Loved this hotel. We had a big room with own patio in the vast grounds in a lovely quiet area. Buffet breakfast and buffer dinner were brilliant with so much choice and great tasting food to help yourself to. Restaurants were very spacious and comfortable. Highlight was Olympic pool. Never had pool so big in a hotel n it was never busy n was warm. The grounds were v big and own private beach too. Only downside was it was on very far side of town so a good 20 min walk to the start of the very long prom. Think there were buses if you didn't want to walk in the heat. Great place to stay

The Service was very friendly. The dinner was very tasty every evening and the service was always helpful. The place from the hotel is perfectly quiet. And the entertainment every evening was enjoyable. We had such a great time there!

My stay at this hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. A special highlight was the excellent service of Giovanni, the bartender. His friendliness and skills made my evenings at the bar something special. His cocktail recommendations were always perfect. I will be happy to come back and recommend this hotel to every traveller.

Welcomed like returning customers, although our 1st time in Sicily.
Stayed in a villa in a block of 12, so very quiet. had a great view of Mount Etna. Balcony faced east, so in the afternoon it was shaded from the sun which was great as you could sit there and drink a cool beer quite comfortably. Entertainment every night. Food is very good, although in the evening we ate out at the local trattoria. There are a good choice a 10 minute walk away. Access to a private beach scuba diving school on site along with loads more activities and excursions. Hop hop off bus tour close by.

Such an amazing experience! The hotel was exactly as on the photos with beautiful garden, great beach & pool area and comfortable rooms with a cute balcony. We paid for half board: the breakfast had great variety with freshly baked sweets and all other intercontinental breakfast elements. The dinner was FANTASTIC! Variety in dishes day by day, even as a vegetarian I always found some amazing pasta to eat. The hotel staff was so open to guests, kind and always cheerful:) I would recommend everyone to visit the Concierge for travel tips because our day to Taormina was amazing thanks to the employee there!!!

Although we stayed here early in the season, the service we received was fantastic, from all staff but the one gentleman who always had a smile on his face, who couldn’t do enough for everyone he served was Nunzio in the restaurant. The bar staff from the Olympus Bar were also amazing, santo and pancroiz, they are a credit to the hotel and made our holiday.
The food is amazing, facilities are great and we had the best view. We hope to come back one day.. maybe in the warmer months!

Great hotel! We drove along the entire east coast, not a single hotel with such a large and green area - no! Each hotel has its pros and cons - based on personal experience. My family and I came to this hotel for the second time. We were pleased with the changes in the territory: they changed the asphalt, tiles on the paths, and updated the facades of the villas. The inside of the villas has been redecorated, the bathrooms have not been updated, although I would like to (shower stalls for sure). In the refrigerator - you order what you need. If you wish, you can ask the reception for a kettle and cups (+ coffee and tea) - free of charge. The rooms are cleaned very efficiently - the bathrooms are cleaned just perfectly - you walk in with the smell of freshness! But it’s difficult to guess the cleaning time - every time at a different time. We had to put up a sign - they would come later. Yes, and there is a problem with ants, so after a snack in the room, all the skins and wrappers were immediately thrown into the trash on the street. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the water is pebbly, and after a storm there are generally steps, so in such weather you need special shoes. The umbrellas have been updated. Payment was transferred from the reception to the beach - convenient. But when you look after the children, the sun loungers are very far from the water. There are also changes in nutrition: there are dishes without sauces and strong spices, which is very important for me as a mother. The range of dishes is sufficient to try national dishes, something new every day. Cold appetizers are too tasty - they are taken away first! But unfortunately, they don’t deliver it yet. They allowed us to take water and fruit out of the restaurant, but in 2017 this was not possible. The hotel now has Russian-speaking staff. Service at the highest level!!!! I would especially like to thank the staff of the restaurant hall! Always greeted with a smile! Everyone is attentive to detail and always leads you to an empty table. I especially want to thank, unfortunately I don’t know the position, Nunzio P. Thank you very much! This visit was unique for us - we saw an eclipse of the moon, the eruption of Etna, a storm!

A hotel with luxurious territory, varied food, good access to the sea, and beautiful rooms. I would like to immediately warn you that there is no luxury in the rooms here, not in any hotel! A beautiful, cozy room without any frills. All the staff speaks English, not everyone at the reception desk, but they speak Russian. If possible, take a room on the 4th floor rather than a villa. The size does not correspond to the price at all, the room is much better. And sun loungers at the sea are paid, it’s better to sunbathe near the pool and go to the sea
