Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort

Nice place but need to change the room service menu.

Service is top notch. So much attention to detail! The food on the resort was good. It is peaceful place that offers transportation (at a cost) to the local village for shopping and restaurants. They also organized a visit to a nearby winery with a driver for us The golfers in our group raved about the course. This area was our favorite part of our Italian vacation.

Excellent location, professional and unintrusive service, very nice rooms and corteous reception.

Very good hotel, quiet and beautiful view

My wife and I had an excellent 5-night stay here. The food at the clubhouse and breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Nader at the Dragonfly bar was especially exceptional, offering recommendations and great conversations. He and the rest of the staff made us feel like guests, not just clients at a hotel.

The golf course was challenging, but beautiful. We played two 18-hole rounds and added an additional 9-holes. The front 9 in particular has incredible views of the mountain, seaside, and mainland. We played shortly after a professional event so the course was still set up very difficultly, but we both enjoyed our rounds (I am around a 9 handicap and my wife is a beginner. Some of the longer holes might be difficult for new golfers or those who don't hit it far).

We would absolutely stay here again.and hope to return

The Argentario Golf Resort and Wellness Center is a Marriott hidden gem. We hope Marriott will continue to invest in this property as it doesn't quite have the feel of a traditional, funky Autograph Collection hotel. Private hotel villas are under construction on a nearby hillside and should be finished in 2026. Although the weather wasn't warm and sunny during our 5-night October stay, we enjoyed the resort and its amenities completely The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The golf course is gorgeous and rates are very reasonable for hotel guests. The spa is outstanding......quiet and relaxing, offering a nice variety of treatments with skilled, cross-trained technicians and premium products. Giorgio, the manager, is very hands-on,,,,,morning, noon, and night, checking staff efficiency and chatting with guests to ensure stays are going well and expectations are being met. The complimentary breakfast was substantial. We enjoyed excellent meals and service at Dama Dama and the Clubhouse restaurant. In typical European style, no full-service restaurant is open between 5-7:30 pm. We recommend this hotel and will return.

Excellent service, nice and VERY professional people (great) and a stunning view out to the see. The golf course is spectacular. The amenities are somewhat older, indoor pool was out of order, saunas partitioned and while new the restrooms were soso.

So a must for golfers and a can for everybody else … with really welcoming staff

My experience at the Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort was absolutely perfect, seamlessly blending business and leisure in a dreamlike location where every detail is meticulously cared for. From the beautifully maintained spaces to the impeccable cleanliness, the attention to detail is evident throughout. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel as though I were welcomed into a home, not just a hotel. The culinary experience and the breakfast were exceptional at Dama Dama Restaurant which is also open to public for dinner. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients truly elevated every meal, making dining here a delight. I can't wait to try also the Club House Restaurant Argentario - where I probably will go next week - as they all say it's delicious and I read it's also open to the public for lunch and dinner. The resort offers a modern concept of luxury, where the connection with nature brings us back to a sophisticated simplicity that, in my opinion, is the true essence of luxury. The wonderful landscape is a dream in the middle of a natural reserve with the sea all around and very close to the popular Giannella beach with its incredible sunsets and Feniglia beach under Ansedonia hill. From the Resort you are 5 minutes fro the main Argentario's attraction like also Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Orbetello and so on. It's a perfect spot for sport lovers as well as you can play padel, tennis and practise boat experiences which the hotel helps arranging. Of course a highlight of the Resort was also the amazing eco-friendly golf campus. The resort's commitment to sustainability extends to its golf course, which is designed with a deep respect for the environment. You can play surrounded by the stunning natural landscape, as an unforgettable experience that perfectly complements the resort’s philosophy of blending a new concept of real luxury with nature. Also, the modern Espace Wellness Center allows you to relax, to play the above sports and/or have you daily gym session with a super-equipment, to swim in internal or external swimming pools and to have special beauty treatments and nutrition plans. They have Comfort Zone products which are a top-quality brand that I only found in special 5-starred hotels around the world, with their unique aroma. I was pleased to discover that the resort is now part of the prestigious Autograph Collection Hotels. Known for its commitment to sustainability, the Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort perfectly blends modern design with untouched nature. These unique qualities, combined with warm hospitality and authentic experiences, have earned the resort a place in Marriott International's dynamic portfolio of over 290 independent hotels, each selected for its individuality, craftsmanship, and distinctive vision of design and hospitality.
