city. We booked directly, and everything from booking to checkout was perfect. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the rooms, which were well-equipped and had bathtubs. Breakfast was also fantastic! Wonderful experience!

I stayed here two nights after driving from the coast of Italy - and enjoyed the most incredible service and experience at this hotel. The staff were all so polite, friendly and genuinely cared. The rooms and common areas were well styled and clean. They have a secured Carpark which I was able to use and are situated directly across from a tram stop so could easily tram into the city centre to enjoy...

Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location half way between the airport and city centre - with the tramline that connects the two right outside the hotel. Very specific attention to detail, professional service throughout from all the hotel employees. Rooms well equipped. Cleanliness top notch. Really great breakfast -with hot food (bacon eggs, sausages) in addition to the normal continental breakfast...

The hotel should be renovated, the floor has not been replaced, there is a smell of old wood as soon as you enter the lobby, the lobby should not be renovated, the lobby ceiling is a bit falling, the elevator is quite old, the overall hotel is still OK, the breakfast is OK
