Large, elegant, immaculate junior suite. Possibility to park the car inside the structure under a canopy. The common areas are always clean. Good breakfast. Good food, great cocktails. Friendly staff and very helpful. Fantastic pool, well maintained, clean, elegant. We spent two wonderful days of relaxation. We will definitely return.

Great breakfast, next to highway,practically located

If you overcome the initial small embarrassment, the price for a basic room is definitely well paid, even for a solo traveller. Plenty of little luxuries that totally justify the small mark up over a comparable hotel.

Since we are basically very spontaneous, we would come to this house in search of a place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised! The house is very quiet despite the close proximity to the main street, but there is no traffic noise. The whole house makes a very neat and clean impression. The Trattoria is family-run, staff very kind and attentive to the customer. The dishes are exquisite, with a lot of choice of first and second courses of fish or meat. We took a Florentine and it was perfect. Good desserts. I recommend it, especially to those who love traditional cuisine. Good price quality.

A very nice, very large private room with a kitchen in a separate room, the rooms are generally cozy and comfortably furnished and very large. A very nice landlady...she also speaks perfect German...

This bed & breakfast is a very nice place almost in the center of Lonato, and this makes it particularly strategic for those like me who have been to a wedding at the fortress, because they are very close (avoid using the car), and it is close to other tourist locations in the area, having said that, the aforementioned bed & breakfast is a welcoming and nice place, run by a nice and friendly person...

We had a very good time at Sibilla, the b & b is beautiful, clean and its breakfasts and jams are fantastic. Very kind and caring, Sibilla also offered to recommend and book us two restaurants where you can have dinner during your stay. Super recommended!

A wonderful stay in a magnificent and relaxing setting, an extraordinary swimming pool in the middle of olive trees... a place where time stands still... Very friendly managers and structure in complete agreement with the authenticity of a farmhouse. No frills but a lot of authenticity and simple and spontaneous harmony. I had a very good dinner with products from the estate. All simple and served with cordiality and sympathy. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for authenticity and genuineness. I will stay here again if I'm in the area

The farm has very spacious and clean rooms even if unfortunately without air conditioning or fan. The owners are helpful and very very welcoming. The swimming pool is surrounded by olive trees and has green areas to enjoy the shade. Lunch with fresh and local products is perfectly combined with the location. I hope to return soon even for just one day of relaxation.

The facility was amazing, and we loved the stunning outdoors and cleanliness of the room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Spent 9 great nights in this lovely agriturismo (b&b /motel). The pictures you see is exactly what you get. A highly maintained, extremely nice place, new and modern. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had the best time at this place. My dog was smiling all day long. The place is clean modern and amazingly relaxing. We stayed here a number of days while exploring the delights of the Lake Garda area and wider norther Italy. The hotel is excellently located for the railway station where one can easily get to Milan, Verona or Venice. However it is a simple brisk walk from the lakeside and harbour area. Those who walk regularly would find no difficulty but others may use the bus or local taxi to reach the shore....

Hotel is lovely, pool area brilliant. Teenage daughter loved sunbathing while we could mess about with the smaller one in the water. I have added a few pictures for the gym/fitness centre. Many because we could not find any. It is really good for standard weight workout and has a separate room for whole body work out. But no real cardio machines. So plan your workout around that. Well, I picked this b&b because of all the great reviews and have to disagree. I stay over 180 days a night in hotels and b&bs (for personal travel) and this place was unique. It was like staying at your friend's grandparents' place where you didn't know if you were really welcomed or not. The chain smoking grandma was friendly, but sometimes moody, and I never saw grandpa with a shirt on. No complaints...

Simply a great b&b! Naomi was extremely welcoming and gave us tons of recommendations. There is free hot beverages all day long, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the price was very low (in low season). Go there!

A very special place close to Lake Garda. Owner Frederica does make you feel very welcome, and the breakfast won´t leave you hungry or longing for something sweet. The whole house is full of details and flowers. We felt that we were more "real" guests than paying guests. If you want something more then an ordinary hotel room this is the place for you.

One of the most charming hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are good size and good value. On-site owner-operator is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Location is terrific, just a short walk from train station and from port and center of town. Good breakfast selections and one of the best cups of coffee that I've had in Italy.

This is a wonderful BB we stayed in in September 2009. The service is great, the rooms/bathrooms are extremely clean. The views are gorgeous - we spent several hours just chatting on our balcony with a bottle of wine/prosecco and looking at the lake and the lovely town (from another room we could see the castle).
