4 star hotels in Giardini-Naxos

I am really not used to the 5*treatment but if this is anything to go by, I am converted for life. I do not like spending €5 on a bottle of water but it was worth spending that amount on a cup of tea just to see it presented in such a fashion. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms clean and spacious.. The pools wonderful, the food delicious. The staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel does not understand the policy of payment for drinks at the pool bar. On Friday, the juices were given for free, on Saturday, the juice , it turns out, were paid and we only found out at check-out when I had to pay for everything. The hotel is on a hill, very dangerous road to the sea. The Shuttle does not go. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with children.

Family room was excellent. As advised in advance, it did not have a sea view but it had two bedrooms and plenty of space. Coming down to the breakfast room with it's panoramic view was a high light every morning. Similarly the pool had an amazing setting and view. WiFi was very poor (so 4 star for the room) in our room but I saw plenty people on laptops elsewhere around the property.

Very good hotel located close to Taormina, yet 10 minutes walk from the city center. The swimming pool with fantastic sea views is the hotel's strong point. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a unit in a 3-star hotel complex. There is no pool at Villa Bianca, which is actually called Pequeno Príncipe. I was in the best room (911) and the heated towel rail was turned off. The light board was exposed behind the curtain and there was an “X”, indicating that it was not to be turned on. Fortunately, all I had to do was move the switch and it was heating up in no time. This Hotel was a perfect location for me. Close to the town either using bus(a short walk to stop) or cable car(the same short walk) & beaches especially Isabella. Well located between 5-10 mins walk from the famous isola Bella. Great restaurants nearby. They offer a private beach deal with shuttle service very nice. WiFi is okay not the greatest and same with room, maybe a bit overpriced. I only had breakfast included it was mostly bread and cereals, not too many options.

Best place with amazing, frendly staff and superb views!! The location is also perfect since there are all the needed services near: restaurants, atm, mini markets. It's very easy to take the cable car to Taormina that's 5min walk away. We would spend days on the beautiful beach Isola Bella and go to dinner to Taormina. It was the most perfect holiday. I can't praise the customer service enough here...

We can read lots of positive and negative critics for this hotel. I just left this hotel after a stay of 10 days and would like to bring some objectivity. The ratio price / quality / luxury is in the local market range. Of course, this is in reality not (anymore?) a four star hotel if you compare with northern European countries. Overall would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. We only had 1 night here so didn’t need much, but we were very happy. The rooms a little outdated but definitely added character to the place, staff were so lovely and helpful, beautiful views and walking distance from everything you can need!! :)

Large hotel spread over many levels on steep hillside. Beach is about 200 metres away but across busy roads. Two good pools, but food was average. All inclusive is sold hard, but without it there is no easy way to get a drink in the evening. Seemed to be a distinctive shortage of staff. Reception staff were friendly by others quite brusque.

Beautiful place to stay for a long weekend of doing nothing. Spacious rooms, delicious buffet restaurant and quick access to either pool or the nice beach of Letojanni. We had booked a room with a lateral sea view and were given a small room with a not so nice view . After talking to the reception regarding change of room they told us that the hotel was fully booked but they would try to find a better solution asap. In fact after 2 nights they changed our room to a bigger one with a nice lateral sea view and kept their promise. Finally this is great customer service...

A modern hotel on the beach front. Rooms are a good size with ample storage space and excellent beds. The staff are friendly and the included breakfast buffet is one of the best I have come across in quite a while. There is a wide range of hot and cold, sweet and savoury dishes on offer. 50 minutes and 80 euro ride on a taxi from Catania airport. Free parking. No cleaning, no soap in the shower, no towel change. Kitchen equiped only with the basic stuff. 5 minutes walk to the beach amd to the closest small market. 10 minutes on a car to Lidle. Mascali its a very small town with almost no night life.

I used to go 2 X per year, for about 11 years. Always stayed there, got to know the 2 brothers that owned it, NICE PEOPLE. I had my 60th birthday party there, about 110 people (I was born in the next town over, Giarre.,) Am 78 and left there when I was nine. Eat pasta EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. It’s very plain food and in the bedroom , right after the cleaner has been in there was ants EVERYWHERE. Every time the cleaners came in, they ate our food from the fridge and would go in our suitcases..

It is a small village with nothing to see but the sea. The apartment house is a 10-minute walk from the sea. Pebble beach, long, very clean water.The appartment house is not very modern, but very clean. Large rooms with large balcony. Breakfast okay, half board okay. It is a family business, so there are few staff and very slow. Almost no one speaks English. Nobody speaks foreign languages at the reception...

We had a great stay at the hotel. In fact the negative comments people posted recently is very insensitive, considering this is a difficult time for everyone, especially people in the hospitality/tourism industry. Hotels have been closed during Covid and now that they have reopened, most hotels are having difficulty with staff and technicalities. The general public should understand it is difficult...

We only stayed here for 1 night but the staff were friendly and the views from the very large balcony were lovely. Aircon very noisy. Breakfast was an okay buffet but just look at the sunrise. We didn't have time to look around but apparently it is difficult to walk to the beach from this hotel.

It's our second visit to the hotel. The view and design is spectacular. The hotel is located on the side of a mountain that is falling into the beautiful beach of Sicily. This view from everywhere in the hotel is making a very relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend dinner at the hotel restaurant, with very good value for money. Two nice pools: shallow one warms quickly and is just deep enough to swim in; but you need confidence for the deep pool (it has no shallow end!). There's nowhere to walk on site except up and down the short drive - the main road is far too dangerous for pedestrians. A courtesy bus can be booked for visits to town or the allocated beach. Beautiful hotel very well located between Taormina and Forza Agro. Pools are awesome with huge wiew on the bay. Rooms also offer a beautiful panorama.
