Sesto Fiorentino, Via Tevere 23 🧭 Map
It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.
Terrible hotel, I couldn't understand why I paid so much money and there was no water in the room. The breakfast was also bad. Don't pay for breakfast. There was nothing in the breakfast.
Hygiene: better than other ibis hotels, good smell on corridor, which is appreciated Location: Bus 30A/ 30B / 30F can arrive a bus stop which is 10 mins walking distance from here, Bus 66 connects the hotel and the tram station (one stop from airport), IKEA is nearby too, please note that there is only one pedestrian crossing on the main road, however, both ways requires long traveling time from city...
Very clean hotel and very easy to reach, strategic location. Spacious and modern rooms
The room was very clean and the price was right. It was a good experience. A good choice. There is a bar downstairs. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while.
Location-wise, for those travelling with an aeroplane, I would say this hotel is quite a good choice. When you have a car, it probably doesn't make that much of a difference. However, for the given price (350 euros for a double according to the price tag behind the door), I found the well sized room wear and tear a bit marked, with a subpar cleaning service. Our room, 218, was left with just a bit...

Very good, but the location is far
Quiet area, nice service, and they have a nice breakfast too
The location, cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff are great. The facilities are a bit lacking.
Cozy hotel with pleasant services. Hotel rooms abit run down but still acceptable. Price is reasonable
Location is good the price is cheap .
The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, more suitable for a 3 star. The room is quite good but there is a lift (not 4 star), corridor floor with noticeable stains on the 7th floor. Good breakfast. Convenient location only if you are on the motorway..

I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.
Charming location close to Florence. Rooms a bit outdated, good service and reasonable rate for what it offers. Very nice park sorrounding hotel and swimming pool are a plus.
Cleanness should definitely be improved. And the Vila should be renovated. However, it is still a very good price for what you get. And you really feel like live in the history.
All very nice we were there 2 nights and it was very nice, the room was attended to on the theme of the villa, the only thing that left me a bit puzzled was the maintenance of the external part seemed a bit left in him, I hope it's just because maybe we are a little out of season, because it would be beautiful as a garden area including the swimming pool....
Really nice , a impeccabile service , a beautiful room furnisced with taste , the food of excellent quality . The elegant location for a beautiful ceremony . Recommended
Ottima location per eventi quali matrimoni o meeting, immersa nel verde ad un passo da Firenze! Consigliato!

Some rooms and the entrance are well kept, and with frescoes. But the bedrooms smell of old, they are not very many. The breakfast is very poor, and the staff is not very professional.
An air of other times Enchanting location with a garden to live in .. Where you can also set tables of various sizes .. Summer dinners are flooded with the scents of the holes .. Back in time! Villa is full of antique furniture, wall paintings and great character. Family owned for centuries. But the house is in need of modernisation and our room wasn't worth the money. Small, dark and full of Mosquitoes because of old windows and cracks everywhere. Bathroom is in need of modernisation too. That is why only 4 stars. Very friendly staff.

All the reviews aren’t fair. It’s 20€ a night with included breakfast. You really can’t except a four star hotel for this price. Rooms were clean, the shower was big and tidy, towels clean and big, beds comfortable and clean as well. Stuff is really nice and always helping. Our windows did creak a bit but that didn’t bother us, they shut perfectly and we didn’t hear the airport or the nearby streets...
It's a clean and inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and nice big towels. I've read other reviews on it they are not being fair you can expect a top shelf breakfast when you are only paying twenty-five euros a night. You get what you pay for.
Economical choice as good for one night stay as chossens
This unpretentious airport hotel on a tree-lined street is 8 km from the domed Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and 4 km from Aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci. Laid-back, traditionally furnished rooms come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and desks. Some have additional beds. Parking is complimentary. A breakfast buffet (surcharge) is offered in an informal, wood-paneled dining room.
I had a good experience in this hotel in Florence , is situated only 3 km from the centre, in front of the police station, a large parking lot, cheap, and clean rooms , would recommend to all
hotel staff very welcoming and economically close to the centre of Florence a few miles away, parking was very secure with a doorman at night.Bus convenient to the city centre

