Large, elegant, immaculate junior suite. Possibility to park the car inside the structure under a canopy. The common areas are always clean. Good breakfast. Good food, great cocktails. If you overcome the initial small embarrassment, the price for a basic room is definitely well paid, even for a solo traveller. Plenty of little luxuries that totally justify the small mark up over a comparable hotel.

Small family run hotel but clean. The owners are very kind, there is the railway nearby but it did not bother the rest. Change of towels every day and in five days of vacation they changed sheets. I'll be back.

We stayed here a number of days while exploring the delights of the Lake Garda area and wider norther Italy. The hotel is excellently located for the railway station where one can easily get to Milan, Verona or Venice. However it is a simple brisk walk from the lakeside and harbour area. Those who walk regularly would find no difficulty but others may use the bus or local taxi to reach the shore....

One of the most charming hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are good size and good value. On-site owner-operator is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Location is terrific, just a short walk from train station and from port and center of town. Good breakfast selections and one of the best cups of coffee that I've had in Italy.

Hotel is fairly basic but very clean and quiet and in a great location. Within walking distance of the train station. Only a couple of minutes from the port. Staff were extremely helpful. Excellent WiFi. Nice breakfast. I would stay here again.

Room temperature always 26 plus and in the bathroom even more than 33. Air conditioning is not working. Front desk and maintenance couldn’t help. So only open the window could solve it a little bit. But still not less than 26. Restaurants (esp Rivale) and breakfast are amazing. Spa is okay, but nothing super special.

Location is great, it is literally around 2 minutes away from the beach. Rooms were ok. However breakfast buffet didn’t have a great variety of foods but it was ok. And rooms didn’t have a small fridge unfortunately. And they also didn’t have an iron 🥲. But i guess the great location compensates for the other missing things

This small hotel is excellent. Located just 3 minutes walk to the lake 5min if you walk very slowly. Good size room, very clean. Comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Sincerely, this three-stars hotel is a perfect place for a 4-5 days stay in the center of Desenzano. The ratio between quality of the service and cost is great. Big pool 25x 12 mtr, great breakfast buffet, lunch possible for a good price, very nice garden, dogs allowed in the garden. The bed was very good and we slept very well. We had a great stay and we consider coming back. No fights for place around the pool. Hotel personnel is very friendly and helpfull.

Lovely and warm. Went in August. Not to crowded. Lots of small jumping spiders but they aren't really a problem. Not convenient for walking to restaurants but easy it driving.
