Where to stay in Giardini-Naxos

I stayed there for a week with my family. The resort had better days but now you quickly notice the age of it and also perhaps not a perfect maintenance program. We stayed in a family suite. It was clean and cozy. Room service was random some days very good and thorough some days very little. The breakfast could have been much better. Our room has been partially refurbished. The bedroom area is very nice with comfy beds. The view from the balcony is super but the bathroom is a little tired but all are very clean. Loved this hotel. We had a big room with own patio in the vast grounds in a lovely quiet area. Beautiful hotel, right on the beach, you can see and hear the sea from your hotel windows. It's amazing to watch the sunrise in the sea from your balcony. The only thing from this high standard hotel, I would expect better quality food.

Loved it! Went for a long weekend with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted by William who helped us plan an itinerary for our little trip, he was amazing and full of knowledge. Had a great time at the Delta, the pool was nice and cool compared to the sea, but the private gravel beach was nice too. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with authentic Sicilian treats. All the usual hot and cold selections. Room neat and clean with plenty of room on the balconies.

Just returned after having the most wonderful holiday at the Caesar Palace Hotel. Almost don't want to share this adorable place and want to keep it all to myself but what made it so great was the lovely friendly staff who were only too happy to help and give you their best attention. The location of this hotel is perfect! Direct access to the sea, and walking distanse to the center of Giardini Naxos. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are very smiling an service-minded 🙂. At the hotel in the dining room we was waiting near on 2 hours for our main course. The rooms were okay, but there was no soundproof in the walls. The bed was not that great and uncomfortable, and the pillows were also uncomfortable also hard. You try to sleep, but you can't, there is infestations on the mattress and pillows, so expect bites when you wake up

A peaceful, friendly hotel with a lovely little pool. Good location for the Mount Etna side of the island, 45 mins from Catania airport. I am really not used to the 5*treatment but if this is anything to go by, I am converted for life. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms clean and spacious.. The pools wonderful, the food delicious. The staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel does not understand the policy of payment for drinks at the pool bar. On Friday, the juices were given for free, on Saturday, the juice , it turns out, were paid and we only found out at check-out when I had to pay for everything. The hotel is on a hill, very dangerous road to the sea. The Shuttle does not go. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with children.

I liked the apartments and how basically there’s only teens or families here. We had everything we needed in the apartments including a kitchen + you get new towels every 3 days. However the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and the shower head was pretty nasty. Be prepared to get some fiber rich foods from the nearby supermarket because they basically have white bread with every meal here and dinner...

This is perfect hotel for families, couples or single persons. The hotel has everything you need, lovely part of a beach, excellent service, wonderful meals, and two nice pianos: the grand one and the smaller one (it's hidden). Only the airconditioning, it works, but it doesn’t really cool the room very much. The location was perfect only -5 minutes walk to the boulevard and the beach.
