Friendly hotel. It has parking for bicycles and motorcycles (€5 extra). The breakfast is excellent, buffet style with a wide selection.

Lovely location and setting with views of the lake all around. It is a short walk to the town where you can get the boat to all of Lake Como’s little towns and also close to the train station. Stayed at this hotel in autumn. The hotel has a beautiful location right next to the lake. The garden and pool is beautiful, but in autumn/winter not heated. The wellnes area has two Saunas, steam bath, a relax are and a strange room were they have a lot of salt in pots. I guess you are supposed to put it on your skin. The steam bath smelled very bad. The stuff at reception was also not very helpful...

Stayed here in the dying months of the Winter. A very scenic place. Not all rooms have a scenic view but the rooms are modern and clean and depending on the dates you choose good value for money. The off beach bar and swimming pool area is beautiful although we didn't brave a dip in May! Service was great, breakfast was OK but nothing amazing but all in all a lovely visit.

We were staying nearby and used the hotel restaurant many times. We loved the location, excellent value for money and the hosts were so welcoming. Fantastic menu, beautiful setting and we absolutely loved our visits here. Nothing was too much trouble. A definite 5* rating from us. 👍👍

Fantastic experience. The restaurant/hotel is not easy to find…but when you arrive…it’s WOW for the incredible point of view on the lake of Como, for the quality and variety of the food (mainly sea food), for the service….definitely a place to go….FANTASTIC

Very nice view, the room was ok. The food was good unless you order a eur12 smoked salmon and you expect more than three typical slices that look like bought in a plastic box in a supermarket. The service was very accaptable for a middle class, affordable hotel, not much to complain about. I can recommend I the window view is the most important :)

If you value a warm welcome over red carpets and 5* fluff, this hotel is just what you want. Small, friendly and central, it is just great. The family are great & breakfast is superb.

This is the perfect place if you're travelling by train. It's right across the street from the train station (but silent at night, I had a perfect night of sleep), restaurants and bars are nearby, the lake is close. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Spotles and comfortable modern Hotel in the Town centre situated near to all shops, cafes and only 150mtrs from the Piazza and Lake Como. Ideally situated to for trains and water ferries. Beautiful view at the small village, value of money

We stayed in room number 6 with a balcony. The views were surreal, it is a absolute gem at the price. We did not have a car but we were easily able to walk to the nearby village of Dorio (25 mins) each day which allowed us to get a train to other nearby villages to explore. The breakfast was fantastic too and staff extremely friendly.

Very nice B&B! Clean, comfy, AMAZING views over Lago di Como and a very nice owner. It's hard to imagine to get this level of quality for a reasonable price. If you plan to stay a day or two in this area, I would definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely loved the stay. As a solo traveller I found exactly what I was looking for: a beautiful stay in the mountains with great view and swimming pool. The wifi worked well and allowed to work from there. The owner shared with me the closest path to get to the city for groceries since I was not travelling by car and it all worked out great. Bring any-mosquito spray :)

Only stayed for 2 nights at the end of our holiday but wish it was longer! Super peaceful… great for my daughter with the pool overlooking the valley. Only 10 mins from the local town but felt more remote! I would definitely stay again but this time for longer!

We were here to look as a guest. We liked it a lot. The location is rural, but great in the middle of the green. There are plenty of outdoor areas and a shared pool. There are also chairs available there. The apartments all have a garden or terrace. This address is on our wish list.

What can I say, other than a quality hotel and we'll priced restaurant. Location could not be better, right on the lake with beautiful views all around. Boat trips and water taxi go from right outside the front door and the onsite parking is a bonus. A short walk from the train station and we arrived at Da-Di. The owner is very friendly and showed us how everything worked. The room was very spacious, and the shower even had some shampoo and shower gel. She recommended a local pizzeria to us, we went there and it was delicious. I came a whole year every week for work at the Da-Di b & b. I have always had a great time in any room. During winter nice warm inside, during summer cool and pleasant in the evening to sleep. Location was good. Up on the hill overlooking lake Como. Walking into the town of Cólico was a 15 minute walk. Room was very comfortable and very clean with a very private balcony. Hostess very helpfull.

Great Host. Location is marvelous. If you have car then it is convenient. Otherwise 2 km walk from station. But value for money. I got all those required facilities which I never got on other b&b.it was amazing stay there.

I was our first time in Lake Como, and we decided to book a stay at B&B Villa Simona. We was greeted by Marta and Simona. Probably two of the most kindest people we have ever met. Good price and location, we enjoyed our camping experience. Some minor things that made me put only 4 stars. 1. open frames in the shower building that could make it a bit cold in spring/autumn. 2. no kitchen to cook smth. P.S. The great and super friendly cat is living there.

We are just finishing up our stay at Villa Margherita and I already can’t wait to return. We knew it would be beautiful but didn’t expect everything to be this good! The location is gorgeous overlooking the lake and mountains, and I believe all the rooms have a view from the balcony. The location was perfect for us. It’s quieter here than other parts of Como but still close enough to get to other towns...

We were a little later than expected, but were still warmly welcomed. The foresteria is managed by Francesca and her family and has a beautiful view of the Lago di Como. The rooms are beautifully maintained and with the Italian summers the swimming pool is a real pleasure. The breakfast was delicious and be sure to try the fresh cakes and tarts. We loved our stay!

It is a lovely place. The rooms were very clean and modern. I really enjoyed the pool and the view to the mountains. Highly recommend!