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a transfer service at low cost. Much easier than having to come from the city centre early morning. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortabel, the staff helpful and friendly. Used public transport to get to the city which is not too far away. Would certainly stay again.
A comfortable hotel conveniently located near the airport. The service is excellent, and the bedrooms are clean and spacious. We even had a big balcony. They also have delicious cocktails and dinner options. While there may be some noise, this seems typical for hotels in Florence. Their airport shuttle service is only 15 euros per room. We booked it for 4.30 AM and the driver arrived at 4.30 sharp
We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a rental car but realized that it was not useful due to the restrictions placed on vehicles entering the museum zones. Located just an 8 min walk from public transportation, it was very convenient for us.
Ya Buddy!!! Perfect spot close to All public transportation! Flight was canceled so needed a quick spot. Blessed with this fine option. My room was so clean!! I would totally stay there again!! This was my morning view from my room! Perfect 👍🏼 I recommend having WhatsApp on your phone prior to your international visit.
We were originally only after a reasonably priced place close to the airport for our last day, but Hotel Franchi outdid expectations. Lovely comfortable room, really nice bar / lounge area and warm, friendly service from the staff there. They sorted out a shuttle for us at goodness-me-o'clock as well. Would have been happy to stay longer.
This is a great option if you need something close to the airport. It deserves 5 stars for what it is, a low price convenient and clean stay, but 4 stars compared to ALL hotel. It's not fancy but comfortably gets the job done.

Florence, Via della Villa 5 🧭 Map
I stayed at Villa Aruch for reasons far from a pleasure stay. Despite this, it was as pleasant as I could have hoped for. In every corner, external and internal, the villa offers good taste, art, beauty, originality. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. I also really appreciated the availability and kindness. Sincere congratulations! The structure is then located a few minutes walk from the tramway...
Spacious and quiet apartment, well-stocked kitchenette, ok bathroom, large shower but the water from the shower head came out in drops because it was all encrusted. Lack of roller shutters and shutters, only curtains, this should be considered for those who want darkness. Free internal parking is very convenient. The tourist tax does not depend on the structure but is shamefully high, €5.50 per person...
bullet point is best: pros: *Near airport and local restaurant at Il Genio (but don't order pizza) deserts are pre-packaged in freezer. *Very nice receptionists. Will call a cab for you *Large unit (unit 8) *quiet room *reasonable price. Things to be aware of, could be cons depending on what you want: *no breakfast provided, although there were some mostly pkgd sweets. *the key was a super pain...
We spent one night in this villa on our tour of Italy. The room was bright and clean. Better-insulated windows would certainly be a good solution to block out the outside noise. The shower cubicle was too small for me at 1.80m, I could hardly move in it and certainly couldn't bend over. The staff were very friendly.
Nice place, easy to get to if you come from the train station. Comfortable room and good service, but it is better for peple who wanna stay for a longer time and a good place for people who have kids. Checkout is rather early so 1 day stays are less recomanded. To get to centrum you can walk for 10-15 min and take the tram for about 20 min.
Very nice place. Beautifull rooms, very comftable. Fridge, kitchen, everything is on place. Very modern, clean room. Nice garden. Very nice Staff. Highly reccomended

The hotel is very close to the airport, making it ideal for air travelers. Clean, and the staff was friendly. The taxi we ordered arrived on time.
The location is not ideal and the soundproofing could be better. But the room is quite good in general for the price.
It was what I was expecting, a place to stay near the airport, comfortable, clean, and decent. The only con for us is the shower which is very small, but it works. I liked the view in the balcony we could see a real neighborhood, there was soccer camp and buildings.
I stayed in this hotel in Florence for a weekend. The hotel, despite many negative reviews, has fortunately been recently renovated. Average rooms and in my opinion the price is still high even though we are in Florence. Breakfast is just enough for an international clientele. Convenient with public transport to get to the centre, practically impossible on foot. In short, so-so.
Pros:The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was ok. working AC, nice mountain view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: Location is good for airport travel but a bit far from city center. Transportation service is not good to this location from center. only one bus but not frequent in the weekend. The bathroom was not good enough especially the shower.

Great staff and accommodation. Everything was really easy and it's very conveniently located, near to the tram stop serving the city.
We stay for 2 days and really good location safe car parking and the breakfast is good thanks to Levy the one in charge very helpful and accommodating friendly great staff
Its clean and spacious. A walking distance to a tram station. Traveling with huge luggage might be bit difficult. The lift is small, and to walk from the station to the hotel bit far and gotto climb a bit.
A little out of the way from the main city area and train station but there is a tram line (T2) that you can take, which takes about 10-15min to travel to and fro. The staff here are friendly and our check-in/check-out went smoothly. There are vending machines and some drinks and refrigerated food for sale at the lobby which is convenient for odd hours. It does not have much facilities and amenities...
Small carpark, need to go back earlier, otherwise you won’t have your space. Others are fine having regard to the price.

