I have never stayed here as I live nearby but I've been there twice for dinner in the summer of 2022. Both times the food and the service was great. There is a terrace which is enclosed and heated in winter though you can't really see the lake very clearly from it. Staff are friendly and the pizzas were especially good and at around €10 good value.

Nice place to stay and super friendly receptionists (Ingrid and Ben), they were very helpful. We wanted to try the pizzas, but the restaurant was closed, they look delicious! Special thanks to Ingrid and Elena!

Pizza is great. Staff very friendly. Stayed in the hotel and went to have food in the evening. Food and restaurant are really amazing. Lots of Italians, not many (foreign) tourists. Prices reasonable. Hotel is fine, but rooms could be more comfortable. For the low price it is really good, though.

Very close to our campsite and the pizza was pretty good. Service was quick and friendly and most staff spoke English.

The hotel is nicely situated near the main road and offers parking spots. Beware though they are not reserved for the hotel but in general we didn't have any issue finding parking. This place is pure relaxation vibes! Set on a beautiful farm, off the beaten track - we loved our stay here so much we booked another night on our way back through. Rooms are clean and modern, breakfast was amazing and the pool/sauna area was fabulous!

Gorgeous place, gorgeous area ! Walking distance from the lake. This property feels so special with stone built houses, amazing views on the surrounding mountains and so much more. Service is really good and attentive. Food cannot be described as it was so close to perfection. If you are looking for a romantic and peaceful gateway, look no further !

The bungaletti was very nice to stay in. Lovely sitting area in front of your bungaletti. The bathroom was a bit old but clean and good shower. Close to the water and to a good restaurants. Supermarket was also 2 minutes walk. Our dogs also liked it very much. We will come back.

We stayed here for a week in July/August. Was cheap basic accommodation more than surfice for a base to explore Como, Milan and the Dolomites. We booked this place last minute and it is a GEM. The rooms are clean, the view of the lake is gorgeous (they have a sitting area with a view), all the homemade food was delicious (their homemade chamomile grappa and desserts are to die for) but the best part is the people - they are so kind, cheerful, and helpful. Great location. 👌 Very nice clean room. You only go over the footpath and zack you are at the lake. 😊 The breakfast selection isn't that great, but it's okay. The entrance is not so easy to find the first time.

The apartment is fully equipped, with a cleaning shift, and then ... open the windows and you're on the lake!

Little hotel in amazing place with fantastic landscape to the Como lake and mounts! The owners are very friendly and open. The accommodation, food, breakfast, cleanness - are top! The owner can organize you a lot of extrem sport, if you want. Just from the hotel you can go down by paraglider))) Strongly recommend to stay here!

I absolutely loved the stay. As a solo traveller I found exactly what I was looking for: a beautiful stay in the mountains with great view and swimming pool. The wifi worked well and allowed to work from there. The owner shared with me the closest path to get to the city for groceries since I was not travelling by car and it all worked out great. Bring any-mosquito spray :)

Only stayed for 2 nights at the end of our holiday but wish it was longer! Super peaceful… great for my daughter with the pool overlooking the valley. Only 10 mins from the local town but felt more remote! I would definitely stay again but this time for longer!

We were here to look as a guest. We liked it a lot. The location is rural, but great in the middle of the green. There are plenty of outdoor areas and a shared pool. There are also chairs available there. The apartments all have a garden or terrace. This address is on our wish list.

It is very nice place to spend a vacation. Bungalows and glamping tents are clean and well equipped. The beach bar is great place to have a drink, coffee or a snack. I can only recommend this place .

Well maintained camping site on the edge of the lake and its beautiful sights. It's also very safe as it's surrounded by a stone fence and a locked gate for access. Also conveniently located and close to a supermarket, shops and restaurants as well as within walking distance from the center of town.

The place is amazing - we booked the Luxury Mobile Home. The unit is super clean and was indeed enough for my family ( 3 Adults and 2 children). Kitchen is fully equipped. The team are very helpful, welcoming and they all speak English. Thank you Stefania, Chiarra and Simone ☺️

Accommodation was exactly what we needed. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely look to book again. Owner was really nice, friendly, gave restaurant suggestions and made sure we knew how to get to the beach and local supermarket. We arrived a couple of hours early, I popped in looking for a bathroom, not expecting early check in but he was happy to let us get settled in.

Loved this place! The man in reception gave us a lovely welcome and made sure throughout our stay we were happy! Lots of thoughtful touches, welcome drinks and wine in our apartment! Perfect hotel. The location is directly on the lake side. Very nice sunsets if the weather is good. Wellness area is not big, maximum for 8 persons. Lovely location and setting with views of the lake all around. It is a short walk to the town where you can get the boat to all of Lake Como’s little towns and also close to the train station. However the rest of our stay was mixed, we had lovely service from three of the staff who were mainly based at the bar/casual restaurant however one waitress in particular was rude throughout and receptionist...

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful...

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The off beach bar and swimming pool area is beautiful although we didn't brave a dip in May! Service was great, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing but all in all a lovely visit.

This family studo was very comfortable, new and had all amenities needed, including washing machine, coffee machine and a possibility to use the garden. The host was very nice and helpful and offered food from her garden. The breakfast comes in a form of a sweet pie, jam, bread and milk. We also asked for eggs and the host offered them very kindly, adding more things. All info were at guests disposal...

This is the perfect place to stay with friends and family. The swimming pool is such a great extra. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You feel directly at home. Definitely will visit the place again.

Really nice place to stay, very clean apartment, lovely pool and hot tub. The manager Manuela is an absolute delight, I highly recommend this place.

Great place for a family vacation. Exceptionally friendly staff, a nice pool, some exercise equipment and located very closely to an iperal (supermarket). The main house is about 500m from the (stone) beach. Definitely recommend a stay here.

I really love this place, the lady at front desk is very helpful and kind. The shower space is reduced but that's ok for me since it is not my house and I just need a 5 or 6 minutes shower to get ready to go enjoy the area. Rooms are very clean and big enough, the kitchen has everything you need in case you want to prepare a meal. There's a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby.
