Good renovated rooms. Kindly reception person. Rooms can be better sound proofed. It was a lot of disturbance during night.

Nice hotel, very polite staff. The air-conditioning was bad! It just blow out warm air. You don't need more hot air when it is 32 degrees outside. The breakfast was easy. Did not lov it.

Quiet, very decent size room with extra large and very comfortable bed. Clean all around. Very good breakfast. Location good enough for traveling around lake Como. Limited English of staff and very limited choice for dinner in the restaurant.

We booked this place last minute and it is a GEM. The rooms are clean, the view of the lake is gorgeous (they have a sitting area with a view), all the homemade food was delicious (their homemade chamomile grappa and desserts are to die for) but the best part is the people - they are so kind, cheerful, and helpful. They gave us very clear directions for free parking down by the lake as well as suggestions...

Breakfast was pretty thin unless you enjoy bread and other pastries. There was a beautiful wedding reception at the same time with our visit and the walls were not thick enough to guarantee good night sleep. The room was okay and the location 5/5.

Room was okay and for the cheap price we paid we can't complain. WLAN didn't work properly and an air conditioner would have been great. Our bathroom was way to small. Service was good. Communication was kinda complicated, cause most of the employees didn't understand english. All in all the hotel is fine and you can't really expect more for that little money.

A warm cozy hotel. Offers delicious Italian food. Breakfast was free, great and super fresh! Since the hotel was small, they don't offer a buffet, but you could order basically anyth (coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, cheese, cake , juice .... - ALL INCLUDED) Although the staff didn't speak English, they were super friendly And helpful. The hotel is based in a lovely quiet location by the river at the top end of lake Como. The staff are friendly and accommodation is very good. Have stayed here a few times and recommend it highly.

Beautiful structure practically new 2 minutes from Colico, well furnished, clean rooms, the owners make you feel at home and not a guest, they are of a availability that you cannot find everywhere. The value for money is also excellent. Highly recommended for young people !!! We will definitely be back! Good compliments.

The bungaletti was very nice to stay in. Lovely sitting area in front of your bungaletti. The bathroom was a bit old but clean and good shower. Close to the water and to a good restaurants. Supermarket was also 2 minutes walk. Our dogs also liked it very much. We will come back.

We stayed here for a week in July/August. Was cheap basic accommodation more than surfice for a base to explore Como, Milan and the Dolomites. I have never stayed here as I live nearby but I've been there twice for dinner in the summer of 2022. Both times the food and the service was great. There is a terrace which is enclosed and heated in winter though you can't really see the lake very clearly from it. Staff are friendly and the pizzas were especially good and at around €10 good value.

Pizza is great. Staff very friendly. Stayed in the hotel and went to have food in the evening. Food and restaurant are really amazing. Lots of Italians, not many (foreign) tourists. Prices reasonable. Hotel is fine, but rooms could be more comfortable. For the low price it is really good, though.