Convenient parking, clean room
The room is OK, the elevator is old, the breakfast is poor. The only advantage is that there is a private parking lot, which is large enough and free. The other hardware facilities are really not suitable for a star hotel, they are too old.
The accommodation is quite convenient. It's close to the airport and I have an early flight, so it's more convenient to rush there.

Great stay, warm welcoming staff members available 24/7. Breakfast was great with homemade pastries and pies. The location is around 25mins away from the main station but the transportation was available and convenient to commute. There are no supermarkets nearby so better get your snacks or water bottles from the central. Would definitely recommend the stay overall 👍
Very welcoming, familiar, Kind and helpful.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very generous. It is also close to the tram and with the T2 it takes less than 20 minutes to the center. The rooms were a little small but had everything you need; I recommend it to someone who wants to visit the city or is in Florence for work.
Mio Hotel, which we chose online for our six-day Italy trip to visit Florence, was the right choice in terms of ease of access to the city. Very very nice location! The end of the line from vila costanza. No need to worry about transport
The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.
Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. Colazione ottima e abbondante, non ho usufruito della pensione completa.

Found through reviews and I would say excellent choice. Apartment with large living room and open kitchen, bedroom and open bedroom, 2 bathrooms. New clean and well organized with all accessories. Convenient to reach the center by tram 5 minutes from the residence. Highly recommended.
Finding accommodation for my three-week stay in Florence in November-December was challenging. Fortunately, I found Leopoldo Residence, which met all my needs. Marilena promptly responded to my emails and became my main contact. I later spoke with Gina for additional questions and finalized the booking. Upon arrival, Marilena greeted me, showed me to the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations...
I stayed at Leopoldo residence for 3 nights, clean and tidy apartment, small kitchen that has all the necessary items for cooking, excellent welcome kit and the air conditioning manages to heat the entire apartment in a short time. Excellent parking for the car at a fair price. Location of the hotel 20 minutes walk from the center and very close to a tram stop. Small details to review, you could hear...
The hotel-style apartment has large rooms. You can cook your own meals. The sanitation is also very clean. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is directly accessible by tram, which is very convenient.
We spent three nightsat Leopoldo. Staff was extremely nice and helpful for everything. The place is very convenient, top equipment and quite cozy. We used their parking and went to the city center by tram, just around the corner. Last but not leas, at 5 mins walking there is a wonderful trattoria with the best spaghetti I ever had (Spaghetti Briganti at Fratelli Brigandi). When we go back to Florence...
Fantastic stay. Well furnished apartment with super clean furnishings. We had a pleasant experience at booking , check in and check out - very well located in terms of transportation. Short tram ride away from the main train station. The apartment had everything ready and many options of restaurants, supermarkets nearby!

For hot drinking water they don't have electric cattle in room, neither they will provide on request . Breakfast good Near to railway station 20 min away and central Florence it's 25 min away from bus. Room lighting is not good , neither it's spacious. Many Asian restaurant nearby Bus stand almost 700 meter away
The suites were two-storied and spacious. The continental breakfast was ample and delicious, and the staff at the hotel were accommodating and helpful. The location is convenient for public transit. This hotel is a great value for the price. We were not expecting much, and left very impressed. It was a great experience.
Spacious and comfy, but windows need screens. It gets hot and because of some weird Italian law they can't turn in the air conditioner in April, so you have no choice but to open the windows which allows mosquitoes through. A tip I got from my tour guide is to open the windows with the lights off just before bed, since mosquitoes are attracted to the light they won't come through with the lights off...
Had a really good stay here. Comfortable beds, rooms are a little small but cozy. Rooms could use more lights though.
Rooms were a bit old but we'll maintained.. the property had a parking lot as well.. requires booking in advance... Was very helpful as the city is crowded and is almost impossible to find a car park.. let alone something nearby to the property... Staff was great and very friendly too... All the walls in the hotel had some good art collection, paintings etc...
For the most part better than most of the budget hotels in Italy I have stayed at in terms of the room size and general level of room quality. A few issues to be wary of, mainly the power sockets seems to be a smaller or thinner socket then normal so most people's adaptors in the group (42 people) do not fit! Bathroom seems to have problems with the shower in most rooms, with the shower head not attached...
