We recently stayed at Nautilus hotel and we were very impressed with the exceptional hospitality and cleannesses of the room. The breakfast was excellent.I would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic,close to the beach and bars , restaurants.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff was very lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming. It’s a newer hotel so everything is clean and modern. Definitely recommend getting a room with a sea view!! So worth it. In walking distance to great restaurants as well

Our room has been partially refurbished. The bedroom area is very nice with comfy beds. The view from the balcony is super but the bathroom is a little tired but all are very clean. Loved this hotel. We had a big room with own patio in the vast grounds in a lovely quiet area. I liked the apartments and how basically there’s only teens or families here. We had everything we needed in the apartments including a kitchen + you get new towels every 3 days. However the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and the shower head was pretty nasty. Be prepared to get some fiber rich foods from the nearby supermarket because they basically have white bread with every meal here and dinner...

I am really not used to the 5*treatment but if this is anything to go by, I am converted for life. I do not like spending €5 on a bottle of water but it was worth spending that amount on a cup of tea just to see it presented in such a fashion. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms clean and spacious.. The pools wonderful, the food delicious. The staff very helpful and friendly. The mini bus to Taormina was useful, David the driver was so funny! The only recommendation for improvement would be to have another coffee machine... Always a queue! Thank you for an amazing week.

The hotel is certainly not a 5 star. It is certainly expensive enough however! The bed is of a basic quality and not close to 4 let alone 5 star, the room is generally quite small and lacked balcony, the bathroom is fine but shower not consistently warm and only the hand held part worked. The hotel does not understand the policy of payment for drinks at the pool bar. On Friday, the juices were given for free, on Saturday, the juice , it turns out, were paid and we only found out at check-out when I had to pay for everything. The hotel is on a hill, very dangerous road to the sea. The Shuttle does not go. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with children.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Direct access to the sea, and walking distanse to the center of Giardini Naxos. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are very smiling an service-minded 🙂. The restaurant has a very tasty fish of the day and delicious pizzas. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet at night. We hope to come back! Thank you!

Friendly staff especially the two girls at the reception. Room in line with the rate, we had a problem with the TV that didn't work, and they replaced it the next day. As I stayed on my birthday, my boyfriend wanted to surprise me by letting me find the flowers in my room upon arrival, thanks to the hotel staff who thought of making this surprise for me. Hotel is beautiful, cool and beautifully clean. Rooms are clean and cool but the beds are ridiculously hard and uncomfortable. We asked for toppers which they provided with no problem. There is no literature anywhere as to when breakfast or dinner was served or any details about the spa. Be aware that if you use the spa it is €12 a day. Breakfast is a continental one. At the hotel in the dining room we was waiting near on 2 hours for our main course. The rooms were okay, but there was no soundproof in the walls. The bed was not that great and uncomfortable, and the pillows were also uncomfortable also hard. You try to sleep, but you can't, there is infestations on the mattress and pillows, so expect bites when you wake up

We stayed here as part of our tour of Sicily. Beautiful grounds and we had a gorgeous view of Mt Etna from our room. Breakfast was good, but the one dinner we had was sub par compared to what we had in town. The hotel is relatively close to Taormina (€30 cab ride) and Mt Etna. And the beach is right down the street. There are also 5+10 good restaurants within an easy walking distance of the grounds...

Very friendly Hotel. Excellent quality / price ratio. The room great . We dined very well with the quality of fish excellent. Only drawback is the swimming pool. There is the floor and being all deep and is not accessible to those who do not know how to swim.

4 star Hotel, but 4 stars is not much left.. maybe it was..but in the eighties..the time seems to be stopped.. I can only find foreign workers.. rooms are certainly not fragrant.. and could greatly improve the cleanliness of the rooms, the bed uncomfortable.

We had an overall pleasant experience at this hotel, the location is superb, and the views from the balconies are gorgeous and memorable. The staff were consistently helpful and so kind to us which made our stay very memorable. Overall, the restaurant was quite good. Beautiful place, with beach views and access to the beach. Delicious food, but I went with a group and asked for a room of four, but we got a room of two with two extra beds. Excellent service and food, but I suggest booking rooms of max two.

This is perfect hotel for families, couples or single persons. The hotel has everything you need, lovely part of a beach, excellent service, wonderful meals, and two nice pianos: the grand one and the smaller one (it's hidden).
