We spent 12 days at Argentario Lagoon Resort and we were highly impressed
The location is very nice and quite-the ideal place to relax and disconnect from pc and calls 😁
Swimming pool - super large and very comfortable, with a large nice garden to enjoy the amazing sun 🌞
Hot swimming pool - very cool
Restaurant - great chef and great service. We ate one outside but then decide to have all our dinners at the internal restaurant
Breakfast - amazing especially the cakes done by the amazing pastry chef. Every day we had a new pastry super tasty 😋… the service was also truly outstanding!
Staff - the best part of of the hotel experience - super friendly always smiling and ready to address our requests - we had a fantastic boat tour, rented the bikes, pick and drop to the beach for our sailing lessons, multiple advises on things to do etc etc - a truly 5 ⭐️ service. And above all 6 🌟 to Jacopo who was supportive in anything we did -

Beautiful place to stay, we stayed after season, end of September.

One cannot understand how beautiful the place is. When we got there, the place was behind a gate. When we entered we revealed it. A beautiful big outdoor pool. Two tennis courts. An indoor spa with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Dressing rooms and a full on gym.
The rooms are big and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. The bathroom was big and the shower was excellent.
There are plenty of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was decent. Prepare yourself that any special request is extra charge (like omelette or fried eggs).
Last, the resort has no beach views but it doesn't really matter. It takes 12 mins to drive to Port S. Stefano.
All in all, clean, beautiful, accommodating with kind staff.
I would recommend it.

Loved the hotel, I wish I had stayed a couple of extra days.
I had a massage and the masseuse did a great job. Their pool installations were outstanding, there’s also a bar by the pool in case you are in need of a refreshment.
Breakfast is OK, in case you are looking for something more elaborate like eggs, they do have a special menu.
Staff was always very helpful and friendly.

I would like to start with asking who ever is reading this please do not be influenced by the so called “5/5” reviews as they are most likely family members and friends of the hotel owners and are not giving a true and honest opinion let alone even staying there.
We are have traveled across the world and stayed here.
If there was an option to go with 0/5 I will select this option for the following reasons:
Negatives:
- food was stale and mouldy,
- Dinner could only be served after 7:30pm.
- Staff were rude and not helpful
- Facilities not available as so called gym was not functional
- Bugs in the beds and we had to personally clean them and sleep in robes
- Construction of the hotel was extremely poor with paper thin walls as we could hear very clearly our neighbours concluding their honeymoon.
- Showers flood instantly as drainage does not work properly and water flooding from the bathroom into the bedroom.
- Do not attempt to even think about drinking or using the tea kettle in the room as I witnessed mould along the spout
- Cleaners do not clean properly
- Phone in the room was not operating or set up to contact room service. (we had to keep walking to the front reception when requesting anything)
- Extremely dark at night with an eerie feel to it.
- Trip hazards all over the complex as I myself tripped over multiple times
- My daughters burger bun was extremely stale and could not be eaten. Luckily the meat in the burger bun represented a formula 1 Pirelli Pzero racing tyre. Instantly sick after consuming.
Positives:
- we managed to get out of there alive.
- Gentlemen at front desk was very nice and should be promoted to a new hotel

enviroment around the pool area is nice, inside pool has a particular design. it is very calm place In the middle of nature.

First the positive’s - the staff is amazing, the breakfast and dinner are great! Amazing food and great quality. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! We used the paddle court and borrowed some equipment, brand new court!
The negative’s - the spa area was not ready when we arrived, the water was very cold as well as the steam room. The second day, we wanted to use the spa around 1pm and it wasn’t ready either.
[please note, we arrived on the first day the resort was opened up again, beginning of April]
On the last day, there were power cuts, not their fault, but it meant we didn’t have hot water in the evening and the lights kept going on and off during dinner.

We’ll try the resort again, maybe mid-season next time.

Nice and clean hotel in the quiet countryside. Friendly personal and okayish breakfast for Italian standards.
Sadly, I can't recommend the place, because the rooms have zero sound isolation. If your neighbours even have a normal conversation, you can follow them. It's especially annoying if you try to sleep and someone is watching TV at 01:00 in the morning...

This place is great. Very quiet and relaxing, every member of staff is extremely kind and helpful. The barman is amazing. Food is great.
