I'm giving four stars because it is located 2 kilometers away from the nearest bus stop, and if you don't have a car and you need to go by foot you have to go along the car route, there is no sidewalk. Room was okay and for the cheap price we paid we can't complain. WLAN didn't work properly and an air conditioner would have been great. Our bathroom was way to small. Service was good. Communication was kinda complicated, cause most of the employees didn't understand english. All in all the hotel is fine and you can't really expect more for that little money.

Cozy hotel in a calm area. We were given a friendly welcome, as the hotel wasn't crowded at all they opened the restaurant only for us two. The food was normal priced and very delicious. Friendly service, breakfast was various and delicious. Won't be the last time!

A warm cozy hotel. Offers delicious Italian food. Breakfast was free, great and super fresh! Since the hotel was small, they don't offer a buffet, but you could order basically anyth (coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, cheese, cake , juice .... - ALL INCLUDED) Although the staff didn't speak English, they were super friendly And helpful. Nice hotel, very polite staff. The air-conditioning was bad! It just blow out warm air. You don't need more hot air when it is 32 degrees outside. The breakfast was easy. Did not lov it.

Quiet, very decent size room with extra large and very comfortable bed. Clean all around. Very good breakfast. Location good enough for traveling around lake Como. Limited English of staff and very limited choice for dinner in the restaurant.

I have never stayed here as I live nearby but I've been there twice for dinner in the summer of 2022. Both times the food and the service was great. There is a terrace which is enclosed and heated in winter though you can't really see the lake very clearly from it. Staff are friendly and the pizzas were especially good and at around €10 good value.

Nice place to stay and super friendly receptionists (Ingrid and Ben), they were very helpful. We wanted to try the pizzas, but the restaurant was closed, they look delicious! Special thanks to Ingrid and Elena!

This place is pure relaxation vibes! Set on a beautiful farm, off the beaten track - we loved our stay here so much we booked another night on our way back through. Rooms are clean and modern, breakfast was amazing and the pool/sauna area was fabulous!

Gorgeous place, gorgeous area ! Walking distance from the lake. This property feels so special with stone built houses, amazing views on the surrounding mountains and so much more. Service is really good and attentive. Food cannot be described as it was so close to perfection. If you are looking for a romantic and peaceful gateway, look no further !

Perfect hotel. The location is directly on the lake side. Very nice sunsets if the weather is good. Wellness area is not big, maximum for 8 persons. Lovely location and setting with views of the lake all around. It is a short walk to the town where you can get the boat to all of Lake Como’s little towns and also close to the train station. However the rest of our stay was mixed, we had lovely service from three of the staff who were mainly based at the bar/casual restaurant however one waitress in particular was rude throughout and receptionist...

Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful...

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The off beach bar and swimming pool area is beautiful although we didn't brave a dip in May! Service was great, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing but all in all a lovely visit.

This is a basic hotel. The rooms are very basic with a double room having two single beds pushed together. The facilities in the rooms are basic, our tv didn’t work properly and the wardrobe door was rigid. The place really needs to be modernised. The breakfast was good and the service was good too.

We were looking for a restaurant and we found the hotel restaurant by a chance. The staff welcomed us and recommended some tasty dishes - they were indeed very delicious, served in the garden, accompanied by good wine. All great - location, staff and food ==> recommended

Room had nice patio balcony and clean . Restaurant staff friendly and helpful . As this is located in the main town it's location is excellent for exploring the beautiful water front of Colico but less lovely to find parking as none at hotel , but lovely locals solved this issue for us.

Was a great little hotel with private gated parking for motorbikes. Staff was friendly and the rooms clean, it's located close to supermarket, pharmacy, fuel station and close to the lake with great restaurants. It's about 45 minutes away from Stelvios Pass.

One of the best places I have been in Italy. Our room balcony had an amazing view, and the pool was maintained well.

This place is nice, it has a gorgeous view a nice pool and it has a nice atmosphere. The town of Domaso is quite hard to reach by foot because you need to go quite a ways down to where the town is. Otherwise this place is great.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the lake. The facilities are new, the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is also good and there is free parking. The hotel also has a large restaurant and the continental breakfast is also good.

WE LOVED IT. The location, the service, the staff, the property. Everything met our expectations and more. It is even a little undervalued for the view it offers. One of the best view around lake Como, in my opinion. It has some new rooms newly renovated I think, much better than pictures. Good price and location, we enjoyed our camping experience. Some minor things that made me put only 4 stars. 1. open frames in the shower building that could make it a bit cold in spring/autumn. 2. no kitchen to cook smth. P.S. The great and super friendly cat is living there.

We had a great stay: the staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and there was enough to do for the kids but also time and space to relax and the location is really good for going to the lake, visiting a town or taking a hike in the mountains. I would defiantly recommend, specially for a family with kids.

It was our first time in the Residence. We booked two apartments for two families with a total of 10 people. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen well stocked. All absolutely spotless. The pool is divine and our children are using it non stop! There are games available for children. Possibility to use the bikes and go around the town, without paying. Beautiful patio for barbecuing or eating outside...

Nice Hiking to Alpe Motta, Bodone

It is perfect for a Family! We had a great little Easter vacation there. I Loved the details for example that there was some Salt, oil, detergent etc in the Appartement, because i always forget this things 😊

Cozy, elegant, well equipped, excellent parking, placed out of traffic, near the lake, two steps from super and town, great for a relaxing holiday, near tourist resorts and Valtellina, restaurants in the area, I liked it. We will gladly come back

Super accommodation in a quiet place with a view of the mountains! The decor is a bit outdated but everything is very clean. The kitchen is very complete in terms of utensils. There is a nice swimming pool with sunbeds. Nice owner. The center with some restaurants is within walking distance. Watch your rims when entering the Via Alla Poncia road by car as there is a high sidewalk on the right side...

View of the lake very nice. Unfortunately, it doesn't look 100 clean and well-kept. The journey from Dongo is also a bit more complicated. But you get used to it. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio was not quite right.
