This place was fantastic and the area was great. The overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here. The vent in the bathroom of the room I stayed in was not working well so place did smell a bit, but despite this I’d stay here again

It was such a great hotel I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The staff was nice and kind, the food was amazing and the view on Etna was 11/10. We saw Etna errupting. Also the options for vegetarian and gluten free food was great. In summary I recommend this hotel for everyone. Also for families with children there was a nice child play area.

A nice resort hotel set on the beach. Our room was clean and tidy and although the bathroom was on the smaller side it was perfectly fine for the two of us. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the staff were all friendly

I stayed there for a week with my family. The resort had better days but now you quickly notice the age of it and also perhaps not a perfect maintenance program. We stayed in a family suite. Loved it! Went for a long weekend with my partner to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted by William who helped us plan an itinerary for our little trip, he was amazing and full of knowledge. Good location as it was super close to Taormina but also easy to go to other parts of Sicily nearby. I was a bit disappointed by the service as I kept getting forgotten when I had a problem or needed to request something. The air conditioning in the room was controlled by reception and they told me it could not go lower than 21 degrees Celsius which was not enough for me.

Giardini Naxos is a wonderful area. The St. Alphio Garden Hotel is phenomenal. The service was great. The location was fantastic. The pool was beautiful and well kept. I am really not used to the 5*treatment but if this is anything to go by, I am converted for life. The hotel does not understand the policy of payment for drinks at the pool bar. On Friday, the juices were given for free, on Saturday, the juice , it turns out, were paid and we only found out at check-out when I had to pay for everything. The hotel is on a hill, very dangerous road to the sea. The Shuttle does not go. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with children.

My mother and I stayed here 2nd-6th June and it was just perfect. Lovely and clean, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Eugene! Great location if you're wanting somewhere a little quieter but still close enough for a good time! Will definitely be returning.

What an absolute gem of a hotel. It is set in a quieter area of Giardini Naxos -Reincarnate. Away from swarms of tourists which we prefer. Beautiful, well maintained pool area with sun loungers, and a small outdoor bar with drinks. Lovely breakfast. Cleaning service was top notch - every day bin got emptied and bed made. Hotel was very clean, good size rooms, nice swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Stayed a week at the hotel from 30 September. It is a lovely small hotel. Hardly anyone at the poolside all week which was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
