Hotel was clean and located opposite the lido, this cost €10 for a day. The hotel pool was indoors and cost €5 for the day. We had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel, the location is superb, and the views from the balconies are gorgeous and memorable. The staff were consistently helpful and so kind to us which made our stay very memorable. Overall, the restaurant was quite good. Beautiful place, with beach views and access to the beach. Delicious food, but I went with a group and asked for a room of four, but we got a room of two with two extra beds. Excellent service and food, but I suggest booking rooms of max two.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. It is set in a quieter area of Giardini Naxos -Reincarnate. Away from swarms of tourists which we prefer. Stayed a week at the hotel from 30 September. It is a lovely small hotel. Hardly anyone at the poolside all week which was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 15 people for 6 nights with half board. The 8 rooms were locked at all times, they were methodically searched in the morning, bags, suitcases, clothes... and in total THEFT OF APPROXIMATELY €500 in 3 rooms, who other than the staff the keys? the bosses? I stayed in this hotel with my wife for just two days. The hotel is located near the archaeological park of Naxos, in a nice location, at the end of Giardini Naxos. Lovely stay at Kalos Hotel after reading the reviews I must say the stay we had was better than expected firstly the breakfast is not just continental but bacon, eggs and mini sausages too. Secondly they do have a pool of their own you do not need to walk next door to use theirs. Friendly staff. Excellent cleaning. Quiet location and a few steps from the Giardini Naxos seafront. Applause to the receptionists, they are all professional. The swimming pool is sea water. It's wonderful to go down the stairs after breakfast and find yourself in a beautiful sea. I'll be back

An excellent location with nearby swimming beaches and restaurants. Small and comfortable hotel in a thriving resort, clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Wifi excellent. Good access to local buses for trips to Catania,Taormina and for airport transfers (booked in advance online, 'Etna' transport). We used it as a hiking base with a private group minibus facilitated.

Clean, comfortable. Room with balcony and views but air conditing exhaust noise from adjacent hotel driving us crazy - no action, must be a known issue with this room but reception hides behind lack oof english language and ignoring tour guide. Sad business, otherwise impressed.

I had really good experience in the hotel. I'm impressed the most with all the people working there. And I think this hotel is so great thanks to them. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but obviously it's not a 5 star hotel and it was great value for the money. Unfortunately, there is no option to rate it as 'good', that would be accurate. The staff is very good - nice, friendly and helpful. The new hotel lobby promises a lot, which the room couldn't keep. Luckily, the rickety, ancient wardrobe didn't collapse, but if the bathroom was kicked in, the only solution would be to replace it - covering it with foil looks cheap and amateurish. The room was nice with a beautiful balcony with sun all day. It was well equipped with cooking utensils and a fridge. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day (something I would not have needed). The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. Been there in 2009 and loved it. Near the beach, helpful staff, nice clean rooms, pretty cheap. Lots of places to visit from here. And last but not least you can try "la cucina siciliana"!
